Great spot in Vineyard Haven! I was here over April break with a friend and had to get some work done and found this perfect little spot to spend a few hours each morning. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. There are cool little quotes all over the walls, an awesome variety of music (great mix of the 80s, 90s, and Disney hits!) and free WiFi. I LOVE this place!!!! This is a small island business with the most delicious food and great coffee. The coffee is actually brewed on the island and we ended up getting the espresso beans for our house too. Is that good! I highly recommend my favorite- iced chai with coffee iced cubes! Yes, your ice cubes are melting and it's still coffee! The place is super cozy and clean, it has a nice outdoor area where you can enjoy your food away from the street traffic. Even in the August rush the staff was super friendly and kind and we feel welcome every time we go back. For food I recommend NUTELLA with bananas and strawberries, YES! Love it! read more

If you're just doing a day trip to Martha's Vineyard then I don't recommend this place because the wait will definitely cut into your day. It appears they have one person making one crepe at a time...at a place that is supposed to be known for their crepes. They were NOT busy so I'm not sure what the person making the crepes was doing. There was only a few people that ordered ahead of us yet it took about 40 minutes to get our food. Crepes do not take that long to make. As far as the taste goes, the crepes aren't bad but they definitely aren't anything to write home about...or worth that kind of wait. Visited here on our first trip to Martha's Vineyard. I like crepes, so I decided to go here. We ordered a Turkey Reuben crepe (special) and Nutella crepe with strawberries. It was good, but not particularly outstanding; the turkey Reuben could've used a little less sauce, some bites it was too sour. It was a weekend, but the wait was way too long, it took about 1/2 an hour before we finally got our crepes! Maybe I'm used to the speed of city restaurants and cafes, but we didn't have a lot of time to spend on our day trip and spending so much time at a cafe just waiting for our food made me a little antsy. Overall, not bad, but I wouldn't go here on a busy day. read more

Does Nat know that her 2019 employees are driving customers to boycott her restaurant? Three strikes your out. Here are some examples: 1) An order was placed with allergy specifications (leave out x). Order came, guest took a few bites, realized it had the ingredient in crepe and brought it to the counter. Order taker argued that no that wasn't what they had ordered, that the crepe was made correctly. She would not accept that it was made incorrectly and that the guest could literally not eat it due to an allergy. The customer HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER crepe just to be able to eat. 2) The store for some odd reason closes at 3:30 in the afternoon. Our group arranged our morning to get to Nat's Nook before it closed, arriving at 2:50pm only to see a sign on the door that it was closing EARLY at 3pm. We wanted to order savory and sweet crepes for our group and coffees. The employee said no can do - closing at 3pm. Nat- we love your crepes, we love your coffee, we love your environment. But you need to send in some friends as "mystery shoppers" and see how your current employees treat people. read more
