I came in for lunch. Had a bowl of Pasta Fagioli an and it was like dish water. They gave me 2 small bit size pieces of bread. But the worst part, was the Lunch Special. Meat Ravioli. Ordered the chicken sorrento. Had no taste very bland. Looked thrown together. I am used to this dish being a red sauce with fresh prosciutto on top. The prosciutto was over cooked and the spaghetti was in a cheap olive oil. Canned red peppers mixed in tastes gross. I though the Pasta Fagioli Soup it came with would at least satisfy me but it was bitter. Never ordering from here again. Only giving 1 star because I have too. read more

I've been here one time before and it was not bad, however, I cannot recall. This time, though, I noticed by the way we were not greeted that the service wouldn't be too great. We ordered our food and all, which btw the food is good, but our server just disappeared. I'm pretty sure she clocked out and left without even offering us our check. Their white pizza with spinach had delicious ricotta cheese that shared the consistency of a homemade batch.I gave this three stars because the once I ordered the white pizza to be delivered, they didn't include the ricotta cheese which is something I thought would be standard in making white pizza. Apparently you have to ask for it. Their cheese pizza and tasted pretty standard to me in terms of ingredients and their cooking. I ate there once with friends. The service experience was OK, but the lasagna was overpriced for the small portion my friend received. The stromboli was more like the size of a large calzone which I didn't expect. Horrible, food quality is very bad. Complain it's cold then they burn it to be funny. How they have a valid health certificate is also a mystery. Best of all, complain and then they pretend not to speak English. There are so many pizza places, choose any other. Avoid this one always. My family was visiting from Italy and we wanted to take them to Napoli. We have had good meals there in the past. It was 8:50pm on wed 8/22/18. We walked in and the guy behind the counter said the girl was putting up the chairs. All the signs and there web site say they are open till 10:00pm. So I was confused I asked him does that mean we can't dine in. He didn't answer me and would not even look up front counting his money. We left and went down the street to the Gourmet Italian restaurant who by the way also closes at 10:00 pm. Got a table no problem and had a very good meal. That guy was so rude at Napoli I don't think we will ever go back! read more

I love this place, the pizza is superior to the local "gourmet" restaurant. Mine was crispy, hot and fresh, the price is great, and so is the quality. I'd say if you had a bad experience give them another chance, every place has an off night once in awhile or the occasional flaky hired help, but overall I give them 5 stars. It's also a nice casual place to eat-in. My only gripe is I prefer the Atlantic City style doughy thick sub rolls and this restaurant uses Philly-style hoagie or Grinder rolls. But that's just a personal preference. read more

If you don't mind eating in a cafeteria that was decorated by your blind Italian grandmother then you'll enjoy this place. Their food is very good, I highly recommend the bacon cheese burger. Their server Victoria is a sweet heart and does a great job, how ever Alex who I think is the owner is a total little twat. Never smiles and always is so damn miserable. Best pizza in town. Around lunch and dinner times, have a nice selection. Usually go with ricotta white with tomato. Found sausage w/ pepper and onion slices to be quite good. Best pizza in Galloway. The crust is very good. Even with a lot of veggies it remains crispy. We really like the Napoli pizza, the caprese salad. It is BYOB, so you don't have to spend lots of money on drinks. The service is usually good although a little slow. The restaurant side isn't fancy but clean and well lit. read more

I placed an order tonight 3/14 around 6pm. I received my food between 8pm and 830pm. I called the store twice, once after the first hour, and was told it would be in the next delivery. About 30 minutes later, i was contacted by the store to double check my order. I called again around 8pm to find out where my food was. The delivery driver was very apologetic and seemed very frustrated that it took 2 HOURS to get my food. I wasnt going to tip him because of the time it took, but its not his fault,and he was very polite and he received a fairly healthy tip. Because of this, my 4 year old son, who is usually in bed by 8pm was just sitting down to eat his dinner. Thankfully, the food was at least warm and it was good, but i dont know if i will EVER order from napoli's again. I am a first time customer who is very disappointed in the service you provided. IF a restaurant that promises delivery is that short staffed, maybe you should consider hiring more people to handle your work load, OR, better yet, provide customers who order online a delivery estimate so we can decide whether or not to keep the order or call and cancel. This was absolutely unacceptable in my book. I could have driven to the store and had my food and been home again before my order was delivered. Completely unacceptable. read more
