It would be a zero for stars if I could. Just ordered a lasagna which cost $16.00 my 3 year old could eat this and still be hungry, to make it worse I didn't even get garlic bread. I called in and the woman behind the counter told me, and I quote " I don't know why they charge that much". It literally isn't even 2 inches wide and less than 4 inches long. Stopped at the line of Tesla chargers in Harrisburg for a charge around lunch time. Spotted this place sandwiched (ha ha get it?) in between a Jimmy John's literally on one side and a huge Sbux on the other. I mean, no brainer - SKIP JIMMY JOHN'S and SKIP SBUX and stop in to Naples! Why would you do anything else?! 4 Stars because this joint is LEGIT. A small mom and pop pizza and sub shop. It was a MUST to try their chicken cheesesteak! Comes Large or Medium - I got a Medium and it was PERFECT. STUFFFFFFFFFED with meat and melted cheese and all the fixins. THE SUB ROLL WAS TOASTED. #PRAISE I ordered a side of fries "cooked well done." Y'all that's the ONLY way to order fries - trust me and just DO IT. And they perfectly were! Basket of golden fries, PIPING HOT, crispy and firm. I shook some garlic powder and extra kosher salt on. Sooooo goooood. And perfect with a juicy hot sub! The inside is fine - it's not fine dining that's for sure but not to be expected. The guys behind the counter are GREAT. Friendly and pleasant. My meal came out quickly. The current visit we all ordered cheese steaks with some variations on how they were made. They all came out hot. And came out in good time. Flavor was average. Placed order at 8:52pm on a Tuesday. Was told would be delivered at 10:18pm even though the restaurant is 0.2 miles away from our hotel. Food was so-so. Ordered the appetizer sampler (of which, there were unsalted fries), which is described on the menu as having marinara, ketchup, and honey mustard included. Only came with a small amount of marinara. They did not include any eating utensils, and not even one napkin. We had to go downstairs to the hotel front desk to get what we needed to eat. Stopped for a slice midweek at 7:00 PM. Slices certainly had been there for a while. Reheated and boxed to go. They were like cardboard, barely warmed, and greasy. The cheese was not even melted. A group of 20 of us were in town for a youth bowling tournament when we were directed by the friendly staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites to try the pizza/wings from Naples Pizza, which was located around the corner. I placed a huge order for 7 large assorted pizzas and 148 wings for our group and they had it cooked and delivered to us within 50 minutes which is exceptional!!! My son said their garlic knots are made with love and goodness. I agree. First time ordering the Greek salad and was surprised by the large chunks of feta. Sigh. After a long day at Hershey Park, all we wanted was takeout. We decided to go for sandwiches and, after reading the reviews on here about Naples Pizza, I knew I'd found our place. I called around 8:30 to order delivery. My order (2 sandwiches + a pickle) was taken and we were told 30 minutes. Ok, fine. Nine rolls around... 9:20... So I quickly call and am told the delivery guy left 15 minutes previously and had 3 deliveries, but he wasn't sure of the order of the deliveries. But he should be there soon. 9:40. Still no food. I am starving and don't want to eat this late. So I call again. Ringing and ringing and ringing. No answer, no machine. ???? FINALLY, 5 minutes later, our food arrives. I ask the delivery man why no one answered and he told me they closed at 9. Um, I called after 9, spoke to someone and it sounded PACKED. He couldn't have told me over the phone that they were closed/closing?? Anyhoodle. We plop ourselves down and open our food to be devoured. My pickle was a huge disappointment. I took 2 bites and threw it out - a waste of money. It was NOT a dill pickle. The sandwiches (we both got smalls - Roast Beef w/Provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard for me; Chicken Parm for my husband) were mediocre. I could not taste the mustard - only knew it was there from the yellow on the bun - and they threw oregano on the sandwich. I've had better, I've had worse. The Chicken Parm was ok, but nothing amazing. Maybe their pizza is better, but sadly, their sandwiches and service leave MUCH to be desired. :( read more

I have frequented this location a number of times both via eat-in and delivery. My favorites include their stromboli which is well sized and the Italian Hoagies. They serve hoagies as two sizes here. The large hoagies are served on homemade rolls and the medium hoagies are served on Amaroso's rolls out of Philly. Needless to say, I get the medium every time. I'm sure the homemade rolls are good, but in my opinion nothing can beat an Amaroso's roll when it comes to hoagies. Big props to this place for having them as an option! read more

Naples pizza is great. The sauce is awesome. I love their lunch special (2 slices and a soda for under $5) but everytime I go in there they are rude to me. Today was the final straw. At work we decided to order a large pizza and have them deliver it to us. After ordering we decided to pay with a credit card. When we called back to pay they told us to just walk down and get it our selves. So after the allotted time I walked down to Naples and walked in with a smile on my face. "Is our pizza ready?" I asked. The guy behind the counter grunted at me and turned his back to me! About a minute later the other worker came over and rang us up for the pizza (even though we had called ahead with our card) and there was no thank you or anything when I left. Next time I'll walk to YP for a pizza or Jimmy Johns for a sub, where at least they are happy to have you there! After reading the other reviews I see that mine is not the only experience like this. Very happy with Naples Pizza. The crust is very nice. Not too thick, not too thin. Their pizza is not greasy. This is why we keep coming here. I believe their pizza is way more healthy than someplace like Pizza Hut's unless you get the thin & crispy. Most pizza places are too greasy, too cheesy, too fatty. But Naples is just really really nice pizza. They've got quite a few tables, and a tv that's always set to the Baseball channel. haha The guys that work there seem pretty cool. My husband who is super hard to please, LOVES the Philly Cheese steak boli. LOVES it. I've tried his and it is delicious. Good meat, cheese just really tasty. ( They serve it w/ marinara sauce which doesn't really go, but we can't think of much else) I had a regular Stromboli and didn't care for it, I just didn't like the American cheese all gooey-ooey with the Italian meats, and it really ruined what I was hoping to be a simple Italian flavored Stromboli. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my boyfriend had stopped in to grab some pizza. As we were about to pay my boyfriend asks the lady "is this pizza fresh" she says "yes of of the pizza are fresh". (They did not look fresh at all) then after we pay we take a seat to wait for our food. We are observing the workers do their job and we saw one worker pick up a tomato and place it back on the cooked pizza with his bare hands. Then he proceeds to move all the slices of pizza in one pan from bottom and put them on the top in another pizza pan with his bare hands again. My boyfriend goes up to the counter and ask if we can get fresh pizza because we seen the guy touching all the other slices with his bare hands. The lady answers back with "well he makes all the pizza with his bare hands". My boyfriend looks back at me and I say "just get ur money back". So he kindly asks for his money back. Then the lady with an attitude opens up the register and hands him his money back. Then the worker that touched the pizza rudely told us to have a good day and we said "yeah have a nice day" and he continued to say "yup y'all do the same" as we were walking out of the store in front of everyone. The employees were rude and dirty. This place is dirty. If your going to run a business learn how to keep it clean and have ur employees keep their work area and wear gloves.
