I was greeted by both receptionists warmly as soon as I walked through the door. I was taken back right at my appointment time. Nell's came in and very thoroughly explained my options and gladly answered all of my questions. I was then greeted by Cameron who took me to his office and we went over the estimated prices on my options. I made 2 appointments in October, which is what I wanted due to prior engagements. having worked in the medical/dental field, I was very uneasy upon entering the office. First impression was unkept and uncomfortable. People were coughing and sneezing, with no request for them to use a mask, and no masks out for them to use. Furniture was very worn, and did not feel clean. I don't think the place had been updated for years if ever. Every corner had multiple chips broken out. There were cabinets where knobs had not been replaced. When the doctor came into the room, he had gloves already on, so had no idea how long he had been using them. One of the receptionists was also coughing and not wearing a mask while talking to a patient at the reception desk. Three days after visiting this office, we both have been sick for over a week!! Absolute total misrepresentation on TV commercials and would not recommend atleast the Eugene office. read more

April 3,2024 - Natural Dentures does it again. When I arrived for Impressions, they said a payment was do. I had just paid 2000.00 over phone to make sure I wouldn't have to deal with payments at office visit. I was there to get Impressions completed - half way through implant procedure- they wanted full payment! Remember this after a BAIT AND SWITCH of an additional 1700.00 deviation from estimate! They're reply, "It's only an Estimate ". No, that's a deceptive practice- go look at the other reviewers. Stay clear of this establishment. read more

My whole denture experience at Natural Dentures has been a disaster. I already had 8 implants put in before I went there and this was my second attempt of getting dentures that didn't break or crack. I thought when I picked them to give me new dentures that they must be good because that's all they do. But after my first set not only broke but whole teeth would come out. This happened so much that they said they would make me a new pair. The new pair was even worse because they kept cracking and breaking off all parts of the left upper. Finally they had enough of me, and they told me they would have to start charging me to fix. The new office manager that I never met before, said the way to fix it is to get 2 more implants to make the teet more stable at a cost of 7500. That was the end of them for me. I knew that wasn't anywhere near what the problem was because you can choose how many implants you want at the start of the process. I finally went to get a second opinion and found out that my front teeth were not placed correctly and through off my bite, there was a gap in one of my side uppers and the materials that were used were low quality. I now have to go through the whole process again. I was told that this denturist uses the best materials made. It's costing more, but I have know choice at this point. As I write this, I have another hole on the gum again in the same place as before. I have my first appointment to start the new procedure in 2 weeks. I'm not one to write a bad review, because I give people a lot of leeway. But this was just too much for me to keep my mouth shut. read more

I am now ready for life again. A local dentist had absolutely ruined my only six teeth I had on the bottom of my mouth. I had asked him to do a root canal and then put crowns on them. Instead, he did none of that and did a procedure that destroyed my teeth. So I went to Natural Dentures and now I'm smiling and confident again. They removed those ugly teeth and gave me new natural ones that fit so well and don't hurt anywhere. I am so thrilled! read more

Horrible Denture Service! I was truly shocked at the service I received when I went in for a free exam for dentures - the desk staff and office staff were very kind and helpful, but the denturist I saw took one glance at my lower teeth, no examination, no x-rays or dental records, and announced that none of my lower teeth were viable for a partial and all had to be pulled, even though I told him that two licensed dentists had said that all the lower teeth could be saved with fillings and had in fact refused to pull any of them when I inquired about it, he offered to have their quickie dentist pull all my remaining teeth in one session, regardless of what other dentists had said, then went on to say that in his opinion full dentures were "horrible", and then I asked why he was providing a service he thought was horrible? he had no answer but told me I could get another opinion if I didnt want all my teeth pulled and left the room. I know I dont want my dentures made by anyone who thinks they are horrible, so I'll be going elsewhere. read more

Worst set of dentures ever. I was given horse teeth on this set, and the teeth are not only crooked they ate so sharp they cut my tongue when I have to run my tongue over them to dislodge food. I was told that's why they're called "natural." I did not have crooked teeth before I had dentures. I constantly bite my inner checks due to ill fitting, and this set is extremely loose and flop around in my mouth. A dozen trips for adjustments and the denturist just would not listen. I said I wanted the exact same color, size, and shape as my other pair, and these are nowhere near the same. The material is even different, and whenever I eat, there is not only a gritty film, but I have massive amounts of food stuck between all the teeth, and it's embarrassing. There was also a thin spot in the denture that I pointed out, and I was told this is fine. Well, it wasn't within a couple of months that was exactly where the upper plate broke. If I could I would give zero stars. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! `My experience with Natural Dentures was absolutely horrible. I went in to get new dentures because my old ones were creating lines from the corners of my mouth downwards. Avery, a denturist, told me it was due to the fact that my top denture was too short. At my next visit, Andy the other denturist, told me the lines were caused by my old dentures being completely worn out. When I finally received my new dentures (it took almost two months) the issues I had brought up with BOTH denturists had not been corrected. It is almost like they used my old dentures as molds for my new ones. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice because I am visually impaired. The overall craftsmanship of the new dentures from Natural Dentures is poor. They don't seem to have the skill or desire to create a great product So after nearly two months of waiting, and spending almost FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS I am left with dentures that leave me looking at least ten years older, pf poor craftsmanship, and NOT structurely sound. I highly recommend you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! If you continue to read the reviews for them you will see that they used to get 5-star reviews. That was before the business was bought by current management four or five years ago.. Maybe if enough people read these reviews, they will take their business to someone who knows what they are doing and Natural Dentures will have to either produce a much better product or CLOSE!! read more

Excellent care. Very professional. Fair price. Highly recommended. Their state of the art procedures caused relatively little pain from the start to the final appointment. Crucial for me was the time they took over a couple of months to allow the implants to fully fuse with the bone before the final teeth were fitted. (The temporaries were lighter but very strong) Can't rush that. Just nature can. read more

It was a nightmare .$3800 for dentures that broke 4 times in 6 months. They finally agreed to remake them but during the remake I was treated very unkind. The new denture was sitting very crooked in my mouth and the new teeth were very large compared to the original size. They were unacceptable. I asked if Nels would fix the fracture so i wouldn't stress about them breaking while I waited for the remake and he refused. He showed his dissatisfaction about having to remake them by going into another patients room to express this to another denturist. Words were said between us and he was very unkind and unprofessional. I left this place crying not smiling. I will never go back to be treated that way again. read more

Billboards everywhere in Eugene say Natural Dentures $69 extractions. I called and asked if they would extract a wisdom tooth, and I was assured that was true. When I arrived for my appointment, the Denturist apologized and explained that there was a clerical mistake. They said that they only do WHOLE MOUTH EXTRACTIONS for $69. They gave me a quote for a wisdom tooth extraction that included an evaluation, radiograph and extraction for 529$ Because of their deceptive advertising I feel cheated out of the time and fuel it took to visit. read more

I came in to get an implant and dentist although I had 8 implants already dentist conviced me that dentures only way to go. So angry I listened to this man.Found out after from him and another dentist that this was not true. He told me for 10,000.00 I could correct what he had done! Adding injury to insult his quote was 5,000.00 which I paid in cash. Then after surgery I received a bill for another 500.00. These are not ethical people. Please see some one else or at least get 2nd opinion. They removed my teeth unnecessarily. I hate dentures. And I did not need them . One implant would have corrected everything. read more

I entered into a contract to have all my teeth pulled and have both upper and lowers made including one reline. Natural dentures completed the work. Covid entered the picture and I moved an hour north from Eugene to the Salem Oregon area. I called Natural dentures in Eugene and made an appointment once covid had died down. I told them I would like to get a reline and I also bought to their attention a tooth they failed to remove that was broken off at the gumline. The Eugene office informed me that I could get an appointment for the reline in Salem and save me from driving an hour away. Eugene dentist made an appointment at the Salem Clinic. I show up at the Salem Clinic but this clinic wants to charge me for the reline. and I left that clinic wondering if these clinics talk to each other. I paid in full for all the work up front and am calling legal council to get my money back for work not performed. read more

I am incredibly happy with my decision to go to Natural Dentures. I feel like I received excellent care and I also saved over $1,600. I lost a tooth years ago when one of my kids accidentally hit with a horse shoe at the park. I was tired of wearing a flipper and wanted to get an implant before I lost too much bone to support it. I shopped around and I received bids of anywhere between $2,600 and $3,200 for the implant(that didn't include the crown). When all was said and done I paid $1,000 for the implant and around the same for the crown. Couldn't be happier. Good people and great price. read more

In October my mother decided that dentures were the way to go for her. She made an appointment with this establishment and went in for her consultation visit. During this visit they told my mother that the cost for the dentures would be right about $5000.00. She agreed to the treatment plan and paid in full that day. Every month since October she made visits to this business as recommended. Two days ago she went to her last visit in order to have the dentures stabilized. At this visit they informed her that to add "posts" to stabalize her dentures she would need to pay an additional $5000.00. This was the first time that this additional cost has ever come up. I am unclear why this wasen't mentioned during her consultation visit. I am not impressed with this business or the staff and would not recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service. read more

My mother decided to have dentures she only needed the upper portion completed. I made an appointment for consultation. My mother is uninsured on ssi so affordability is important. Website states extractions $69.00 special. Great but then if you have them do the dentures the full price is over 6,000 just for uppers. I was able to get her bottom teeth fillings fixed by using the mobile dentist vans Then I found a wonderful dentist is Portland willing to do the cleaning and X-rays and impressions and then her first denture for $1700 when I called and scheduled her extractions all was well until I received a call and was stated the extractions would be 173 each I said no my paperwork and your website shows $69.00. Oh that only if you get the dentures through us. I was not advised about this stipulation at all. Now I know how the can offer this by playing the game much like the old care salesmen game of hiking up the price elsewhere to make it look like there giving you a great price. I have been tortured by horrible tooth aches my entire life, first extactions to put brases on then 5 years of head gear, rubber bands, and pain. Then cracked broken teeth from that experience. After years of antibiotics and pain medication I found myself facing dentures, devastated! Wanting to just die! A few months ago I lost a very expensive front crown. I called everywhere trying to get it repaired so I could return to work (not willing to leave my house until fixed) I finally called Natural Dentures after a whole day of trying to find someone to help. They had me fixed that same day! After a few appointments later they have pulled all my top teeth and repaired what I had left on the bottom. I am healing now and transitioning with pretty temporary top dentures and a lower partial. I'm excited to get my permanent teeth. Everyone that handled me at that office was more than wonderful, from the super sweet ladies at the front desk, to the nice guy who took the pictures and got me ready for surgery, to the surgeon Dr. Coombs, to Nels and Zack the denturists, everyone! Had a partial appliance that would no longer fit due to a crown being placed on a tooth the partial was supposed to attach to. A very quick look by Zach determined that it would take just a quick adjustment. No need for a new appliance! So we were in and out quickly. Zach was very personal with a great bedside manner. He explained what had occurred and how it was going to be adjusted. He gave recommendations that matched what the previous denturist had explained. So the entire visit was excellent! read more

Caution advised regarding this business. I need an implant and my insurance doesn't cover the cost. I called around to several companies to find out the best affordable option. When I called this business I informed them that I live over 2 hours away and wanted to be sure if I was going in for a consultation ( required prior to procedure) that I wanted to be sure this was an affordable option that I could move forward with. They told me the price was $1400. I made the appointment and 2 weeks later drove the 2+ hours to get there. Once in there they tried to get me to pay for a $350 x-ray, which I declined until I met with the dentist. Thank goodness I didn't! Then the dentist came in and after a quick look at my teeth he started to tell me about the procedure. I listened and at the end I asked him best case scenario cost..... He said " $2400". I told him that his office staff quoted me "$1400". $1000.00 more!! He said that he couldn't be responsible for what his staff says. Really? You hired them! You train them! I have been going to Natural Dentures for the last 16 years and love them. First for new dentures as my old ones were over 20 years old. I didn't go back to the old place for regular check ups or for relines so my old dentures were in horrible repair and making my jaw stick out. They worked their magic with the new ones and have given me free check ups each year since. If there was a problem I have just called and gotten in right away for a look see. They were great until I asked for a second opinion. I had been traveling from California faithfully for implant work. The I was told that the impressions at ND were going to be $1400, not including the abutment or crown. The total should have been about 1300 plus tax. SO I went for a second opinion. They charged me 90 for the impressions, consultation and everything. However, the second dentist told me I needed custom abutments, while N.D. said I did not. The receptionist at ND said that I could send the impressions, but apparently they can't be sent so I called to cancel my appointment. Now because I supposedly missed an appointment they won't see me. I am not sure what's happening, but the accountant ( who makes out the bill) started saying I was "trouble". I'd only seen her once before. I was just trying to find the accurate and honest price and treatment. I am very upset that they could stop a treatment in the middle like that, now I don't know where to go to finish my dental work and I have this metal thing sticking out between my teeth.
