For literally a couple years, our previous HVAC company serviced the unit twice a year, came out for additional service calls, nodded thoughtfully at the equipment... and somehow never fixed the actual problem. We eventually accepted our fate and furnished the guesthouse with a space heater, a fan, and what can only be described as climate-related trust issues. Then came Adam Eck HVAC. They were easy to schedule, showed up on time (already a miracle these days), communicated clearly, and actually diagnosed and fixed the issue. Apparently the system was capable of heating and cooling all along. Who knew. They've now taken over our biannual HVAC maintenance for the entire property and did a fantastic job with that as well - thorough, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Now the guesthouse works consistently, our guests no longer need to dress in layers "just in case," and the portable heater has retired. Adam and Kim both responded to my complaint and hand delivered a refund of the credit card processing fee the next yesterday morning and explained to me that they had implemented a new software program, which had a few bugs in it. They also honored a contract price that we had entered when they did my fall furnace check up. As far as their new service price goes, I can understand how the cost of everything has gone up. Adam and Kim run a first class business. They care about their customers and they do great work. They are committed to fixing their new system and stand by whatever they do.

This experience caused me significant anxiety, and I would not recommend Bell Products to anyone. I am requesting a full refund of the $902 I was charged for a misdiagnosis and no repair. Charging for work that did not fix the problem and then pushing an unnecessary replacement raises serious concerns under consumer protection laws.
