I came in and was immediately greeted, I stated my budget and was immediately taken to a section of Seikos that would work for my budget. I was then asked many great questions like "What would the watch be for? When do you intend to wear the watch? Which one catches your eye and what are you looking to accomplish with your watch?" These were great questions I had not thought of and their assistance helped me make an informed decision on which model to buy with no buyer's remorse. I highly recommend them as the staff is knowledgable, friendly, and want to help you achieve your goal. Other than that I brought in my omega watch to have a simple crown repair & took one month to get a quote which was $300+ for a simple repair. Got the watch back & there were parts missing from the watch. I took it to another local shop & they fixed it for less than $50. Completely ridiculous, would have been cheaper too if I wasn't missing parts due to Nasr. read more

I have a ring I thought a stone had fallen out of and thought I retrieved the stone. A dear friend recommended Nasr Jewelers in Denton saying they had done a good job for her. I took several pieces of jewelry into Nasr on my first visit. Turns out the ring had not lost any stones. They cleaned and polished several pieces and when I went to pick them up Mr. Pete, the owner, took my wedding set and cleaned it while I was checking out. My jewelry looked beautiful; brand new. Went into Nasr Brothers to get a set of opal earrings for my wife to match a pendant she already has. Apparently the owner, who refused to take his Bluetooth headset out of his ear as he roamed the store helping customers, felt that I looked like I couldn't afford the $800 set. He clapped me on the shoulder and unsolicited told me that I shouldn't worry about the $800...that he'd work out a payment plan for me. The owner was so rude, arrogant and offensive, I wouldn't shop here if they had the best deals in the metroplex...which is interesting since I had the earrings made (with larger stones) for $675...a whopping savings of $125. Stay far away from this place my friends. read more

My husband has bought me a few things from here, as well as had a repair done on the clasp of a watch I have had for a long time, it came out nicely. He has also had some batteries replaced and bracelet adjustments done on a couple of his watches, that were fine. But all has not been perfect. He once took in a very expensive Omega dive watch I gave him for our wedding to have a link removed from it, the lady was rattling around in her hand with her rings like it was just junk. Not even caring if she scratched it or not. Another time he took his TAG Heuer in for a bracelet adjustment, and the guy behind the counter commented on a new watch my husband was wearing also. The guy then reached over and rubbed the bracelet on the new watch my husband was wearing (not the one being worked). My husband commented that it was weird, but would have been fine if the employees hands werent filthy. Apparently that isnt good on a titanium rolex product that is not cheap to replace parts on. Then he went in yesterday with quartz dive watch he has had for years, that the low battery indicator was activated on. He took it off his wrist, removed the strap and handed it to the same lady who treated his Omega like a junk. She works on it in the showroom, 10 minutes or so later she asks him if it was running when he handed it to her. Did she really not notice? Yes it was working. Then she takes it in the back, returns after a few minutes, hands it to him and says "we dont know what is wrong with it. Sorry." She asks him if it has a warranty. Like she wants the watch manufacturer to pay for her breaking it. If you want to buy something in the showroom, you will probably be happy. If you want something of yours worked on, you should probably look elsewhere. Edit: after sending in the watch that would not run after they tried to change the battery on it. Time Tech in Dallas informed me that the coil of the movement was damaged. This is why the watch would not run after they attempted to replaced the battery. So, in all they damage the circuit of my watch so that it wont work and then the employee accepted zero responsibility for her mistake. Perhaps sales people should not be doing work they are not quailified to do. read more

I love this store! The owner, Peter, and his staff are wonderful and make sure that the products they produce are 1000% incredible. I have my wedding and engagement ring designed and built by Peter a little over 4 years ago. The quality of the work is impeccable and the price could not be beat. I came back to Nasr just before Christmas this year (2017) to drop my rings off for resizing (post baby fat fingers - one of the things other parents don't tell you), my husband's ring for clean up, and to chat with Peter about what we needed done. He is always friendly and remembered me from all those years ago. Seriously great place to go when you need work created or to find that perfect piece. read more

I went here to have a ring sized and got a quote over the phone for $40.00. When I dropped it off the lady was very nice. All went well until I went to pick up the ring. They called me that it was ready so I went there and when I walked in a different lady asked "Can I help you" I stated I need to pick up my ring that you sized" She very rudely said "well, did we call you". I said yes and she got my ring. As she rang me up the price was 45% higher than I was initially told. I told her that does not sound close to what my girlfriend was told when she called. She said well it doesn't matter that's what it is... Very Rude!!!! I paid the price and told them I would never be back. Not very good customer service. Sounds like they needed the money more than me. I guess I will be ordering that Tag watch I wanted from someone else. Don't waste your time here. read more

These people are a joke to say the least. My wife had a custom wedding ring made for me and after they had taken 80% of her money the ring was nowhere near design what she had explained she wanted nor the size requested. The design, pictures that she provided of my lost ring of 35 years and the size to be 11.5 none of which was honored. This jeweler told her the ring of over $12k needed to be paid for or the amount she paid would be non-refunded. I called and spoke to Mr. Nasr the owner and he said he would size the ring for additional money however he could not allow a return or refund of the ring but he would buy the ring that my wife paid over $12,000.00 for around $4500. My fiancé and I booked an appointment with Kay Jewelers to have a custom made engagement ring produced at one of their diamond shows. We went to Nasr Jewelers in Denton just to take a look and were blown away by the quality and choices. Peter showed us a ring he had just custom made and it was almost exactly what my fiancé was looking for. He said he could make the exact ring my fiancé wanted with a bigger center stone than Kay was offering, plus a matching wedding band for almost $4000 less than Kay quoted us. The finished product was absolutely gorgeous and my fiancé is over the moon happy. Took my watch there to repair a simple crack in the face. They sent it off, got it back. Within 3 days the new face I paid them to replace fell completely out because the repair shop didn't install it correctly or tighten it enough. Drove back there to have them put it back in which no one at the store could do, them had to send it off again to repair team. 2-3 weeks finally later got it back, had it less than a week when one of the arms was stuck, took it back there again and asked what happened, they apologized and said a lever must have gotten damaged during repair-sent it off again for another 2 weeks. Finally got back, had for TWO days and completely stopped working. Took in a 4th time and owner said it must have gotten debris in there when they repaired it and needed cleaning - he then told me I needed to pay $75 to clean up the mess/debris that their repair team caused! I of course walked out and now getting 2nd opinions- wouldn't give these scammers another dime! Avoid! read more

Went here to buy a male wedding ring. A hand shake agreement was made for a custom ring not to exceed $2500, including tax, fees, shipping etc. to be delivered 4 weeks after the order was made. Long story short: customer service is terrible; the custom design was incorrect; the ring had to be overnight-ed, we didn't know if the ring was going to arrive on time; it arrived the morning of the day before the wedding, weeks late; the ring was over priced by $400; we had to submit a protest with wells fargo to correct the price; this took weeks to resolve. We will not be returning here, and highly advise you to take your business elsewhere. read more
