It almost been a week and I am still tender, lots of hair was missed and my skin is just agitated in general. I've never had issues being sensitive to waxing before, and the girl who did it sold me a cream that she applied to me afterwards and said "this is good for people with sensitive skin." I paid $80 and could've gotten a full body anywhere else. I expected to be smooth like a furless cat, and I can't even exfoliate because my skin is so tender. I love this place but I will probably never try a Brazilian with them again. Please be aware of who is servicing you and what they're using!

I had intended to make an appointment and come back at a later date but the girl said she could fit me in as soon as she was done with her current client, so I stuck around. My brows are fairly sparse and I was looking to add a bit more arch to them and get a recommendation on make up to use for them. The girl who did the brow wax was very nice and talked me through everything she was doing. She used a new wooden stick for each dip into the wax so it was sanitary. It really didn't hurt much. I had watched a few videos beforehand so I kind of new what to expect. After the waxing, my brows seemed so thin and small but that's not her fault. I just don't have much for brows to begin with. She used a little make up on them (Benefit, of course) and they looked fine. She gave me a slip to take up to the front counter to pay and I was able to leave her a tip on my card. Overall, the experience was great, but I probably won't do it again just because my brows don't really need it. I can get by with just plucking them at home.

She knows that all I need is a clean up..however I still went in and let's just sAy my eyebrows are thin and smaller tHan I ever get them ... Before leaving I told her there was gLue on my bottom lashes but she told me I could wash it off at home.. I went home and tried washing the glue off my lower lash and it didn't come off..I also had a little lash to come off.. I did go back on Thursday and a younger gurl added some more lashes and the glue on my bottom lash she didn't even put anything on it she literally pulled it off with a tweezer... looks like I will be ordering the remover from amazon and removing them. So on Saturday I went to remove my lashes because they were coming off or I guess lifting in certain areas. The remover they use guys burrrrrrnnnsssssss and all she kept telling me was to keep my eyes closed. I was In So much pain. So she escorted me to the bathroom to rinse my eyes out. It literally took 30 minutes for her to half way remove my lashes. She left some on and told me the same crap that I could rinse it off and it would come off. It's glue and no water can remove that. Then she had the nerve to charge me $15. I asked for what????? I walked out. My husband had to help me remove the rest on my right eye. The next day I wake up to a jacked up eye and end up going to the walk in clinic.
