Don't let the location dissuade you. The food was delicious! Service was very friendly too.

It's been a while i haven't been back in here. The food is still good, The flavor is great and the service crew is very friendly. I love the flavor of the duck in red curry and sweet and sour chicken as well as the tom yum soup. The only complaint i have is the amount of meat on the red curry and tom yum soup needs to be more. As well as the sticky Rice in the mango sticky rice.

Love this place and always come and dine in but for some reason the only time I ordered for pick up the lady was unable to understand us and when we specifically explained what we wanted and ordered they still gave us the wrong thing. Apparently there is two types of pad kra pow so that was their excuse for giving us the wrong food even tho we specifically described the ground chicken with the egg.

The Thai tea was flavoured nice, not too sweet. The pad kee mao was my first time getting it with tofu, and it was super yummy. Compliments to the chef, even though I like the bigger square flat noodles, they did a very good job with this longer thinner needle. This is the best pad kee mao in all of Spring, and I venture Houston. I will be ordering tofu rather than meat more often. The noodles were done to perfection, super flavourful. They don't have mint, and to me mint is best in the Tom kha soup, but that's okay, I'll add some when I get home. Other than that, the Tom kha came out good, very flavourful, nice and thick, and also with tofu. I will definitely be bringing my husband to dine here with me next time!

This was our first time at Nara Thai. Everything (and everyone) was amazing! Our server DQ was so friendly and attentive. He gave us great recommendations and always made sure we were good throughout our meal. Every dish we ordered was delicious. We got Pad Kra Pow, Shrimp Panang Curry, and the Home style Pad Kra Pow chicken. Everything was so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. You get to choose your own level of spiciness and protein/veggies. We loved the customizability! Also, the mango sticky rice is a must for the perfect dessert/ ending. Yum!! This is definitely a mom-and-pop shop vibe restaurant. It was cozy, but also big enough to fit a few large parties. We really enjoyed our dinner here and would definitely be back!

Food is good, but skimp-flation is STRONG. I ordered a $17 "Family Size" soup ($24 with added shrimp and chicken). It is literally ONE BOWL of soup.

I go here on a regular basis. The service is pretty nondescript. I'm always a fan of crayons and paper to entertain myself while I wait. It's actually a pretty nice atmosphere for a strip mall. I love curry, and they do a great job. My one complaint would be the potatoes in the yellow curry. The potatoes are usually my favorite part, but here they're usually pretty uncooked. Good flavor, but definitely lacking in texture. All around, pretty good for Thai if you're in the area.

Delicious food. Great service. Comfort food. All protein options. All natural juices. Atmosphere is mid.

    Pad Thai with vegetables

I ordered my meal specifically mentioned NO SPROUTS OR VEGGIES. My order arrived with veggies mixed in it. Sure, I can pick it out but the restaurant DID NOT follow instructions at all. Plain and simple.

Ordered through Doordash on NYE- and it was not the way to the end the year. All the food I ordered came out extremely spicy and I know I did not order any spicy dishes. The crab fried rice I tried because I saw other good reviews on it- don't do it. Horrible smell of fish! The taste was weird too; felt like I was eating mini rocks. I had ordered Thai tea too, never got it nor did the Resturant tell me it wasn't available. Chicken satey was rubbery. Save yourself and find another Thai restaurant.

Pad See Eue is my favorite! Love coming here. Will definitely be back

My waitress (Sam) was excellent. She was very polite and explained everything I asked about. Will definitely be back

I was craving a Thai iced tea and had a long way to drive back home. I walked in to get a Thai iced tea to go. It's $5. Ouch. So I told the waiter to please don't put too much ice so that I'd at least get a decent quantity of the drink. He came out with a big plastic cup filled up with the tea with no ice and another big cup with ice. That was generous. They have a beautiful mural in one wall and fans that move to left and right on the shape of leaves.

We had to order take out on a Friday night because it was 10 mins before closing (9pm on Fridays) and they processed the order incredibly fast. All tables were full when we picked up so I'm sure busy nights will be a bit of a wait to get in. We asked for "medium" spice but the receipt had been defaulted to "mild" thank god. It was still a decent amount of spice and any more I would have probably been sweating like crazy. So I would recommend starting off with mild and go from there unless you are a glutton for punishing spice. Their mild seems to be more like medium / hot at an Americanized Thai joint. Pad Kee Mow with chopped chicken was delicious. Fresh crunchy green beans and bell peppers, onions and tomatoes perfectly cooked with the perfect spicy basil sauce. Noodles all had sauce on them. Large serving size and great price. We also got papaya salad which was just right and nice spice. I wish I could come here often and try everything else on the menu.

Khao soi gai: 7/10 This was so flavorful and delicious but definitely should have opted for the chicken instead of the soft shell crab I wasn't really a fan of the crab. Love the flavors and textures though. Definitely want to try with chicken and I recommend getting some rice on the side. Pad mama: 9/10 This had a really yummy vibrant flavor with a good amount of protein and leafy greens. Could be spicier I think the just gave us a random spice level. Overall really yummy and good portion for the prices but would love to retry with more spice in the dishes.

The service was fast and excellent, and I appreciated how attuned they were to my dietary restrictions. My only concern was the parking, which was difficult. However, a worker informed us that they have opened up a second lot for the weekend traffic, which is useful information. We ordered the drunken noodles vegan with tofu and red curry vegan. Both were hot, which is one level down from spicy. I personally did not find the food spicy and would consider leveling up next time. The noodles were perfectly soft, there was a good amount of tofu that was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor was fantastic, and I liked how the dish was not too greasy, which is a problem I have run into at other establishments. The red curry was probably my favorite of the two dishes. It was warm, comforting, and tangy with the perfect blend of flavors. I was tempted to lick the bowl! We attempted to order roti ice cream for dessert, however there was miscommunication that led to just receiving vanilla ice cream. It was soft and creamy, but nothing special.

It seems more upscale in appearance. Dress code here is business casual. 4. Food - I've had their YELLOW CURRY WITH CHICKEN AND WHITE RICE. Cleanliness - dining area is clean. The waitstaff keeps this place in tip top shape. The only complaint I have, although not exactly about cleanliness, I would suggest that management take a look at the lock in the men's restroom. Although it was locked, someone was able to enter still. SUMMARY This is a petite Thai cafe. Everything about this place was enjoyable. I would definitely come back to try again and will highly recommend this place.

For appetizers, we got the crispy squid and the crispy wonton- crispy squid was good but if you had to choose between the two, get the crispy wonton! As for the entree, I ordered the Khao Soi with shrimp and my friend ordered the spicy red snapper. The curry broth with coconut milk was fragrant and with the toppings that came on the side (i.e. lime, onions/shallots, mustard greens, etc) enhanced the dish. The flat egg noodles were bouncy and the shrimp was solid. If you're stuck between choosing a curry dish and a noodle dish, get the best of both worlds and order the Khao Soi! As for my friend's spicy red snapper, I tried a bite and the spices/texture in the dish complimented the fish very well. For dessert, we ordered the classic Mango Sticky Rice! It could easily reach that level. Our waitress, Ann, was incredibly kind, soft spoken, and welcoming. My friend Sherita suggested this restaurant after we left a Yelp office hour, and I'm so glad she did because it introduced me to something I never knew I needed: the salmon mango fried rice. It was absolutely amazing. I originally planned to take some home for my son to try, but it was so delicious that I finished every bite in one sitting. Sherita had visited earlier in the week and tonight shared that she arrived; right before I walked in which was 30 minutes before closing time, Jackie told her to hurry up and order, even though she already knew exactly what she wanted and didn't even need a menu. Jackie response was unprofessional and didn't even wait till the table guest got to the table, which was less than seconds since we all arrive at the same time, and left the same place. During our visit, Jackie never brought us water. A couple who was seated after us received water before we did. It took over 10 minutes for us to get water. Ann took great care of us, but anytime we wanted a refill, we had to ask. At one point my glass was completely empty. I noticed Jackie refilling the water glasses for a table of six, so I managed to get his attention. He looked directly at me, scanned the room, then stomped away all fast without acknowledging my request. Instead, he told Ann that we wanted water, and she graciously brought it over. Even at the end of our meal, Jackie stood behind the register while my friends waited to pay, yet another employee ended up taking their payment. His overall energy felt very cold and unwelcoming. My friend even joked that it was probably for the best that he didn't refill my water because of the energy he was carrying. As someone who believes water absorbs energy, I honestly agreed. I'm grateful Ann was the one who served us with such kindness. The restaurant itself has such a peaceful, zen atmosphere. The greenery outside and the warm lighting inside create a cozy neighborhood spot that I truly want to love and revisit with my son. Thank you , Sherita for introducing me and Aaliyah to this hidden gem. I completely understand why you visited twice in one week. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu, and hopefully next time the hospitality matches the quality of the food.
