When you walk in the aroma almost lifts you up like a 1990's cartoon character.... we came in around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty dead so we had no issues getting a table and ordering some yumminess. We opted for bbq chicken wings and a large specialty pizza. The wings were AWESOME, the ranch sauce that came with it was blah but the wings were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside - perfect. The pizza was good, but on the ultra greasy side and my side (everything pizza) was on the salty side but with all the meats on it, it's bound to happen. Our first time order, we got crazy & ordered a JUMBO pie, ( 1st time in 30 yrs we ever ordered this size). We asked for a their "Everything Pie" no bacon extra meatball instead. Maybe because we ordered a jumbo & they might use same size dough for large pie but the crust & dough were perfect, thin & so properly cooked. This was the best pie we've eaten since we moved here 2 1/2 yrs ago from NY. Mama Mia what a pie. I wish I knew that they delivered before this, probably my BAD. I was told that there was a large population of relocated New Yorkers in this town hence... You would think there would be great Italian food and pizza. I ordered a meatball Parmesan and substituted the provolone for mozzarella and mozzarella sticks online for a pickup order. I'm giving two stars because the mozzarella sticks with marinara was the only thing I had eaten the entire day so to me they tasted delightful. This place went down hill and fast and seems like all standards are out the window. I used to love the food here, from the pizza, the dinners and hero's. But now there is no consistency with the food and calzone I just ordered for my girlfriend was bland and all bread. I guess I'm back to finding a new pizza place. Update: Well I tried again and thought things might be different. Ordered a meatball parm hero. Not enough mozzarella for starters but I'll live. The meatballs where dried out and not very flavorful. Mussels were very tasty and huge portion for an appetizer. Garlic knots and cheese pizza were both delicious as well. Five stars for this place for sure! We ordered a large chicken, bacon ranch pizza and it did not disappoint. First of all, the way the chicken was cooked (I'm assuming it was in a skillet) was an absolute surprise to me. I have never seen breaded chicken on a pizza before (only the outside was breaded) and let me tell you- that made a world of a difference. So not only was the chicken chock-full of flavor but the pizza itself was incredible. Right down to the sauce and A LOT of cheese (another thing they did not skimp on like most places). Secondly, we got a large Greek salad and I was so shocked by the presentation of the salad that my jaw dropped. Presentation is KEY! Definitely not just tossed and thrown in. You know exactly how many tomatoes, how much feta, how many cucumbers etc., I will recommend this place to all of my friends for as long as I am in Florida. Oh one more thing- the prices are amazing! Thank you to Napoli's for catering our impromptu pre-wedding get together! We stayed at The Hammock Beach Resort and I called Napoli's a couple of days prior to arrival to see if they could put together a spread for 25 people. The owner (Paul) promptly returned my call and made suggestions that fit our budget and needs. Food was delivered directly to our room by a friendly and helpful delivery guy. There was PLENTY of food, and everything was good. We had baked ziti, sausage and peppers, garlic knots, salad, and an assortment of pizza's. There was something for everyone and it couldn't have been easier! Thanks Paul for working with me and providing a base for all the alcohol that was consumed that night! Today we tried Napoli Pizza, because we had a Groupon for the restaurant. Wish I had tried it sooner! The small house salad was pretty big, and a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. My friend and I have been trying slices and cannoli's around Palm Coast. So far we agreed this place has the best cannoli for the price. Although the server messed up my extremely easy order (1 slice of pepperoni) she gave me cheese instead also the slice was slightly burnt, I was fine with that since I always love well done pizza.. First, they're rude. Some of the rudest minimum wage workers I've ever met. Possibly the rudest. Second, they have all these restrictions to what I can have. No extra toppings, who denies a paying customer extra toppings when they're willing to pay? I'll tell you who, a business who doesn't care abouts it's people. I left, probably building a wall around them and never going back. Now that I'm writing this, that wall just got 10 feet higher. I go to Napoli here and figure why not? Walk in, meet a nice man working the counter and ask him what his best pizzas are. He starts to tell me all about what people's favorites are and what gets ordered at different times of the year. He tells me about his favorite pizza I ask if I can add to it and he tells me of course! This is a smart man let me tell you. I get the pizza and it's really good. Better than your Papa Johns or CiCis Pizza. If I had to rate it on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a 9. Maybe higher. Prices are really reasonable for the area and affordable. Try it. read more
