But I'm glad to say that Giovanni is one of the few restaurants that has survived all of those changes as well as the Covid epidemic and is still serving wonderful food. I love his spaghetti with white clam sauce, especially the little neck clams still in their shells because all the ingredients are simple and fresh and there's nothing in it that's out of a can, such as chopped clams. His mixed seafood: clams, mussels. shrimp and calamari over pasta in a light red sauce is also excellent.My husband adores his veal parmigiana with its delicious tomato sauce.
