We ordered takeout despite a recommendation from in-laws not to related to rude staff and incorrect order completion. However we have them a chance with the exact scenario. Spent $50 for take out forgot food on the order. Called to express the concern and stated they would send a gift card to compensate the difference and sent a $20 gift card. The food was decent but not worth the arrogant staff or incompetence with order accuracy. Not recommended. read more

Excellent food, decor and service. The 2 of us were turned away Friday at 5:25 pm -- full all evening. But Sunday at 7:30 pm there were empty tables. Our dinners were excellent and wine selection was great. Servers were well trained and friendly. The NY cheesecake was tall, coated with caramel, made at Katzinger's Deli. 4 of us shared 1 piece. I really, really want to love it here, but the food and service are consistently just average in my opinion. The meatball appetizer was cold and the steak cut was just ok. And they don't have ranch dressing. The cheese plate is very good...get the Italian sausage. Servers are nice, but slow. A+ for decor and ambiance though. read more

I have never written a review for anything but felt compelled to do so after eating at Napa for our 21st anniversary this Thursday. We have always enjoyed Napa, with the casual, rustic atmosphere, good food and wine. While we enjoyed our dishes and bottle of wine, the service was very "hurried." Our waitress came by several times to ask us for a selection for our next course. We didn't have time to finish our salads before the entree came out. While we were trying to enjoy our wine and some adult only conversation, our waitress continued to come by asking for selections. But, the reason I am writing this review is because they started cleaning the restaurant at 8:45. 8:45! This included sweeping around our table while we were sharing a dessert. Not only is this unsanitary, but we felt very rushed. I have no idea why they would be cleaning the restaurant when guests are still present and I have no idea why they would clean the restaurant at 8:45. read more

We recently hosted a neighborhood gathering in the private dining room at Napa. The managers could not have been more helpful in setting up the evening. Everyone was very impressed by the decor and setting and was pleased with their food. (My prosciutto wrapped bacon was really tasty and the salmon salad was excellent!) The wait staff was very attentive and did a good job with all the separate checks. I would highly recommend holding an event at NAPA. read more

Arrived early at 11:22 to obtain a seat on the patio for lunch. When my friend and I were seated, there was ONE other table of two people. My friend and I ordered wine flights, and the Proscuitto Wrapped Shrimp. Appetizer took a very long time. The patio filled up during this time. Every single table was then served before us (we ordered SALADS!). My bill only reflected "bar" as the server, and since he never introduced himself, I cannot identify him. However, in addition to the horrible service (NOT COVID related!!!!), my wine flight contained a wine that was clearly past its' prime. Smelled and tasted awful, as well as was very cloudy. When advised thought wine was not right, he was very defensive! Said it was the bottom of the bottle (indicating sediment), however, there was no sediment - the entire glass was cloudy and nasty. He did bring a fresh pour, and it was AMAZING! In fact, my friend and I both ended up ordering a glass of the Tempranillo Blanco. Even checking out took forever. Two hour lunch, and not because we were having a leisurely afternoon. My charge just came through on my credit card. My lunch was $49.95 - of which i left a $7 tip (just shy of 15% and lucky to get that considering service and attitude!). I've received the charge for my meal on my credit card, but the tip is not on there. Conveniently, there is a fraudulent charge on my card for an additional $68.95 to Halo Branded Solutions (a face mask company)! This seems to be VERY coincidental! Will NOT be back. read more

We love this place for happy hour! The bar area is very large, and also has tables and chairs if you prefer to not sit at the bar for happy hour. All of the happy hour appetizers and wines have been delicious! The dining area is separate and very cozy. The wine selection is HUGE! Great place. read more

Always a great go-to nice-casual, pushing the upscale, but in no way stuffy, dining experience off the beaten path of old and new Dublin (NAPA is located in a plaza at Muirfield Dr. and Tara Hill Dr.). Excellent food that's always well prepared, incredible wine list and plenty by the glass options, and always pleasant friendly responsive w/out being overbearing service. The atmosphere provides is a second-to-none cozy warm winery-esque (hence the restaurant's name) feeling. Just go, you won't regret it. Prices are fairly reasonable, maybe a little on the high side...but as the oft-used adage goes, you get what you pay for. My only critique: all staff wear the same exact picnic table checkered style button down shirts. It's a little kitschy, and makes for a slightly fast-food restaurant look (in a nice relaxing beautiful restaurant that is anything but) to watch a busy hard-working staff run around all in the same "uniform". Maybe break it up a little, maybe have half the staff wear a solid button down of the same color of the checkered, or such. By no means, don't let that stop you from going to NAPA...I'm just persnickety, and things like the all matching shirts tend to annoy me...it probably won't bother you. read more

We were so excited when this opened and we're hearing initial good reviews. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. For a restaurant called Napa, they don't have any Napa wines on the wine by the glass menu. They have a couple CA wines but they are not from Napa or even the surrounding Valley. Our food was fine but it was pretty expensive for what it was. I found it surprising that this restaurant does not focus on CA wines or serve farm to table as would be expected in the Napa Valley. It's passable but nothing special considering how many great restaurants Columbus has. read more

We visited Napa on this terribly snowy night. We were late for our reservation and it wasn't a problem at all, we were promptly seated. The ambiance at the restaurant is romantic. We wanted a quieter section, so we were in the corner of the bar which was a bit less noisy, but did lack a little of the main dining area charm..the waiter was really professional. He offered wine suggestions and he was patient while we decided on main courses. We ordered two wines a red and a white, we both liked our wines. We started with baked french brie and it was really tasty! The brie was encrusted in a nice crispy shell and we were given strawberries and apples with the bruschetta to pair with the brie. I had a wedge salad, the dressing was very creamy and smooth. Our main dishes were the tilpia and crab stuffing and the fettuccine Del Mare. Both were nice and warm and delicious! My preference was for the tilipia paired with green beans and we opted for brussel sprouts instead of potato hash. Overall, we enjoyed the ambiance and the food. read more

This was my fourth time here. I'd say I put in my dues. The service has been terrible 2 or the 3 times I sat down to eat. The time I was in the bar the service was good. The food is average at best. There doesn't seem to be any management walking around and no one ever came to the table. The place is so pretty and I so badly want it to be something it's not. Again, I have given it enough chances. I won't be back. It's a shame. read more

Sorry for the delay. Went there with my wife about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday, with no reservation. My bad. Ended up in the lounge area. Had a gentleman by the name of jamie. He was beyond exceptional. He treated us as if he we were guests in his home. He said he was fairly new, but he could have fooled us. We were made to feel so welcome and stayed much longer than expected Thanks to him.!!!! Wow! I do not even know where to start! I went to Napa Kitchen and Bar to meet an old girlfriend for drinks and dinner and it was the absolute best night I have had in the longest time! Our service was exceptional and the wine recommendation was exquisite! Not to mention the manager, who I believe his name was Daniel, was so welcoming and really turned our night to an even more amazing time, if that was even possible! He was so knowledgeable about the wines and food always made sure we were happy with everything even though the restaurant was packed and he was running around the entire night making sure everyone in the place was happy. I really could not begin to explain how delicious and extraordinary this place is. You have to go and try it and make sure you get the salmon Blt!!! You will not regret it!!! read more

Ordered take-out for the family and after arriving home, we noticed the proportions weren't the same for two of the exact same entrees. Further investigations discovered that one of the pasta dishes was made incorrectly and appeared to have sat out under a light. Pasta was hard & dried out. I contacted Napa and the manager expressed apologies and stated they would correct & replace all entrees. I returned the entrees, received new pasta dishes, but this time they're in smaller containers (sigh). Also, while eating the arugula salad, my daughter found a small bug on the cheese. To be honest, I was really disappointed in Napa. Me and my family were excited to try Napa based on what we heard from friends, but all in all it wasn't what I was hopping it to be. My second time here and still disappointed with service. Brought book club in for dinner first weeks of opening in Nov 2016 & service was super slow, figured cuz new...then today met friends for lunch and we were ignored the first 1/2 hour then our server who had ZERO personality did minimum service, took forever, NOT attentive, nor polite, had our orders wrong, one person didn't get salad until the rest of us were almost finished (manager comped her salad which was nice), dropped one of my friends' credit card on floor & didn't realize it, never smiled or asked how our meal was or thanked us for coming in (he got a $2 tip from me), AND the $14 salad was tiny, like a side salad! The $7 salmon was a good portion, but plates were so small you couldn't eat it without spilling over! Geez, J.Liu, Matt the Millers, Bravo have such nice, generous salads for the same price...just super disappointed, don't even want to go back, yet the atmosphere is so cool, location great, want the place to succeed in Dublin as a great neighborhood place but right now I would not recommend... read more
