I love the pottery and macrame selections as well as the beaded earrings artists. The owner takes great pride in her shop and you can tell. Everything is neat and organized and when walking around you feel like you're on an adventure peeking into each shelf. She is a local herself so she can give recommendations on fun things to do if you're from out of town. I'll totally be back and in the meantime, send people her way!

Depending on where you go or eat, service is going to vary, but I've always interacted with wonderful folks here. I've been here a few times now with 3/2026 being my most recent visit. We came here to pick up some items for breakfast in the coming week and walked/looked around for some fun small bites. With 20 plus vendors along with the surrounding businesses and restaurants, this is just a fun place to visit whenever you're in the Napa area. I unfortunately had to watch my alcoholic beverage intake because I was driving, but it would be great to try a few of the many available options of wine offered at the vendors. Parking: there's a pretty large lot and there's a lot of parking long the street in the surrounding area, but parking can still be a bit hectic due to the popularity of this spot.

One female employee with long gray hair and glasses looked up, made eye contact with disgust, and immediately looked away without acknowledging us. Since no one welcomed us, I took the initiative and said, "Hello." The same employee responded with a stoic expression and asked if I wanted a map. I declined, and that was the extent of the interaction. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming from that point forward. My friend and I then browsed the souvenir area. While my friend used the restroom, I waited nearby holding her belongings. A short time later, the same employee walked over and appeared to be adjusting merchandise in the area, but it felt as though she was monitoring me rather than stocking products. I was left with the impression that I was being viewed with suspicion. We left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcomed. A visitor center should make guests feel welcome, and unfortunately that was not our experience. As an Asian visitor, I left feeling singled out and concerned that bias may have played a role in how we were treated.

The focus seem to be on Chinese and Japanese pieces. I'm guessing this is aimed at the Asian population because I saw a lot of feng shui pieces and not the inexpensive trinkets. For sheer mass, the primary merchandise was devoted to tea sets. Pure Asian tea sets. It was overwhelming. Sadly, for Old Beijing, I am overloaded with tea sets. I could use an awesome selection of Asian teas. With maybe some tea tastings. Perhaps the stuff was hiding. There was an incredible selection of incense. I was a little nervous about all that fragrance, until I remembered I smelled this before, and had no adverse reaction. There were even bundles of white sage, to cleanse the spirits or something. Is that really an Asian tradition? There were some trinkets and toys which were aimed mostly at little kids. But the bulk of it was surprisingly high-end. Sadly, the store decor could use a helping hand. too much stuff has been crowded together. The effect is overwhelming and it is really hard to focus on anything as a result. There's so much stuff jammed in there, that I felt like I've barely touched the tip of the iceberg. It will take more than one trip to take it all in.

They sell curated food products from gourmet balsamic vinegar, crackers, popcorn, flavored olive oils, jams, and of course. We decided to try the bourbon latte and white rabbit. They have a variety of flavors but the bourbon latte caught my eye. Me not realizing that it felt like summer outside during springtime, we ordered both drinks hot. Sidenote, the drinks do come iced as well. In addition to our drinks, I bought lemon curd jam and rosè jelly. There was only one person working when we were there but we didn't wait long for our drinks which was a big plus. Aside from that, the bourbon latte was very tasty and I loved the fact that the bourbon syrup wasn't too overpowering. Next time I go, I'm definitely getting it iced. Napastäk is definitely a gem and I recommend stopping by to visit if you're in the area. If you love taking picturesque photos, this is the perfect place! They having tasting too!

I have been going to this store since I was a child and my mother would bring me. We have kept coming through the years, and I'm so sad that it's about to close. Walking into this shop has always felt nostalgic to me. The smell of incense, the view of the artwork in the walls, all the different and exciting things on each shelf, and the beautiful clothes, will all be missed. The staff are always super helpful and kind. The store is always well put together and clean. If you're seeing this, check it out before it's gone!
