I mailed my payment to Natgen 2 weeks before the due date, they never received/cashed my payment so I called my broker and made an online payment 2 days after the due date. Natgen refunded my payment and cancelled my policy. I've been with them 5 years and I've never been late before and I wouldn't have been late this time if the mail system was more reliable. Anyways, they would not reinstate my policy because they did not receive my payment before the 09/21 due date. They are cheap, you get what you pay for!!! I just received a letter of cancelation due to 'a water loss!' I notified them of my little water leak, fortunately I was able to repair it on my OWN, no claim needed. But, they dropped me regardless, quoting a 'water loss!' I reached out to the company, to get this issue resolved, but the lady argued with me. This company never paid out a PENNY! I quickly recalled, using their service is a choice, I'm choosing to not fight them and simply go elsewhere. You should too!! read more

I don't usually leave reviews, however after just having our first ever claim and all the horror stories I heard about insurance claims I thought everyone should know that NatGen Premier is FIRST CLASS. Our very first claim in over 20 years was flood damage from a water leak. Patti Hinze our NatGen Senior Property Specialist made the experience very easy. Natgen was prompt with accessing the damages and after we had time to substantiate there claim value, which was spot on, we received full payment which was over $30K. I thought if you happen to see this on Yelp, it would be nice to know your in good hands with NatGen Premier. My daughter was involved in a car accident early morning on a Sunday . Reported the accident when we got home and that same day we were able to get a rental. The next day adjuster made contact with us and gave us the necessary info. By Friday, the total loss adjuster named Sarah called informing us that the car was deemed total loss and gave us a very fair settlement for the car. I went to Sarah's office Monday am and even without an appointment. she prepared the documents and issued a payment in minutes. Sarah was very professional and accommodating. One of these companies insured opened his car door into my car causing damage (over $3000) in a parking lot. I was in my car at the time. The person apologized and gave me his insurance information willingly. Because of this I did not call the police. Shame on me. After this incident was over the insured later denied hitting my car so my claim was denied. Doesn't the fact that he handed over his insurance information and I have pictures of this imply his guilt. The worst part is that I also have this insurance company. After inquiring about the $800yr increase. I was informed that due to the fires, NatGen has increased premiums 45%. They have essentially collected premiums for years, and now that it time to pay YOU PAY. After 25rs with Century National they couldn't justify the increase so they did an inner office transfer calling it NatGen. SUCH GREED! read more

I had an accident last month, my car was total loss and i have rights to get a rental car during all of this. They gave me a rental car only during inspection time and when they decided that my car is total loss, they sent me an email that my last rental car day with in 3 days and i have to pay extra if i want to keep it. My claim was still in process and they didn't even sent my check yet. Also their offer way lower than actual value of my car. There is 4-5k missing. I talked to their manager and he was rude and he didn't help me. They only think about money, not about customer satisfaction or customer rights even while you paying for to get these every month.!! read more

Worst insurance ever! There's a reason they're cheaper because no one is available when you need them the most. Was told I could go anywhere for a repair and a check would be cut... auto shop tried contacting them because the cost was more than the estimate... long story short my car has been sitting at a shop since Tuesday without being worked on! Adjuster never told me they had a list of "gold star" auto shops where they can get started on the work ASAP due to contracts. When I confronted the adjuster he said "you have a right to any repair shop" but I told him people don't know that auto shops are contracted unless they're told. Steven battaglni... Worst insurance ever. They automatic close my claim without asking me, even my claim repair cost under 1,000. Take care my claim very unprofessional, sent the quote about my repair very cheap. NatGen is the worst insurance company. Someone hit my car from behind when I was stopped at a traffic light. NatGen had me take photos of my car. Then within days they sent me a check for $1200. When the repair shop evaluated the damage their estimate was $6500. NatGen did not respond to the estimate of the repair shop. They would not approve the repairs. They did not respond to my calls. They provided no explanation. They closed the case. Again, they did not respond to requests from the repair shop to review the estimate. They did not return my phone calls. They became a black brick. This company has provided me with homeowner's insurance after they switched names and my policy fell under NatGen. They don't seem to have a company culture that thinks from the point of view of the customer. They are primarily investor-focused, and they look at the customer satisfaction as unimportant. Whatever their risk management reports dictate they do without thinking below the surface. When searching for a homeowner's policy, just look elsewhere as when you need them they'll likely not be there for you at a super-stressful time. They also judge your risk not by your individual house but more by zip code and region, and seem to raise premiums commensurate with the highest risk conditions in that area, hoping people will just pay. read more

I had a small accident with my car, and it took an adjuster of Natgen Premier 10 days to come out to look at my car, he miss identified vehicle color of my car and missed damage that any one could easily see within seconds, they cut short rental of car and would not give me a pay out based on an estimate from an approved, licensed & certified body shop that most insurance companies use, including Natgen, nor will they send another adjuster to see the damage missed by first adjuster. Natgen Premier seems like a complete rip-off, and the worst company I have dealt in my over 30 years of driving. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because it's the minimum here, they deserve the maximum negative stars. Advice to anyone stay away form Natgen Premier and affiliate companies. read more

NatGen Premier provided excellent coverage at a great rate. Easy to do business with and they have excellent customer service.

I would like to start by saying I had no issues with NatGen premier til I had to file a claim. Once I had to file a claim is when the nightmare begin. Our so called rep Juan Torres was little to no help along the process, In order to get simple answers from him we had to send multiple emails and voice messages to even get a reply. It was as if I was inconveniencing him with the fact that I had a claim through this insurance company. As I attempted to elevate this to his supervisor Eric Fetterman I was met with the same lack of customer service or concerns. It took over 3 months to address the auto body repair needs to my vehicle. They originally sent somebody from Phoenix to Tucson to do an estimate on my car. The original estimate for all parts and labor to repair my car was about $1200. I told them I was not Comfortable finding and having somebody do the repairs this way and preferred to go to an auto body shop. When I did go to a repair shop the gap between the two estimates was $4800. It took another week before NatGen authorize the repairs. My total rental cost was not covered even though I was within the allotted dollar amount for this claim and my credit card was charged $147, I have sent two emails to said "reps" with no reply to date. This is by far the worst insurance experience I have had to deal with personally or professionally. I have returned to my insurance broker to explore other options for my auto and home insurance as I feel NatGen Is not a company I choose to do business with any longer. read more

Worst experience ever. Do not expect them to even bother getting back to you, even when they say they will. They are not transparent at all and will do everything in their power to make your experience terrible and deny your claim, even if it means fabricating details to deny the claim with. The adjusters are rude and will treat you like a criminal, do not expect even basic respect. They will assure you your claim is covered when opening the claim, in spite of actually not being able to assure that. Then when they order the inspection, they choose a company that charges $200 for a phone call made during business hours. Then once the claim is denied, the construction company will send you the bill. Incredibly shady, it makes me wonder if the insurance company has some sort of underhanded deal with the construction company where they charge these outrageous amounts for the inspection, deny the claim, then split the profits from the poor soul just trying to live in habitable conditions. If you are shopping for insurance, avoid this one like the plague. I surely wish I had. read more
