Went in there with my '90 Honda Accord afraid it wasn't going to pass. One because its old and two because it had an oil leak. You spend about 25 minutes and then your vehicle is Star certified. You pay your fee and get your local discount. Then we go home and get on a chromebook and the job at DMV is done there.
