This was my first time coming here. I joined my grown nieces and a friend. It was her birthday so she wanted to get pedis done. She been there before and has a go to lady. I never been so idk who does good toes. Lucky for me I got a nail tech that was able to get the job done somewhat. We sat down on the massage chairs and just relaxed. Their pedi menu was straightforward. It was only like three options. I just went with the classic pedicure with gel. It didn't come with no hot towels or hot rocks or any cbd powders or scrubs. Just a lil massage at the end. I mean, you get what u pay for. Because this place has a pretty good price IMO.. I went with the #1 classic pedicure w/ gel which is $35. Then it's $5 extra if u want french tip. I went with that. So it was $40 but I gave her a $10 tip. So $50 altogether.. She was patient with me cus I was kinda picky on the right base coat for my French tips. I wanted a particular pink.. I got what I wanted and the French tips came out cute. I did have to ask her to cut my big toe nail down a little more on one corner cus it was kinda not shaped right but easy fix. And also I wished she had cut my cuticles down some so she can be able to paint the whole toe and not give it that appearance of it growing out so fast.. another thing I noticed was she didn't get the bottom inner corner of my big toe painted all the way.. it's not too noticeable. But I noticed it, not sure about anybody else. You can tell this place is a hit or miss depending on who you get unless you know somebody or got a certain nail tech that's your fave. I just got lucky and had someone that did a decent job.. and it's crazy we both wore the same color lol. I might or might not be back.. Still have mixed feelings. read more

This place is a hit or miss depends on who your nail tech is Sometimes I get a nail tech that hurts my fingers and does an OK job and other times I really like my nails If you come here often enough, you will know who the good ones are and who the bad ones are. this nail salon is a chop shop after asking for a soak off and overlay the lady proceeded to talk me into letting her pop the acrylic off using a nail tip. none if the utensils she used were new all used. none if the set up area was cleaned or disinfected. also their pricing is out if whack she charged me 10$ to pop my nails off when a soak off is the same price. after letting her service me my nails are weak and ripping when before they were perfectly healthy. after asking her for a resolution she told me i would have to pay her again for another service. They are okay sanitary not really every-time I go they don't sanitize their pedicure equipment they way it should be done. they run it under water and back into a blue packet that should be steamed but nope right back into their cart for the next person,, they rinse their mouth after eating in the same sink where you wash you hands while getting acrylics instead of doing that in the restroom. Some workers do a good job at the pedicures some do a sloppy job they want to get you in and out but expect a tip? This last time I went my pedicure looks sloppy and she spoke very English I tried communicating but no luck. If i could give this shop ZERO stars i would. I came to get an overlay on 8/22 and by 8/25 one nail was already BROKE and another was CRACKED. I just tried to get it fixed and they refused to do so. Instead they suggested i pay for a whole new set. I even showed a picture of my nail being broke, so they were able to see the day. I use to come here all the time so i'm very frustrated and aggrivate. I spent over $100 plus that day. That just goes to show you that even being a regular they don't care about their customers. Worst pedicure ever!! $40 for twenty minutes. No foot soak, no massage. Horrible nail trim. To top it all off, the lady by the door was SCREAMING at a young woman because she wanted her nails really short and square. If the young woman's mom hadn't spoken up I would have. I have come here since high school although not regularly. I like the roomy atmosphere and the friendly staff. I always meet folks here who are talkative, kind and helpful. Today was no different. It is a bit pricy costing $30 for a pedicure and $18 for a manicure. I did not get any fake nails, so the manicure was done right with my pedicure by different people and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. it was funny my manicurist was trying to get me to change my nail colors because they were dark by showing me other similar colors but I didn't budge and she respected that. I definitely enjoyed it and thought my nails came out great. However I will say there was no massage on my leg or anything and I know that is a thing elsewhere, so if you are looking for relaxing you might find other better places for that if that is your priority. read more

this is one of them hood nail shops that are just hit or miss. sometimes the popularity of the shop is riding on one good nail artist. my friend seemed to land in her chair and was very happy with her pedicure. I was happy with mine too. however, the nail artist who did my nails was quite... loud. pretty entertaining but very unprofessional. as she was doing my nails she says, "why are you paying for a gel manicure? you should've just asked for the gel polish. you don't really need a manicure" yet she proceeds to file and still charge me for the full manicure. making me, the customer, feel like an idiot. if you're trying to get people coming back, keep those kind of comments to yourself, girl! on the other hand, my pedicure was great. until it came to the polish. there was some miscommunication when the nail people spoke about what i asked for. he painted with regular polish when i asked for gel. i had to correct him. which is embarrassing for the customer but i had to say something if i was being charged $55 for all of it. so he painted again with gel polish. the polish on my toes stayed on so long and i couldnt take it off. i soaked my nails and everything. i finally got it off after 3 weeks but not without damage being done to my nails. the polish on my fingers were a different story. that started lifting 3 days later. no no no, won't be back. read more

So I got my eye lashes done here, and the next day my eyes were burning, so irritated they were red!I just wanted them off because they hurt. It felt like the glue was cemented on my eye lids. The lady was very nice. I walked in with out an appt and she sat me down and started working right away on my nails. I'm really indecisive and she was patient and suggested ideas for me. I had went Saturday needing a quick set and not only did the guy doing my nails cut too deep into the side of my nails leaving me to possibly get an ingrown now but sanded my cuticles instead of oiling them up and pushing them back. I got my eyelashes done here because it came recommended by a friend on fb the price was decent but I know now, you get what you pay for. I waited for the lash tech thinking she was finishing with a client but the lady I was greeted by asked this little boy about 7 years old to go get her. Ok.... I see him run to another part of the salon and wake her up. She was taking a nap. Ok... she walks me to the back and she's making small talk. I get my lashes done and they look a little off but still cute. Like the lashes weren't natural looking. They looked like black plastic. I also saw there was a lot of glue on my eyelids but thought maybe some of it would fall off after showering or something. Well, it didn't and then my eyes began to burn and itch. It was so uncomfortable and I was scared I was having a reaction. Eventually I grabbed baby oil and began ripping them out along with my actual lashes. Horrible horrible place. read more

Personally, I would not return even if they are cheap priced, or if they paid me to return. The lady who assisted me couldn't speak English, I didn't understand what she was saying, I asked for a white glitter gel on my natural nails. After a minute of debating with her (she pointed at acrylic and the fake nail), I gave in hoping she knew what she was doing. She did such a sloppy job, her tools look unsanitary and she rushed the service. The nail polish poured to the surrounding skin and I asked her to file it. She didn't cut my cuticles, didn't bother to place a towel underneath my hands and there the UV light hand placement was sticky. I was very unhappy. Worst place to get your lashes done! I can't even explain but my real eyelashes are gone literally !!!
