My initial booking clearly specified a deep clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors, including floor deodorizing. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met. The master bathroom did not appear to be properly cleaned, and there was no scent of cleaning supplies or deodorizer throughout the home. After I contacted management, I was told someone would be sent back to redo the bathrooms and floors using a deodorizer. However, it took a week for a follow-up visit to occur. When the cleaner arrived, she informed me she was only instructed to clean the floors. Furthermore, no deodorizer was used during this second visit, as there is still no detectable scent. As a first-time customer, I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of communication regarding my specific requirements. What is the point of having a great cleaning if your office cannot handle communications about appointments? The email was confirmed for around 2PM, and your ladies came at 12:30PM. My review still stands for the business' unprofessionalism in giving excuses as to why this issue occurred instead of owning up to the mistakes, apologizing, and then resolving the problem so this doesn't happen to a future customer. I was most impressed by the amount of time and effort spent scrubbing all of the bathroom and kitchen surfaces, restoring them to a level of clean like the day we moved in (3 years prior). Specifically, they transformed my stovetop and oven, which had years of grime and grease built up, to look brand new. During my move out walkthrough, even the inspector said the apartment was spotless and that Mary did a phenomenal job. I was also blown away by her pricing: I expected to pay much more given the quality of the job and the time and effort she and her assistant put in.
