I called for an appointment on Monday and scheduled Friday. Set up a morning appointment. Staff was here on time. We checked in regarding the cleaning required and they got straight to work. In a little over an hour we had a clean sofas, bedroom carpets and dinning room chairs. This is the second time that I have come over and I appreciate their efficiency and deep of cleanliness. After missing our original appointment I received a letter from Alfonso apologizing for our experience. He offered a free carpet cleaning for the trouble. I was skeptical, but scheduled the appointment anyway. I let them know when I called to schedule the appointment that I didn't want to move forward with the service if they were going to be late.... the lady assured me that they would be on time. Our appointment was at 3:30, I called to confirm the appointment and they let me know they needed 15 minutes or so more. They arrived at 3:46pm, which was fine. Honestly, they did a great job! It took them less than an hour to do our hallway and three offices. All the spots came up and they're still gone! (It's been about two weeks so far.) I had them come out and do my entire house which was absolutely disgusting, and they, yet again, did an unbelievable job. Literally my carpets were horrible and now they're nice and clean. My only complaint is that when I called, I was very specific as to the size of the house and number of rooms (2800 square feet, nine rooms and a hallway), and they quoted me $220. But then when they came, they said that they were going to have to charge me $247. I was okay with it because it was so cheap, but the invoice they gave me said $147 so hopefully the rental company that I turned it into will be okay with it. I also don't feel like they were as thorough as they were the first time I had them come out. Still, they do amazing work. Literally. If I get any of my deposit on this house back it will be because of them. read more

OMG, my carpet was the worst I've ever seen any carpet. There was doggie business stained in as well as way too many drink spills. These people came the next day just like I asked. They were very knowledgeable of the products they were using and the tools they use. The employees have great customer service and well they do a mighty fine job of cleaning carpets. I tell ya I don't think my carpet looked that clean even before I moved into my apartment. To clean 2 areas (rooms or stairs) plus the hallway is only $68, you can't beat that price. Mind you they only need a water source from you, so if you have no PG&E or electricity then don't sweat it, they have their own generator inside their truck. And it only took them less than one hour to clean my living room, bedroom, hallway and stairs. If you can beat all that then let me know! read more

Very unhappy with the service they gave me be cause not doing all 4 carpets to be cleaned and agree on priced they left my carpets very wet not even being close to dry and now still wet at 2:30 pm few hours later. Most business give u booties to wear from past experience. So now i have foot prints all over my home with wet feet from Neglect of Service. Just had our whole downstairs carpet cleaned by Alfonso and his partner! Very happy with results and service! We have white carpet so all of our stains were removed include our high traffic areas from multiple parties. They were also quick (25 mins). He even offered to do a few steps which was perfect because guests tend to sit there during parties. They did run 30 mins late but I think it was due to them having trouble finding our home.
