Disgusting boba tea, gritty with no ice, hard disgusting boba!

Horrible restaurant! This is the worst raman restaurant I have ever been too. And the worst restaurant I have been to in a long time. Period. I ordered the taro boba tea, and the tea came without any ice at all. Fine. But it was lacking of flavor, and most importantly, some of the boba was hard and inedible, while some was soft. Bottom line: worst boba tea, I have ever had in my life. Period! Also my wife and I tried the spicy Minso ramen. I didn't like it. Tasted cheap. I have had better. The chicken chatsu was my favorite food I ordered, however it was overly covered in mayo and sauce. A lot. Made me feel sick eating it due to the overuse of mayo. For service, minimal. I paid for my food upfront, and tipped upfront. Was never checked on during the meal. I didn't like how all the food came to our table in to go containers. Very poor presentation. Employees just stand around looking at their phones. I will never come back to this disgusting and horrible restaurant. I paid over $50 for a disgusting meal! I am not a happy customer at all.

Good but not great. The restaurant was pretty empty when my husband and I went. Large murals from the Naruto anime graced the walls. We were greeted immediately and told to grab a seat anywhere. There were ten ramen flavors, but this was the first time in a LONG time we had seen so many add-ins. My husband chose the Spicy Miso, and I went for the Chasu Ramen with a side of kimchi. Everything was brought to our table in to-go containers, which we didn't mind but weren't expecting. We assembled our ramen bowls accordingly and dug in. My husband's Spicy Miso broth was not spicy, so he said his ramen bowl was okay. My Chashu broth had a good depth of flavor. The chashu was a little dry but tasted good. The eggs were my second favorite part. The bamboo wasn't fresh, but we were most disappointed in the kimchi. The kimchi tasted like a powdered mix was used instead of the typical spices; it was gritty in texture and not spicy. I think improvements could be made to the quality of ingredients, but the service was incredibly kind. We might eat here again, we'll see.

I really like this spot! It was my first time trying ramen and I was really impressed. Very flavorful and it's most definitely a good portion size. Service is quick and friendly. Parking can be a bit challenging but with patience you are sure to get a spot. My only hiccup is the waste that's created by everything being served in the to go bowls and cups. It's a cool hip spot, check it out!!

Our first time and definitely will not be our last. The flavors had a healthy balance of savory and delightful. Noodles were not soggy just the perfect texture for noodles. The pork/shrimp Shumai (not pictured) reminded me of Hawaii pork hash with its rich flavors the dipping sauce for it was "chefs kiss". The service and location was decent next to a very popular barbershop so be expected to look for parking! Either then that the food was amazing! Can't wait to try more off the menu!

Food, service, and ambiance were all great! My first time at this ramen shop, Naruto themed, very cute. They have a good selection on the menu, it's not overwhelming like some places. I decided to try the chicken Katsu curry and I was NOT disappointed! Everything was very fresh, great noodles and the broth was the traditional golden curry flavor for Katsu. The chicken was thin and super crispy, flavorful as well. A very very filling meal, I could barely eat half! The other items on the menu are enticing like bao buns, I'm excited to try on another trip. Definitely recommend.

I was initially excited to come to this place, solely because I am an absolute huge naruto fan. I have a sleeve on my arm and even showed it to the cashier when I ordered my ramen. Upon walking in, I was hit by the fact that it was hot in the restaurant, like an uncomfortable hot. I figured that maybe it was just from me being outside and that it would cool down as I sat down and waited for the food. Sadly that didn't change at all and while I was eating my food, sweat was falling from my face onto the soup. When I received my food, I don't know why I was expecting a nice bowl and chopsticks, but when I was served a to-go bag, it was a huge letdown. The soup and pork bun was honestly below average or mediocre at best. There was nothing about the restaurant at all that really wowed me, maybe the art, but even then the rest of the restaurant was pretty bland. I would usually classify myself as someone who reviews things nicely, but this restaurant was just not it.

I ordered the spicy miso ramen, and level of spiciness is a 6/10 not bad, it comes with a good amount of toppings,chashu, bean sprouts, seaweed, corn and egg.The chashu was pretty good! Decent amount of noodles as well, as for the broth it needs a little bit more of thickness but was good overall Service was good but we came to dine in and received our food in containers to go, I'm guessing they're still looking for a server to hire but not a big deal. Definitely recommend to try this place if you are craving some ramen.

Talk about savory!!! Naruto Ramen definitely didn't disappoint...staff was friendly and efficient, and the price was super reasonable, especially for the good portions they serve. The food came out fast and it wasn't a bit neither over nor undercooked plus it had amazing flavor!!! Will definitely be going back when we're back in the area. read more

Not sure what the previous review is talking about because this restaurant is not on DoorDash. Not yet anyway. Lol their food is delicious! I had chicken fried rice and the rice was just amazing. My husband had ramen and he loved it. They even have chicken nuggets for my son! Everything was great. The staff was incredibly friendly! read more

Loved the theme. Naruto is my shiet! I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen because that's what my boy Naruto would order. It was hella mid. The noodles were fine. Although the broth was not so great. It tasted very stale. The flavors were lacking. Which was disappointing because it would've enhanced the flavors of the meat, noodles, eggs, and etc. The service was fine. There was a person in the front to take our order. So we didn't have to wait long to order. Would I try it again. Probably not. read more

Chicken fried bao bun was the best part! I ordered my food to go so I didn't not get the fresh experience. They made my food super fast. I had my eyes sighted on this place for some decent ramen on a cold day. I was finally able to visit this restaurant yesterday and was surprised in the lack of service. I picked up a menu at the front desk and was told to choose my own seat. After selecting my food, I then waited for a server to arrive at my table and take my order. I eventually ordered at the cashier's desk once I noticed this was expected of me. It was normal for customers to fill and refill their own drinks, so I did as well. Food presentation was awfully; displayed in black portable food containers with plasticware. Some of my food was in a small white styrofoam container. It was evident the food was warmed up inside the container due to the heat that melted a hole in the lid. I'm sure every adult and business owner are aware of harmful toxins that can be released in foods by melted styrofoam. Seems like they don't care to inspect their food before leaving the kitchen or it is inspected and they just don't care. I was only able to eat half my order when my stomach started to hurt. My stomach pain has decreased since yesterday's lunch and I vowed to never visit this place ever again. Good luck Naruto! read more

We actually drove over an hour to try this place and it was well worth the drive. I have absolutely no complaints, we were able to get an appetizer, and two bowls of ramen for 35$ and the portions were terrific. Im pregnant and I was able to eat my ramen for lunch and dinner. The owners or maybe managers were incredibly kind as well. A lot of places do not get the chatsu or ajitama right and this place did! Most ramen places will charge 20$ for ramen and give you one peice of chatsu and a small portion of noodles but not this place. It may not be close to my home but I will be going back to this place! read more

TDY here, decided to give it a shot. The service was awesome. Very kind, polite, and fast service. I got the Gyoza and Spicy Miso Ramen. The Gyoza was great, and their house dipping sauce was solid. The ramen left me disappointed. Spice level was great, but the noodles were stuck together and kinda pasty. The broth was decent, maybe even good, but the pasty noodles detracted from the taste. I expected a bit more from the broth, like a depth of flavor... but like I said, disappointed. Might have been a one off. I'll come back and maybe try something different... maybe. read more

I decided to try this place out today with my husband. I didn't like that all of our food was given to us in disposable containers given how much waste that likely creates on a daily basis versus just washing dishes. I loved the murals on the walls. The music was all from the anime, and the restaurant was nice and clean. My issues were mainly with the food being served in to-go containers, and they did not bring your food or drinks to you. You had to get up and get it yourself from the cash register counter like you were at a Wendy's. I'm assuming these two issues were likely because they just opened and were understaffed. Hopefully these things will change in the future. I had the crab rangoon and the chashu pork ramen. Both were delicious. My husband had the katsu ramen with grilled chicken and said it wasn't spicy enough, but he likes his food really spicy. Overall, the food was great, and I think the atmosphere has potential. read more

If I could give 4.5 stars I would! I ordered the spicy miso and my son ordered the dumpling ramen. Both broths were amazing, the spicy not too spicy but still had a decent kick. Yes it comes in a Togo bag with the broth separately, but this is not an actual issue. Their fish cakes are the best I've had. The bamboo shoots were a little strong but still savory. I did expect the cashu pork to be a tad more tender, melt in your mouth, but it was still very good. Love the Naruto art on the walls and the music playing while we sat to eat. I'd take a picture of the ramen we ordered but once we started in we couldn't stop ourselves until we finished! read more

A bit pricey, I must admit, but the food was both delicious & fulfilling. Top marks from all of my party and I. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Our visit was absolutely exceptional. We were seated immediately and our waters came promptly. We needed a bit of time to look over the menu and didn't feel rushed at all. We ordered the chicken tan tan dumplings, which came out quickly and were fabulous. I ordered a paitan ramen with pork belly and my husband got the spicy tan tan with a mix of ground beef and pork. I thought the pork belly was hard to eat the way it was served, but I also think it was a standard way to serve it so it was a me problem. The spicy tan tan is ONLY spicy because of the meat and our server said it was probably a 2/5 on spice, but you can spice up the broth more if you want. Overall, great experience. Clean location with lots of parking, good food with a variety on the menu, and great service. We'll be back!

Even with a heat index of 108°, I still walked in for their hot, succulent bone broth ramen...that's how good it is. The "LIVE NOODS" neon sign above the open kitchen is a perfect touch, you can watch the team pulling fresh noodles and building bowls right in front of you. It gives the place that energetic, authentic feel while keeping everything clean and modern. Wooden counters, red accent lighting, QR code ordering, and those sturdy stools make it comfortable for a quick solo meal or hanging with friends/family. Shout-out to Ana -- she was the absolute guide to deliciousness! She took my order with a smile and gave spot-on recommendations that led me straight to the good stuff. Service like that makes all the difference. I went with the Texasy Tonk (deep 60hr+ tonkotsu broth loaded with smoked brisket, smoked jalapeños, takana mustard greens, ajitama egg, and thunder oil) rich, savory, perfectly balanced heat, great chew on the noodles, and melt-in-your-mouth brisket. For the side I grabbed the Hot Pocketz from the Summer Combo (crispy birria-style brisket pockets with Oaxaca/Monterey Jack blend and birria dip). They were straight fire...crunchy exterior, gooey cheesy interior, spicy kick, and that dipping sauce took them over the top. Pro tip: Pour the remaining au jus from the Hot Pocketz into your Texasy Tonk broth at the end, it takes the flavor to another level! Cold beer + sake chaser rounded it out perfectly. We stood at second place in line for ~10 minutes waiting to just place an order at the front and we weren't told what the hold up was or what but the cashier was just standing there while the line continued to grow. Finally ordered (food did come out fast)- But when it came out the broth was cold and the noodles were underdone so it was just one underwhelming/annoying experience after the other. This location is better than the one off research boulevard atmosphere-wise at least because it actually can accommodate the number of customers it has but yeah... maybe I just need to find a new ramen place.

There were some staff members in the back, including a sushi chef, who was very nice. I appreciated that my husband ordered hot food while I ordered sushi, and both dishes came out at the same time. In other restaurants, either my meal or his tends to arrive first, but here they were served together. Overall, the food was decent and reasonably priced. The restaurant is located in the Galleria area, which has plenty of parking. I hope to return soon!

We've been here multiple times and the customer service and food options are always too good. Prices are very reasonable. The chicken, cheese and rice is my favorite as it comes with a lot of food and has just the right amount of flavor. Also comes with their homemade tortillas which are perfectly made.
