The company I work for was with G&K who was bought out by Cintas who raised our rates. We switched to Unifirst with all the great expectations we were promised & 3 months later are still waiting on delivery of products. The driver even told me they would not give him a direct answer either & that the sales team told him we were an "awful company to deal with". I called the customer service line today & they refused to give me an account representatives name "just call the office" was what I was told. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company in my 30 years of business.

The pet store I work for contracted with them to deliver 2 sizes…read moreof towels - 1 size to clean cages and 1 size for our DIY dog wash, as well as floor mats, paper products, and cleaning products. Several times we have not had towels delivered because "they didn't put them on the truck." It seems like it's always someone else's fault. We have gone multiple weeks in a row without a towel delivery. If we don't have towels we can't clean properly. If we don't have bath towels customers can't use the dog wash and we lose business. We are also supposed to get hand sanitizer which is important when customers want to handle the animals. We haven't had that in well over a year and they don't seem interested in finding a solution. It's rare that we get everything we're supposed to get in a delivery. They are also not proactive about letting us know if they won't be delivering because of some supposed holiday. They may not even deliver on an alternate day. If you want a company that doesn't deliver what's promised and makes lots of excuses, then this is the company for you. Otherwise run as far away as you can.

I waited all day today for the email telling me the part had arrived, until 30 minutes before closing, then I went there. You guessed it, they didn't have the part. The clerks told me, "Yeah, sometimes the computer just says that." and "This happens pretty often. We've told corporate about this issue, but..." Now, this is a common part for a very common car, and they've had 24 hours. They know they have a problem, but continue to promise delivery times they can't make. That makes it intentional dishonesty in my book. If I wanted to wait two days I would have bought the part online, cheaper, and had it delivered to my door. Instead, I chose NAPA based on their lie. We walked in a few minutes before they closed and they didn't rush us out or act like we were bothering them. We will return and send all our family and friends when they need auto related things!!!
