He was incredibly caring, gentle and treated me as though I was a member of his own family. Since then he moved to Charlotte, my husband and I moved to St. Augustine, Fl and I've now got a couple hernias and am also having a tummy tuck. Dr. Ferrari will be performing the surgery and I feel as though I am still in the safest place with him as my surgeon. I would travel to the end of the planet if that is where I had to go for only him to operate on me. We only have one body and there are very few surgeons who genuinely care about the patient and not the almighty dollar. Dr. Ferrari is one of the few. He explains each and every step, he answers every question and will never make you feel like you are bothering him. I'm also married to an Insurance Defense Attorney and he also thinks very highly of Dr. Ferrari. That in itself speaks volumes. This place has the worst customer service starting from management. There were hair dryers in the…read morestore on sale on the clearance rack under $20. When the dryers were rang up the original price came up for the dryers. I let the cashier know the items were on the clearance rack -she stated she was aware but unable to reduce the item to $20. Cashier called manager and notified her of the issue and manager states that she is unable to lower the price to $20. Customer notified cashier and manager of Bait and Switch law and took pictures of where the items were in the store and contacted customer service to notify them of the incident. After contacted by customer service . Manager finally agreed to discount one dryer but not both dryers. When client went back to the store to pick up dryer manager stated she would give one but other dryer would be regular price. She became rude as well has her store associate began getting rude to customer asking questions. This is the worst Sally Beauty Supply store I ever been to I can definitely see why there are not a lot of customers coming in.
