What a great coffee place! Super spacious, ample seating, wonderful artwork decorating the walls, and enough outlets to use! They have a great selection of drinks to choose from. Their 'Specialty Lattes' menu is probably the best I've seen around this area! I got a Samoa Iced Latte and it was great! The staff was also very friendly! Very good coffe, many options to choose from, including pastries and sandwiches. The staff is very nice and polite, i loved how they smile at you and look you in the eye when placing an order :) The ambience is very nice as well, they have tables, couches and the most important outlets, specially if you plan to spend a few hours there working. The only problem I encounteres was the wifi, it was very slow and it stops working from time to time, which is a problem when you are working. This is the only reason why i gave them 4 stars. Ps. I was there on a Sunday from about 1-3pm when they closed. Not many people there which was a nice change from other crowded places. I ordered a Samoa (chocolate, caramel, coconut) and I was hoping for more coconut flavor but it was still lovely! I went in so I could do an assignment for school on my laptop. I used their WiFi and had no problems with the connection at all. I just might stop in every Sunday to work on school in this nice environment and test out more of their lovely menu options because they all looked good! read more

I came here yesterday for Babes and Brews. It was a great space to hold all of us. I thought the coffee was pretty good. I also ordered the oatmeal because I knew I was going to get hungry. It cost about $3 so I was expecting a bowl. Not a huge bowl but a bowl. Instead I got a small coffee cup of oatmeal. I was very disappointed for the price. The flavor was very good but the value for your money wasn't. The mocha I ordered was ok. My only complaint on that is I don't feel it was mixed well. The first half of my large cup really lacked flavor. As I drank it down it got better. The very bottom of the cup was almost all chocolate. I would give this place a try again when they aren't too busy. It unfortunately doesn't stand out to me in quality or price though. read more

I like the space; it is very open and clean looking. The food is pretty good, although the pickle on the side is a baby cocktail pickle. This isn't a terrible thing, I just thought it was a bit funny :) Good coffee, and really friendly staff. read more

My sister, brother-in-law, and I were in town from Texas to visit my mom in a rehab facility. We needed a place to sit, enjoy good coffee (they type you can't see through unlike the hotel we were staying), and just rest before heading to see mom. This place was perfect! The atmosphere was great for simply visiting with one another, the espresso machine and music didn't overwhelm the conversation like many other shops do, and the people behind the counter were friendly, relaxed, and on top of it. My professional experience involves space planning, specific to creating ecosystems of place that encourage various forms of interaction. The owner here did an excellent job implementing Me areas, We areas, and Group areas in a way where those places didn't overlap to the point of feeling crowded. THANK YOU FOR THIS! Finally, there is a very intentional area where kiddos can be entertain themselves quietly while parents can have some one on one time with each other or a friend before going out to tackle another day! I ordered the bulletproof coffee and a tuna sandwich. For all of my paleo or whole30 peeps, the bulletproof coffee here is good and they don't add any sweeteners. The tuna sandwich was really good. Fresh, crisp onions, lettuce, and tomato slices and the tuna was mildly dressed. The staff were extremely friendly and took in stride the fact that my two year old demolished a blueberry muffin and even managed to get some in his mouth....(again, sorry about the mess). Being one who enjoys trying new places I was glad I decided to give Napoli a try. I was greeted warmly and after asking a few questions about selections I decided to stick with a vanilla latte, a common favorite of mine. The coffee was solid. Good taste, temp was perfect and price was on par with most other coffee houses. I did use the wifi and was able to stream video content with no interruption. I definitely recommend this coffee house and plan on going back. read more

Amazing service. The staff is friendly and inviting. They do a great job of being attentive from the moment you walk in the door. Their choices are overwhelming, but in a good way. I'm a very indecisive person but they were gentle with me and allowed me to take my time to order. The food that I ordered, aside from being wonderfully delicious, came out in a timely manner. I also love the fact that they feature local art in the shop for purchase. I think that's a wonderful way to support the community while also promoting your own business. The new location is big beautiful and modern. I love the fact that it isn't too far from their former location, which made it easy to find after the relocation. Great place to enjoy some coffee. Barista a cashier were nice and friendly. It's a big space with some sofas and lots of chairs. Such a better alternative to Starbucks. I love this place! It always feels like a hidden gem. The sandwiches are delicious, I love the coffee but the best part is the atmosphere! Lots of light, WiFi, comfy seating. This reminds me of a coffee place I'd go to in San Francisco. It also generally seems rather quiet and almost like the best kept secret that I'm hesitant to share. I personally LOVE that this place has a play area for kids. I can bring my toddler here and actually enjoy a cup of coffee at the same time. They have a pretty wide selection of espresso drinks which I appreciate, since the typical latte or mocha can get a little monotonous. Also love that they have ample amount of seating and parking. I give four stars because they have been out of decaf coffee and pretty much all tea on a couple of occasions, which just signifies some lack of organization on the management side. read more

Considering this place is in walking distance from my house I wanted to love it. However, it didn't exactly pan out because their coffee is average and the cups they provide, while eco-friendly, are the same ones at my office. Except at work I don't have to pay a $1 extra for the cup. I will say, they do have a redeeming quality when it comes to their Carmelito. I enjoy it. I don't love it, but I enjoy it. They also have pretty delectable baked goods (I like their muffins). My bf loves their coffee and even purchased it at the NM coffee and chocolate festival. Without even knowing what type it was, I was like, I'm not a fan of this brew, what is it? And of course, it was Napoli. I'm all about supporting Small Businesses but when it comes to coffee, Napoli doesn't make my top 3. I thought this was an Italian cafe but no self-respecting Italian would serve a cappuccino in a giant coffee mug. The cherry danish tasted like it was fresh from the freezers of Costco with the filling thick and glue like. I wondered if it was rich in corn syrup. And for a cafe that advertises itself as an internet cafe, I was there for over an hour and couldn't hook up to the wifi. One of the servers randomly came up to me and asked if I was able to access the wifi, and I told him no. He just walked away without another word. Weird vibe to this place, too. read more

This is the Little Coffee Place that Could. As I live/work in the area, I only recently discovered this little gem when I needed a place with wi-fi and caffeine... and more caffeine. Though I'm a rather underwhelmed with their chai, the service is always superb and the atmosphere is conducive to doing business -- much more so than the usual chain coffee shops -- though the chai really isn't as good and I'm hoping they change brands. Very warm sweet atmosphere, close to European coffees. Friendly staff and willing to serve from time to time. While most of the bartenders make pretty good espresso, sometimes the taste does out as burned coffee was used and too strong where we need to add lots of milk to our cup of coffee! read more

Stoped here before an evening meeting to grab a pick me up and I ended up getting their Pumpkin patch chocolate white chocolate pumpkin spice latte. It was delicious and my barista was friendly and knowledgeable. This place really has a large space with a good amount of tables. It was quiet and the crowd was primarily retired people. Think calm and relaxing. It would be a great get together place for a decent sized group of 20ish or so people. read more
