I ordered a calzone and wings for delivery through eat24. First I'd like to say I'm 5 minutes from the restaurant... I got an email that said 45-60 minutes.. No big deal. An hour goes by I messaged eat24 support, they tell me the food is on its way.... No big deal... ANOTHER hour later the food finally arrives. The wings are extremely overcooked... Theyre so hard I can't even eat them and the calzone I got was cold... had basically no meat... And an absurd amount of ricotta. Very disappointing read more

Decided to try this place based off the previous Yelp reviews - Totally worth it The first time I ordered here I got the "Small" calzone and a Jamaican Beef Patty with cheese. The Calzone was HUGE. I believe the "Small" calzone was around $9 and is more then enough to feed two people and possibly have some leftover! The Jamaican beef patty was great, crust was nice and crispy and the beef filling was delicious The next time I got a slice of cheese pizza and the Stuffed Shells. Again the pizza was delicious, The stuffed shells were great too but for $9 you only get 3 shells. Considering the calzone is the same price and is HUGE I was hoping the Stuffed Shells dish would have included a little more food The staff was super friendly and helpful in offering suggestions etc. Delivery was also quick and food arrived hot. Overall I highly recommend this place, Much better than any "chain" pizza place. read more

I have never been to this particular pizza shop, but some positive reviews made me curious so I gave them a try. I ordered a small calzone and was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly large it was. Before seeing how big it actually is I thought the price for a small calzone was a little high but now I understand. The calzone was awesome, plenty of ricotta cheese and plenty of the toppings that I wanted in it. I also ordered garlic knots which were stupendous. Just the right amount of grease for the Italian Comfort I was seeking :-) the couple behind the counter were super nice and super sweet, and I would definitely go there again just based off of my positive customer service experience with them. read more

I'm blown away. Just ordered moz. sticks, chef salad, and spaghetti w meat balls not expecting much food. Ended up with a 8" wide x 2.5" deep dish full of baked spaghetti filled with huge meatballs, a side salad, garlic knots, our moz. sticks, and another 8x 2.5 bowl of salad topped in huge thinly sliced rolls of assorted deli meat and veggies. All of it was delivered quickly even though it was Superbowl Sunday and tasted amazing as well! Ordered delivery from them through grub hub. Got the Alfredo and baked ziti dinner combinations that was supposed to come each with garlic knots and side salads. Did not come with either and the Alfredo and ziti had been way overcooked to the extent that we could not eat it. Called later the next day because by the time we got our order they were closed and the person who answered was extremely rude and refused to accept responsibility. Will never order through them again! Kept receipt and food and still they acted like I was a jerk for saying their food was overcooked and asking that I could please stop in for a refund. read more

All I can say is GARLIC! This restaurant douses everything in garlic to the point where that's all you taste. We ordered the spaghetti & meatballs which was just ok, the baked ziti which had a thin sauce and no flavor, chicken Alfredo, the sauce was thick but too much garlic, seafood combo which I thought would be like an Alfredo however it was spaghetti with I'm assuming the juices from the mussels non existent, shrimp (which was about four and I had to peel the entire thing which was difficult since they were buried in the blanket of garlic and I'm not sure if there were even clams in it, too hard to tell because, yes, you guessed it, the garlic! It was subpar. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks, the marinara sauce was watered down. The garlic knots were ok and the garlic bread with mozzarella cheese was alright. I like garlic but this was WAY TOO MUCH. So much so that we were all turned off by the food. I wonder if at family meals they serve their family this or do they save the good stuff for them. So a co-worker and I visited this place yesterday and boy oh boy was it not what we're expecting! So i asked if there was a way to do wings and 1 slice of pizza and the male behind the counter stated "I don't have time for scenarios, what would you like", and i should have knew then not to spend my well earned money but i figures the reviews were good so maybe the food is worth the rudeness... NOT!! So we spend $19.23 on three slices of pizza, 5 wings and 1 soda.... overpriced much? The pizza isn't actually cooked to order, it's a cheese pizza that he throws toppings on and puts in the oven. Also saw him blow the dust off a pan while a pizza was on it... yuck!! He also forgot to cook one of our slices so we had to wait till he argues with us about not ordering it just to confirm on the ticket he wrote that we did. There was no apology for his error. The wings were also scrawny and fried hard and the sauce was runny and greasy. Do not waste your time or money!! read more

We ordered a 16" veggie and 1/2 cheese pizza at $25+ . The girlfriend had the cheese and she and her sister tried it and thought it tasted like tuna. I ate 2 slices of the veggie which was soggy and not a great flavor. 3/4 of the pizza was thrown away. For the same $ we could have had 2 separate pizzas at BJ'S which are excellent. Overall, a poor value and well below average product. On a brighter note she did like the boneless wings. $10 but she thought they wee good. read more

My family and I attempted to order two pizzas this evening using a coupon they offered. One plain cheese and one with chicken, spinach and mushrooms. They offered a specialty pizza with chicken and a speciality pizza with white sauce but we did not want that combo. We wanted custom toppings with white sauce and chicken although neither were available on the online ordering without getting the speciality pizza. We added sausage $2.50 to add the payment for meat topping and made a note that we wanted chicken instead of sausage. Lady told us the chicken was only on the speciality pizza. Ok no problem. We'll stick with sausage but we need white sauce on the one pizza. My daughter has as a food allergy. She gets terrible indigestion from tomato and acidic sauces. The lady now told us they can't do white sauce. After explaining we can't have two with red sauce, the lady who we found out later was the owner calculated that we can get white sauce for an extra $8. It's a little steep considering all other pizzerias offer any It is honestly a shame because we really enjoy their pizza and now because of this very poor customer service we will not be ordering from here again. read more

To begin with my service was terrible I received a attitude for questioning what I could add to my order, simply wanted a nice spaghetti dinner for me and my daughter. After a 35 min wait for one dish I received a soggy mess, the spaghetti extremely overcooked and my meatballs tasted terrible. We have lived in florida since 2002 and I swear we've tried every pizza joint from Sanford to Kissimmee and until now, nothing compared to home. Ordered takeout chicken Parm dinner. The woman on the phone said 20-25 minutes. I showed up in 30 minutes and the chef was grocery shopping at Walmart and they hadn't even started cooking my meal.
