Came to pick up a pie. I've never tried their menu before, just their pies. We walked in and there was a couple in front of us. One of the staff told the couple it will be five minutes before they would help them. I'm not sure if they were joking with them. They both were being friendly to each other. I just waited. I ordered my pie, and we didn't wait too long for it. The staff was friendly. It seemed like the service is kind of slow for the dine in people, but I don't know how long they have been waiting for their food. I may come back to try their food one day and I will update my review.

I came here because my brother had gotten one of their custard pies for Christmas and I really liked it. The place was close to the Costco and we just finished shopping there. This was perfect that it was located in the same strip mall. We went inside and there were two tables with two customers each sitting down waiting for their orders. A couple had entered before us but didn't know what they wanted so they told us we could go ahead of them. The lady at the grill said that we would have to wait 5 minutes before we could order which was weird. We were only getting a pie. There were two employees working the grill making hamburgers. I guess they were behind. It was at night around 7PM . So we waited for awhile while both of them were making food. The place wasn't too big and it seemed pretty clean. Finally one of the ladies started taking orders. We of course let the couple order since it had been sometime now and they knew what they wanted and were first in. We ordered our pie and then waited a few minutes for that . Off we went. I loke their pies. So I will be in again for that.

I had doordashed and have been to the Stockton location a couple times so this was my first time in the. Lodi location, it is apparently brand new and I like this location over the Stockton one because it's VERY clean, very nice! The girl that helped us was SO sweet I found out you can make a whole cake and mix and match 4 pieces of pie or cheesecake into one cake. OMG what a dream. I did blueberry cheesecake, whipped cream lemon pie, cherry cheesecake, whipped cream chocolate cream pie pieces all into one !! Alas my hungry self DUG into it so I didn't get a pic but I did get their last slice of strawberry cheesecake on the side and absolutely delectable!! Not to mention their burgers SO GOOD!!! 10/10 by farrrr!!! Cannot WAIT to return!!!

We stopped in at Nation's and had an excellent experience. I ordered a BLT, and it was fresh, crispy, and stacked with lettuce and tomatoes, exactly how I like it. The iced tea tasted super fresh too, not old or watered down. The place was clean, the food came out fast, and everything tasted good. The staff were sweet and efficient. I'd definitely come back again.

Pies / cheesecakes are the best here. Had to get four different slices because I couldn't decide. All are fire! The girl helping us was really nice and on it! It was a quiet vibe tonight which was nice we were in and out fast. Definitely coming back!!!

The staff here was very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was a huge issue. The condiment bar was filthy and clearly hadn't been wiped down in a while, with dishes and garbage piled high. When I sat down, my table was sticky with syrup and crumbs, which I had to clean myself before eating. For the price point, the food itself was mediocre at best--not worth what they're charging. The final straw was when I went to pour syrup on my pancakes and two ANTS came out of the bottle. At that point, my appetite was gone. While the staff is polite, the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and honestly feels like a health code violation. I won't be returning.

It was ok. Expected more to be honest. Wife had the sliders and I had the three egg breakfast. Super friendly service and nicely refreshed dining area.

Restaurant was clean and great customer service. We waited almost 20mins for our dine in order. Food, not good. Way too much mayo, the cheese wasn't melted on the burgers, and there is NO seasoning on the burgers. Basic, plain, over priced food. Definitely a one and done for our family. The manager offered us a free piece of pie if we scanned the QR code on the receipt and did a review. We did not!

Finally had the chance to have lunch there today. About half full seating inside. Employee taking order was very pleasant. As line quickly built behind me, I could feel the stress behind the counter. The look of A few cooking to see the line looked worried. It took 20 minutes to get burgers and fries and they were fantastic. Hopefully more employees are added along with an additional register. Stockton has a few and this helps move customers along.

Trusting in Yelp reviews, we headed to Lodi's highly rated and popular Avenue Grill. Service was wonderful. Our server (blond lady with glasses) was friendly and chipper and had a very nice demeanor. She was on top of everything. Food came out quickly too. Seemed like the rest of the customers there were local regulars, who knew one another. Cozy, family-friendly vibez. I got the chicken fried steak with crispy potatoes. Good country gravy, seasoned potatoes, and chicken fried steak was delicious. Big portion, enough for leftovers. My husband got the steak & eggs. The steak was a little too dry and under seasoned to my husband's liking. He always orders medium-well, but it was more well. I did agree that it didn't have much flavor. But I had it the next day for leftovers and thought it was good mixed with my gravy and potatoes. So if you're looking for a good traditional breakfast diner, this is probably your spot. I don't think it was worth a drive from Sac, just because there are a lot of similar restaurants, but if you are already in the Lodi area, definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant is a bit upscale and pricey-although many restaurant prices have increased-so it is reasonable just a matter of what you order and are expecting. The drinks were made pretty strong and worth the price. For large groups they have a group menu under the appetizers that has three categories individual serving, double serving or a platter which would equate to three servings. We did a couple appetizers for double servings. There also was a cast iron bread which I highly recommend-we didn't find it on the menu but another adjacent table had ordered it -we asked, ordered and we demolished it. I even forgot to take photos of the bread. For the main dishes the fish and chips was worth it, I didn't get any positive feedback on the ravioli that many of the people in the group had ordered. The one who had the Beef Wellington said it was worth it. There were two in the group that ordered the beef stroganoff that weren't able to fjnish their dish. We all forgot about the shepherds pie--maybe next time.

Tonight, we returned for another birthday, but the experience was nothing like before. We arrived at 6:10 PM for our 6:15 reservation. Upon entering, the hostess walked right past us with another party, without so much as a "I'll be right with you." Another employee eventually asked if we'd been helped; when we said no, she said she'd find someone. We were finally seated, and our server, Monica, was the bright spot--attentive, friendly, and kept us updated on our food. That food, however, took nearly an hour to arrive, and we watched several tables who were seated after us receive their meals first. When our dishes did come, they arrived in stages--the succotash and salmon first, then the pork chop and gnudi about seven minutes later. Worse, nearly everything was cold and overdone. Pork chop: Unevenly cooked--some parts dry and overcooked, others undercooked. The potato purée was gummy and overworked, though well-seasoned. Salmon: Overcooked and bland; I had to ask for salt and pepper just to add flavor. The corn velouté underneath was unpleasant--the corn kernels were dried out and rock-hard (I circled the pieces I had to spit out in the photo). The beans were burnt, not charred, and tasted bitter and inedible. The succotash was flavorless and had 1/2 cherry tomato poorly executed. Gnudi: The lobster was chewy and overcooked, and the dish was dry--it desperately needed a sauce and a bright note like lemon to bring it together. The only course that delivered was dessert. For the price, the quality was disappointing across the board. Needless to say, we'll be looking for a new spot for our future celebrations.
