Seriously How do you mess up chicken tenders? So dry and gross. Couldn't even finish them

I have been wanting to try this place for months. I had heard such great things about all of their food. I was a little disappointed when I opened my chicken sandwich to see it was just chicken tenders instead of a chicken breast or patty. It should be called a chicken tender sandwich then. The bun was hard and crumbled when I bit into it. The Mac and cheese was not thick enough but did have good flavor. Ultimately a little disappointed. read more

The portions and variety is massive. The food unique and tasty. The staff wonderful and friendly. Sort of like a 50's diner modernized.

I Door Dashed this , got it ridiculously fast (under 30 mins) and loved it . Came online to see negative reviews . People are so quick to leave them after one bad service but so difficult for them to leave positive reviews when things are good. The BBQ sauce was soupy but aromatic and tasty. The chicken sandwich was an absolute delight. The coleslaw and pickles meshed perfectly with the Nashville hot spicy chicken. Zero complaints. Will be back. Cajun fries also delicious. read more

Nash’s Hot Chicken - Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Cajun Fries - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

They package the chicken in cardboard and the chicken gets so soggy. I ordered ranch and another side for an extra dollar and they are both basically epmty. Save your money. Not worth it. read more

Nash’s Hot Chicken - This is how empty the sides of ranch were. They're tiny to begin with and there's hardly anything in them. Very irritating - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Ordered to go and drove about 15 minutes home with it. Wowwwww. I was soooo satisfied by the end of it. I asked for the tenders well done and they were great! Perfectly crispy and the bbq sauce might be the best I've had! I'll probably buy a bottle of it next time I come. My partner ordered a chicken sandwich and expected a fried chicken breast, but it was a pulled chicken sandwich. He said he was disappointed it wasn't the fried breast but it was super tasty. We both got Mac and cheese and loved it. Definitely my new tender spot! read more

Ordered as takeout. The regular fries were very flavorful but cold from the delivery (not their fault). I order the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The bun was perfect, it didn't fall apart like most chicken sandwiches do. The chicken was disappointing. It was dry and not spicy in the slightest. The flavor was okay but left me wanting something more. Not worth the price based on my recent experience. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. I have ordered from this place TWICE and both times they have messed up my order. However, this time they decided to send me two chicken fingers instead of an actual chicken patty. I am in disbelief that this actually happened. They could have had the decency to cancel my order if they ran out of chicken patties instead of doing something this ridiculous. Also, I ordered a root beer and they decided to send me a Dr. Pepper. I cannot make this up. This will be the last time I order anything from this restaurant and BEST BELIEVE I'll be letting EVERYONE know about their shortcomings. Unbelievable. read more

I got this delivered on door dash and absolutely loved the Nashville hot chicken strips. I was a little disappointed that the ranch was not a fresh homemade ranch it would have made it even better. Next time I will try the sandwich! read more

Nash’s Hot Chicken - This is the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten! - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I ordered this through door dash after seeing it come up as an option for many months. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich with Cajun fries. The sandwich was great! The heat level was perfectly hot. The fries tasted good. I'd recommend. My only critique is that the sandwich could use a sauce of some sort as it was kinda dry but overall taste was still good. I added my own sauces at home to make it a little more juicy. The chicken is not a patty they are chicken strips placed into a sandwich. I mostly didn't mind it; they were still decent sized slices of meat. read more

Ok this stuff is delicious. I had a client order and it smelled so dang good I decided to order it myself. We had a grub hub or something gift cards we wanted to use and so we used that. It was soooooo goood and that was after it being delivered. It warms up good. We got the Nash's hot chicken 10 piece combo for the both of us and no regrets. Mac n cheese is. I can't imagine how good it is when you get it fresh dine in!! Ugh def need to make that happen. I have literally been dreaming of this chicken. Only thing I wish is they had homemade ranch but that's literally it lol. read more

The fries were the best part. We ordered the 10 piece Nashville hot combo. Fries were good (cold by the time they were delivered, but we did Uber eats.) Mac and cheese was really good, a little thick? Not super creamy. The problem was the chicken tenders, they were dipped in a hot oil and really tasted like old oil. That's the only way I can describe it. I think we are 2 chicken tenders and got rid of the rest. Pretty disappointed. read more

First of all... wtf is this??? That's not a tender. I ordered a 3 piece combo not 2 1/4... second the food was extremely soggy and cold. I did get it delivered so that could be part of it but considering it was one of the fastest deliveries I've had, I doubt that had much to do with it. I ended up throwing everything in my air fryer to get it crispy. That helped the texture but there still wasn't much flavor. The sauce was good... everything else was bleh. Plus I paid for an extra sauce and only got one... read more

I tried this place a few weeks ago, but could not leave a review on yelp at that time because the restaurant was not listed yet. The food was absolutely awful. The chicken tenders tasted like cardboard! They are also extremely overpriced for what you're getting. Terrible. read more

It was my first time tasting Nash Hot restaurant. The chicken sandwich was really good and very fresh. I definitely will go back to eat there. It may not be often due to their pricing it's pretty pricey. However the food was amazing. read more

I ordered chicken tenders through Uber Eats. The hot tenders were awful. I tool one bite and knew I would not eat the rest. So much hot crust, I couldn't taste any chicken. I tasted sugar first, then oily heat that burned, not a good burn. On the plus side I liked the mac and cheese, very creamy. I needed it to put out the fire in my mouth and on my lips. I will never order from here again. I wasted 40.00. I normally love spicy food, but not oily fire crust. read more

Nash’s Hot Chicken - Chicken tenders - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

On DoorDash they advertise this as if it's Monroe's hot chicken. It is nothing like that. Just don't waste your time or money. I promise you can just go to Popeyes or KFC. read more

I guess if you need lots of fluffery, someone to pat your behind and tell you how special you are head over to old town. But, if you wanna eat good fill you up food this is a good spot!! I had the hot chicken fries and for about 15 minutes everything was right with the world! YUM!!! read more

This place was recommended to us by a friend so we decided to try it because the chicken sandwich looked really good but rlly idk why she recommended it tbh....I have a few things to point out. First off, they need to upgrade their soda machine. They have sodas that I have never heard of! We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, Mac & cheese, french fries, and corn on the cob. The sandwiches were decent, we had to ask for more buffalo sauce tho to make it a lil better andddd the sandwich literally fell apart. The coleslaw to bun ratio was completely off. The mac & cheese was absolutely bland even with adding salt. The corn on the cob tasted like water :( There was no butter or sweetness to it at all. The french fries were the best part but how can you get french fries wrong lol. Lastly, they are extremely overpriced! It was not worth it and unfortunately we will not be returning. read more

Ordered through a food delivery service. It was really good! The Cajun fries arrived well seasoned and crispy. They were delicious :) Best coleslaw I've had in awhile by far. read more

I have such mixed feelings about this place. We've ordered from here on two occasions. The first was Sunday 6/20 during the suns game. The second was today 6/24 also during the suns game. The first time we ordered was phenomenal and neither of us could stop raving about it. The second time (today) was awful. We could have received a better chicken sandwich from any fast food place than what we received today. The "sandwiches" we received today weren't even a sandwich patty like we received the first time. They were two chicken tenders stuffed between a patty. Additionally, there was absolutely no sauce on the bun making it a very dry and unpalatable experience. The buns and fries were also both soggy by the time they arrived. The experience tonight we had was awful. You could have received a better sandwich from McDonald's. If it weren't for the first time we ordered from this place, I would have given one star. Stay away and go with something more consistent. I'm so aggravated I wasted money on this. read more

So the last time I came through Phoenix I ordered from here and the sandwich was spectacular! I got the hot chicken with Cajun fries. I just came back to Phoenix again today and had to get the same thing. If you like Chick-fil-A, this is better!!! read more

This chicken was right on the mark. Crispy and moist even after delivery. The signature sauce was a very nice touch!

Best experience of my life. Opened the tin & started crying immediately. I swear the chicken started floating. The aroma--superb. Took a bite & collapsed. I thought i knew everything there was to know about chicken but they truly humbled me. Don't think i can look at any other chicken the same. I'm still high off one piece. 1702773892/10 recommend‍ Nash. I love you. Thank you. read more

Ordered the chicken tender fries. Very dissatisfied with the portion, one Chicken tender cut up with a. Small amount of fries..

I never write reviews, but the food was terrible. I order a Nash Hot Chicken Sandwich and the bread was hard and stale! The fried chicken on the sandwich was hard to chew on, it seemed like it was frozen. Not worth paying $10 for, and no fries or anything included. Just a plain, stale bread sandwich. I've had better chicken sandwiches at Jack in the Box. I wanted to support a local business, but will never be coming back. read more

This place is fantastic! I got the 5 piece Nashville tenders with Cajun fries and they were delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly and paired with the ranch dressing make them the perfect hot/cool combo. I got my daughter the 3 tender combo and she's the harshest food critic of them all. She couldn't stop eating the tenders! Great food and a good price. We did door dash and got our food in less than 30min. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some good quality spicy chicken. read more
