She is prompt, her work space is always tidy, and she is super-flexible with scheduling appointments. She also accommodates quick touch-ups (for bang trimmings, etc.) between haircuts very easily, which is helpful for those of us who are always on the go. But beyond that, and most importantly, she has a highly technical understanding and approach to hair styling that is quite impressive. Courtney is amazing all around. She listened to what I wanted and the concerns I had from a prior cut that was growing out. I have a ton of very straight fine hair and I like shorter bob styles so I need someone who can do precision cutting and thinning/shaping which is hard to find.
