After having visited them several times now I can say their food and drinks are very good. On my most recent stop there I had the Sweet & Spicy Chi-Bap with the Yuzu Lemonade drink. The meal was hot and very tasty. My drink was also flavorful and had a refreshing taste. Chris, who served me, was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. First off Chris was so nice and helpful over the phone. Huge plus as this was my first encounter with them. I was in the mood for wings and they have a variety. They have sweet & Spicy; garlic and spicy garlic; crispy etc. In addition to wings there are poppers, tenders and drums . Once I saw that they had spicy garlic I opted for that. Reminded me of Bon Chon. I got the 8 pcs wings (50/50) which is half garlic and half spicy garlic for $14.99 I was also intrigued by the kimchi bacon fried rice for $18.99 so I ordered that too. For a togo order the presentation was great. The wings have a branded tape band going across. The rice had a nice egg on top and in a big resuable container. No issues with the portion size. You'll definitely have leftovers. Overall I loved the wings. The spice was just right. Definitely a filling meal even if just 4 wings. The kimichi fried rice was plentiful but I feel like it had way more kimchi than bacon. I'd rather a balance of both or more bacon. I'd visit again. NY was a blast just for a split second. While visiting Jersey we took a ride to the city (my siblings) we stopped for food. We went to Nara's for chicken and my cousin ordered the Beef LA Galbi Platter , I ordered the wings and fries (as well as my brother & his girl). The wings were super crispy and well seasoned to the bone. They were extremely fresh and the flavor just was WOW!!! I will definitely visit again. We were in the city during The World Cup Series so a lot of tourist. We were able to find parking right on the corner, but very busy area. There were more food options in the area. We popped in here for a quick bite and were blown away!! The fried chicken pieces themselves were huge, cooked perfectly and SO flavorful! We got the half hot half garlic and the hot had a real kick to it and was a unique delicious spice, and the garlic was really great too very garlicky and just perfect. Couldn't decide which we liked more! We also got the side of radish which was suggested by the person taking our order and it went perfectly with the spicy wings, went well with the garlic too but especially with the spicy. Very limited seating but there's a few high seats by the window for a quick indoor bite. Food came out roughly 10 minutes after we ordered. The food itself was super good. I personally got the beef bibimbap, but I had a bite of the chicken and the flavor was phenomenal so will likely get the chibop next time. The bibimbap also came with a small side of kimchi, which I loved. Everything was a bit pricy but the portions and taste do make up for it. The crispy fried chicken was juicy, crunchy, & didn't feel as oily as regular fried chicken - I'd recommend giving them a quick air fry if you're doing take out. We finally found the best Korean restaurant here in BKLYN! It's a tiny spot with just four counter seats, but wow, the food is absolutely incredible. We had the Beef Bibimbap, Grilled Chicken Chi-Bap, and Garlic Fried Chicken drumsticks (not spicy ones) and every single dish was perfect. Sure, it took a little while, but that's because everything was clearly cooked with care and proper technique. The fried chicken was juicy, slightly sweet, with just the right kick of garlic, we literally couldn't stop eating it. The bibimbap was loaded with perfectly seasoned veggies, a soft runny fried egg, and tender beef. Everything balanced so well. Even though it was a big portion, I finished it all without even realizing it! The Grilled Chicken Chi-Bap was another hit, the chicken was so flavorful and juicy that it completely changed how I think about chicken. Even the sides, the kimchi and pickled radish were authentic and surprisingly good. Honestly, I used to think my late grandma's Korean food was unbeatable, but... sorry Grandma I might've found a chef who can top it. I've ate here multiple times in the past and normally had great experiences. The food is quite pricey, but it was made well. I recently went and ordered a dish for take out, and they didn't include the needed sauce for the dish or the side that comes with it. When I called hoping for a discount or something, I was told they "forgot" and would "try" to remember it in the future. So I essentially wasted $25 on the meal. Very frustrating experience given I can no longer trust the food I order here. Unfortunately, will likely not eat here again in the future and can't recommend it to others anymore. read more
