Just had our whole downstairs carpet cleaned by Alfonso and his partner! Very happy with results and service! We have white carpet so all of our stains were removed include our high traffic areas from multiple parties. They were also quick (25 mins). He even offered to do a few steps which was perfect because guests tend to sit there during parties. They did run 30 mins late but I think it was due to them having trouble finding our home. Wish we had taken before and after shots so others could really see the quality of work! We have a rescue cat and dog and between the two of them our carpets were pretty awful. I was referred to Alfonso by a friend in Napa who has used him for years. I have a large 7 seat sectional microfiber couch that I've been wanting to get cleaned professionally for a few years but I have always been quoted insane prices of $350+ which I refuse to pay. Alfonso came out to my house about 2 hours after I called him and looked at my couch and gave me a quote that was significantly lower and extremely affordable, he then came back an hour later to clean my couch and also cleaned my area rug. While he and his wife were here they asked if I wanted our kids bedroom carpet (only carpeted room) cleaned and gave me an extremely fair price for that so I said go ahead and let's do it. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with not only the end result but his friendly, professional attitude and great pricing. Had them come do the carpets and they said they could do grout as well so gave it a shot after reading all the great reviews. 1st they were 1hr late, 2nd the girl in charge, got irritated when I painted out a missed tile they didn't clean then ended up damaging my cabinets after that. As far as the carpet cleaning it was ok. I've had better work done before. Maybe it was just the 2 people they sent, idk. Contacted Alfonso about the issues. He apologized, gave me back my check, and offered to redo them for free. I accepted my check back but will not be having them come back out. I called two other companies and after those other companies found out that I had just bought the home, they raised their price (one by $40 and one by $185). The two times we called Alfonso, his estimate remained the same plus he was grateful for our tip. I appreciate that he picked up the phone right away both times we called prior to service. I agree with the other 5 star reviewers. Alfonso came out 3 times for a stubborn water stain and did not charge me, or even take the cash tips that I offered for his efforts. The 2nd and 3rd times he came out would not normally have been required (it had nothing to do with the quality of work that he did, as the carpet looked perfect each time he left. Best carpet cleaners I have ever hired! They were late to the appointment, but they called me ahead of time and told me that they were 45 minutes out, which I totally appreciated. When they got here, they hooked up their van to the water system and started working. They are fast and good. I asked them to clean under some of my furniture and they moved everything, cleaned the carpet and returned everything to place without any complains or any sign of discontent. Their customer service is amazing! I have a large area rug that has grooves and ridges, very hard to vacuum and clean, but Alfonso did an awesome job with it. When they were done and after paying them, he noticed that I didn't tell them to clean a small rug that I use under my papers cage, he decided to go ahead and clean it and didn't want to charge me for it!
