I also tipped 20% because I truly believe in taking care of people who work in the service industry. We also tried the katsu musubi and the fried musubi, and all three dishes were absolutely delicious. We've visited both locations, and while the food was excellent at each, the Poʻipū location lacked the warm, welcoming spirit you'd hope to experience while visiting Kauaʻi.
