Wine was wonderful, wedge salad was not very good. Salmon was avg. Service was not good, server was very weird talked too much. She spilled random food on me and could not bring herself to say sorry. If I go back it will be for the wine!

Had dinner here with a friend who had never been here . We ate in the bar area which is very nice but alittle noisy. Tue is a good time to go here as it's half off on a bottle of wine under a hundred dollars. I ordered the chicken saltimbocca but I ended up sending it back . The chicken was pounded out so thin that it was dry and hard to cut . I got the French onion soup and a salad instead . Both very good. I have been here many times and this is the first time I had a problem with the food . Our server was Sarah and she was very nice and comp my chicken saltimbocca . Normally I would give a four rating but I only gave a three because of the dryness of the chicken . My friend who never been there was impressed and plan to bring her brother sometime. I will be back

I've been here once before for lunch and we decided to meet friends for dinner. It was great to see they changed their menu. I am Deaf and there is a young girl who is CODA (children of deaf adults) and is fluent in sign do it is always nice to make that connection. We loved how the place is decorated, especially in the back room we were in. Our waiter, Jason was attentive and friendly. We had great service. The food we all agreed was top of the line. Could not have been better. We already talked about coming back. This is a great place to dine and one needs to experience in order to understand why it's a staple in the Dublin community.

Had a good meal at NAPA but service was pretty sparse, I think the server wanted to get out of there and kinda forgot we existed. But the food it good, maybe a bit more pricey compared to what to get, but it's a nice cozy space.

I came to NAPA this past Friday with my boyfriend for his Christmas work dinner. We were in a party of 14 people and dined in a private room. The room itself was very nice and I noticed the regular seating area looked very cozy as well. I'd had the braised short rib at the Taste of Dublin and had been craving it again ever since and was very excited to be coming back! Because we were in a large party we had a set menu. I started with the veal meatballs and some type of mushroom toast. The toast did not blow me away but I LOVED the meatballs. I'm very picky with meatballs so was hesitant at first but the sauce was amazing and the meatballs were so tender. I then started with an old fashioned that was pretty good. We had three courses for the meal and started with a choice of soup or salad and I had the Napa greens salad and my boyfriend had the wedge. The Napa greens was also pretty good but we were not fans of the wedge. To start, it was not a wedge, just random pieces of iceberg lettuce. It also had no bacon, the ranch was pretty watery, and there was hard boiled egg that made the entire salad taste like one giant egg. For the main I had the braised short rib again and it was the star of the show! It comes with mascarpone risotto and what I believe was carrots and parsnips. All the flavors paired so well together and the short rib was so tender. For dessert I then had the bourbon bread pudding that was served warm with vanilla ice cream. I wasn't able to finish but just a few bites as I was so stuffed, but it was also so delicious. We also had a red blend and Cabernet served with dinner which were both delicious wines. Our server was very attentive and nice the whole meal and we loved having the privacy of a private room for our party. I'll definitely be coming back on my own again for the short rib!

They hosted a beautiful baby shower for my sister in law! The server was so nice and accommodating, making sure everyone had what they needed. The food was delicious and so was my cocktail. Everyone raved about their meals, and my sister in law and her mother were so happy they didn't have to do any of the cooking or cleanup! I definitely want to try this place for dinner another time too! They left a great impression.

We loved our lunch...my flatbread was delicious and my son's chicken tortellini was great! We will come back and bring my hubby.

Delicious food and a great atmosphere. I would recommend trying breakfast and dinner, they each have something unique to offer.

There was a bit of a snafu at the beginning, where the fire alarm was going off when we arrived. We had to go back down 8 flights of stairs and come back up for our reservation when we could come back in (which was as soon as we got to the bottom). It was fine for us, but I can see 8 flights being a challenge for a lot of people. Otherwise, the ambiance was lovely and the view was great. My only major gripe was the service. Our server didn't check on us very often, and we had to ask for the dessert menu when we heard last call was coming up. I'm chalking up the service mishap to an odd evening with the fire alarm. Definitely would love to come back and try it again!

I requested to be seated in the middle section & was told the tables needed to be cleared off first. Took 10+ minutes and someone else got seated there before us. Anyways, Arnold Palmer was very bitter. Whatever you have in mind for deviled eggs is not what you will need tasting when you try these. It had an odd smell and tasted under seasoned. Would not order again. The wontons I give a 3/5. Not my favorite. The mushrooms weren't over powering but still interesting. This could have also used more seasoning. Outer layer was crispy. If you don't like sauces, ask for your sauce on the side because they pour it on your wontons for you. The empanadas seasoned well. Stuffed well too. Would order again. Then we ordered the flank steak medium. We received well done and it took more than 15+ minutes for the waitress to come to our table to check on us in order for us to send it back to get medium. Other than that, plantains were cooked well, the rice and beans were good. Presentation was beautiful. The restaurant was not busy at all. There were many empty tables and seats at the bar. Music isn't too loud to have conversations. Considering how much I spent on these meals and drinks, I would not return again.

I did get lost in the parking garage and went down to Level 1. FYI: You have to go to Level 5 to exit into the street level. First impressions: It's so clean and has a nice welcoming energy to it. As soon as I walked in, I noticed all the plants: some were hanging and many were near the windows throughout the whole place. They were real and very healthy. Someone who works here must have a green thumb. There were many tables and chairs, a long bar and a separate area for private parties. There is a QR code to order at our table but I ordered from the bar because it was not too busy. My bartender was very friendly. She acknowledged me right away, and came to take my order as soon as she could. I ordered the margarita but all the cocktails looked so good. The decor behind the bar was beautiful! It was a long picture of a runway with a plane taking off. There were also airplane windows that were so cute and went with the whole airport theme. I came up later to order shots for our table. The same bartender once again helped me find the right shot for my friends . I also tried the Kitty Paw hard Steltzer drink. It was refreshing and I loved the hint of Guava. The whole place wasn't too loud. We could carry on our conversations without shouting. They had an etagere near our table full of board and card games. My friends grabbed the Truth or Fear game. We never played it before, It was a fun game to get to know each other. I would definitely come back here again. It was so welcoming and fun.

The honey butter melted right into them and made them even better. For my entrée, I had the fish and chips with fries and coleslaw. The fish was crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, and cooked perfectly. The fries were hot and seasoned well. The coleslaw wasn't my favorite--it had more of a vinegar-based flavor, and I prefer a sweeter, creamier slaw. Madison was my server, and she was super sweet, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner. I'd definitely come back for the biscuits, fish and chips, and the excellent service.
