Dropped by Lucys after a comedy show nearby to grab a late night bite. We came just in the knick of time because they were about to close so we ordered smaller items to make it easier. I heard great things about their vegan pho here but wasn't hungry enough to indulge, so went with a tofu spring roll instead. Pretty good roll with all the usual fixings and a seriously addicting peanut sauce. I wish I had more time to try out their other options but the roll had me hooked. Overall, enjoyed this clean Viet spot and their desire to ensure us vegans had good options to select when dining here.

I went Sunday around noon and there was only one other table filled. Got my food pretty quickly - it's fast casual so you order at the register and then they bring it to you and you bus your table. The pho definitely hit the spot - I was pleasantly surprised by how much meat they gave and how delicious it was. I'd say this not your typical take on pho I enjoyed every bite of it. They also have WiFi!

Hands down one of the best bowls of pho I've ever had. The 14-hour smoked brisket pho at Lucy's Vietnamese is unreal & the broth is rich, smoky, and comforting, and the brisket just falls apart in your mouth. You can taste the care that goes into every layer of flavor. The fresh herbs and noodles balance it perfectly, and their black iced tea was the ideal pairing & light, smooth, not too sweet. The whole vibe here is chill and welcoming, and the food comes out fast but never feels rushed. If you're in Williamsburg and craving pho with a twist, this spot is a must.

Came with a group of five. Adorable space with a bright and airy feel, with fun color and character to it. Staff were great, fast and friendly service. The food was definitely fresh and very large, meat heavy portions which is great! However it just lacked that quintessential flavor you're looking for when eating bahn mi or pho in my opinion. I left feeling unsatisfied because I was craving Vietnamese flavors.

I recently visited this cute little Vietnamese restaurant right in the heart of Williamsburg. While I've never had this type of cuisine I was curious to try. The restaurant has a nice warm cozy vibe. Staff pleasant who will bring your food to you once you order. I had the Pho brisket which was amazing to me with a side of aioli garlic bread which was just as delicious. I can't wait to go back.

This is my second time to this location and the food is consistently good! The brisket Bahn mi is full of smoked meat, fresh crisp vegetables on a warm bread. The vegetable broth was delicious and delightful to the soul. The shrimp spring rolls are so clean and light. I also had the warm garlic bread with an aioli and chopped scallions. It was perfect with the broth. I love their Vietnamese Coffee, it was my primary reason for returning. The customer service upon walking in is welcoming. The place is clean and . They also have water and cups to serve yourself. Enjoyed our meal. Definitely five stars!

I think I found one of the best vegan pho places in NYC. Nothing comes closer to the flavors than here. I've visited other Vietnamese restaurants and their vegan or vegetarian options are either non existent or made sloppily with random chopped up veggies. However, this place is different. I've gotten their Vegan Chick'n Pho multiple times now and the ingredients are just so tasty. The vegan chicken is such a nice ingredient to the dish. The soup is flavorful. And the portion size is just perfect. The staff are nice and chill too. This just hits the spot. I crave it every now and then for some yummy pho. As a vegetarian, I'll be coming back.

Serving up a little love here.

Fast food Vietnamese, meaning no table service here. This works well when you're craving a bahn mi. Menu has a few pho, summer rolls and noodles in addition to the sandwiches. Quick and easy. Nice little discount for first responders, teachers and health care workers.

Brand new pho and banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches), in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Grand opening gifts. Free t-shirts or canvas bags with purchase! This store features a Texas style smoked brisket that is smoked (made from their own special recipe), for 14 hours. Tasty tender and succulent. A great protein addition to the pho or especially the banh mi sandwich. Yum! Tried different dishes from across the menu: The highlight here, and my favorite, is the smoked brisket. I got it with banh mi. With cucumber slices, shredded marinated carrots and cilantro. Quite tasty. I would recommend getting anything as long as it has some smoked brisket on it! Yum! I recommend getting this. You can ask for extra sauce. I think it needed a bit more. Lemongrass Chicken Pho; a nice, light shiitake mushroom broth with tender noodles, bok choy and lemongrass chicken. Nice, light and flavorful with that hint of lemongrass. Portion is a decent size. I was quite full. Vegan options. A couple to choose from. House made black tea. Comes in pre-packaged bottles. Tasty, but a bit overly sweet for my taste. Come on over and try some of their wonderful smoked brisket! Seating: there are booths and small tables. And one larger table by the window.

A simple menu with perfectly executed dishes is my favorite format for a restaurant, and Lucys Vietnamese perfectly embodies this concept. A no frills counter service restaurant with a selection of Pho, Ban Mi, and noodle bowls, Lucys is the perfect spot for a quick and delicious bite. I got the Pho with brisket, which was to die for. The broth was so flavorful and the meat was incredibly tender. I don't know if I can go back to having Pho without brisket, it was such an incredible take on a classic Vietnamese dish! This was the perfect bowl of Pho, and for $15 I really couldn't ask for a better meal in Brooklyn.

I'm a fan of Vietnamese food and when I saw that is a new Vietnamese place open in the neighborhood, so I want to try. Lucys Vietnamese is more like Vietnamese fast-food take-out restaurant for me. Type of food are more fusion that an authentic Vietnamese food, but I have to admit that their 14 hours cooked Smoke Brisket is excellent! Both Pho and sandwich. Small restaurant with smaller menu than I expected but I totally understand because of the area is Williamsburg. This is not Queens, so it is hard to have an authentic restaurant like Queens. The food base on ethnicity of the area so on Grand St. is more Latin American people even some Asian, Italian, Caucasian and Arabic but still enflurane by American type of food. Overall, the restaurant is ok, price is good, quick prepare and super casual. Part self-service by you must go order at the counter then if you want to stay, they will bring your food to your table. There is a water tank counter, and you can get your water from that table. The utensil, bowl and dishes are plastic or paper so you can throw away after you finish your meal. No seating outside so if you have dog with you for pickup it is fine but if you want to dine-in, I'm not sure if the pet is allow. They will probably busy more during winter or cold day because people will want to eat hot delicious soup.

I really enjoyed my visit at Lucy's Vietnamese. I took the L train to get here and it was a few blocks away. I got there around lunch time and there were two other patrons. The restaurant is small, but open at the same time. There were tables that could fit a small group if needed. I decided to order their signature pho which is the smoked brisket and I ordered my mom the lemongrass chicken pho. I went up to the counter and placed my order to go. The brisket was delicious and tender. I also loved the smoky flavor. My mom devoured her chicken pho and we both were surprised at the amount of food we got. I knew I couldn't eat all in one sitting. The service was really good--she packed my bag very carefully. While I was waiting for my order, there was someone picking up an online order (you know one of those GrubHub or DoorDash people). He was standing way too close to the entrance to the kitchen area and register so the employee told him to back up some. She wasn't rude but obviously that section is just for the employees unless you're planning to help them cook. He was a bit of a jerk, but I like how she held her own. Also, I really liked the swag table--I got a tote bag because you can never have too many tote bags. I don't get out to Williamsburg that much but I would definitely come back to Lucy's for great food and great service.

Its definitely not your traditional pho but gets the job done when you're craving a nice bowl of soup. Their brisket is smoked for 15hrs so it imparts a smokier taste in the broth.
