That kind of transparency really put me at ease. They repaired the fender molding, smoothed out the dents, and repainted the entire damaged area with the exact color match. The paint blends perfectly with the rest of the car, it's like the damage never existed. They even cleaned the inside of my car which I wasn't expecting at all! First remove a…read more3rd party wing on my car, install a replacement for a factory front lip that I broke during track day about 3 years ago, and get some wraps and painting done. So in my research, I found a a lot of shops as you would expect. Ended up choosing Silicon Valley Customs, mostly because it was close and in an area I was familiar with since I was a child. After some initial contact via text and phone calls, I setup my first appointment with SVC to bring the car in for some estimates and discuss what I was looking for. The owner was very accommodating and provided me many options for what I wanted to do. Mainly the removal of the spoiler and patching the holes that are leftover. He went over the many options they had and we managed to agree on the option that was best suited for me and my budget. No pushback and judgement at all. We also discussed the other options like installing a front lip replacement that I brought and asked for service on and wrapping the car. We came to an initial agreement and the appointment was set. And I left my replacement front lip with them to paint. Between this and the day of the appointment, I had some changes that I wanted to make to what was agreed on and the again, no problems there. Changes were accepted very easily. And for me, the big thing was, I wanted to wrap the antenna, which the owner mentioned wouldn't be an issue to do but would take longer. And I said no problem if it would take longer we don't have to do it. Unfortunately, the day came for the appointment and I fell sick out of nowhere. Kind of funny how that works right? So I gave the shop a call. The owner had no issues re-scheduling, wished me well and we agreed upon a new appointment. On the new appointment date, I came to drop off the car, it was quick and easy. They reconfirmed with me everything we discussed and I just left them my key. They had quite the few cars to work on that day as well so it took them a while to get to my car but the great thing was, they still managed to get my car back to me the same day I dropped it off. So when I came to get the car, I remember specifically that I didn't actually clear with them for doing the antenna. But they still did it anyway AND gave me the best price for it. Even though it took them much more time to wrap it because they had to remove alot of parts to get it. I REALLY appreciate them for that. Not only did they wrap what I really wanted even though I didn't specifically say, the owner gave me a SOLID price for it. That's the kicker here. All that work and still gave me a good price that even I would say is quite generous. Overall, I am more satisfied then I thought I would be. And I would be willing to come back to them in the future for any further wraps or projects!

After calling a couple shops in the area for quotes and timing, I narrowed it down to either Secureway or Tesla's mobile repair for the mirror with a combo of them or another shop for the paint. Lucero walked me through the process of ordering parts, repairing/repainting the doors, and dealing with insurance. Based on the already great reviews, my experience speaking with Lucero, and the fair estimate they provided, I decided to give them the entire job. They did not disappoint! It took a little while longer than expected because Tesla took a while to ship the parts, but they kept me updated and the car looked good as new afterward. It looked like they washed it, topped up the charging, and had all the protective mats and plastics for the interior to keep it clean. I appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend!

It's been 6 months since Jason had installed a Thinkware U3000 dash cam for both the front and rear…read moreof my 2025 Lexus during late January and they both work great, without any issues. I was originally going to buy a Vantrue N4 Pro 3 Channel 4K dash cam from Amazon (as I had an older version of a Vantrue in my old car) and have that professionally installed, but was advised by Jason the reasons why he felt the Thinkware is better and after doing some research on this and comparing the two, I decided to go with his suggestion and am glad that I did and have no regrets. With the Vantrue installed on my 2007 Scion tC back in 2021, there were numerous issues in the beginning with both the front & rear dash cam and wiring/cables not working properly, with a lot of back and forth contacting the manufacturer and having them send me the camera units and cables from China, at least three times. Even though I had that dash cam installed professionally, the whole thing was a huge headache as it took a while for everything to work properly. There was a risk with this possibly happening again and it complicating things down the road, especially considering how Jason didn't recommend that model/manufacturer and the reasons why it's really not necessary to have an LED screen on the front unit for you to look at. Jason showed up at my residence to install and although I was quoted about 3 hours, it took less time than that. I did find it so much more convenient that unlike the last time I had a dash cam installed in my old car with having to go out of my way and the stress about the lack of parking at the dash cam business, having it installed in front of your home was absolutely stress free, for sure. Jason explained clearly how to operate the dash cam, how to use the app that came with it, he was a pleasure to speak to, provided excellent, professional service and the work done with installing the cameras was fantastic. Upon viewing files on the app of what's being recorded from the Thinkware U3000, the quality of the videos from both the front and rear are of really good quality, everything is crystal clear.
