I was impressed by the level of communication received and also the ease of placing an order. I was a bit nervous when I had to pick up the cake because I wasn't sure if there were any mishaps since I placed the order so long ago. The layout of this particular location is a little odd. Though one can eat in, it doesn't feel like that welcoming of a space. It's mostly about the cases and shelves of baked goods, as far as how the floor plan is set. The counter service people were helpful with answering questions on the options for the drink orders. We did share some of our treats with the parentals at home. The prices at this bakery are very fair. We did get quite a few items.
