    a grocery store aisle

I visited Sedona recently, and stopped at the Natural Grocers for a healthy snack. I was very impressed at how clean the store is, and how organized each isle is. The fruits and vegetables were very healthy looking, and everything was priced well. I only had an interaction with the cashier, and he was super friendly! While this trip was very brief to this location, I had a very positive experience. It's very well located in Sedona, and the views are amazing when you walk out the front door. This is a location I could recommend to friends and family who are visiting the area!

Typical natural grocers experience. Lots of good quality healthier choices. Smaller store and a little pricey but good options and much better than some alternatives. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program!!

Two people checking out- no mask, no problem here.

I went here twice on my visit to sedona and had great anxiety both times due to the large number of customers AND EMPLOYEES who were not wearing a mask. The employees set a bad example and dont even try to enforce wearing a mask, as you can see in the picture. Covid is not a partisan issue- those if you who are trying to make a statement are putting other peoples lives and our over strained healthcare system at risk. Those if you who work here but dont bother to enforce mask wearing are a big part of the problem. Please get your act together so we can get through this!

My vegan daughter wanted to look through the store to see what new product she could try out. I was thirsty and they had so many drinks to choose from in the fridge section. Other customers have been complaining about customers not wearing masks during this C19 pandemic but while we were in the store everyone had masks on.

Holistic care of the body (with well-priced organic foods) and the environment (recycling cardboard boxes for your groceries). Awesome.

Nice store with a good selection. My biggest pet peeve about shopping here is that they do not have cart wipes. I don't understand that.

A very good market and health food store. Only drawback is the small parking area. Still worth shopping there.

Service was amazing too - attentive, friendly & joyous. Menu is innovative and while we didn't vibe with the taste of every item we tried, we enjoyed how healthy and gut friendly the food was. They say all their food is prepared in-house and is never from a can. Their dessert selection is amazing (tried the freshly baked vegan, GF scone which was soooo yum). The chocolates were good too but a tad overpriced imho. And omg, the seating in this restaurant is something else... there's PLENTY of inside and outdoor seating, incl their magical garden area.

Given that the burrito has two ingredients as of yesterday (menu says it has salsa, but upon ordering you're offered an up sell to pay extra for salsa or avocado), I was disappointed it didn't err on the side of extra chickpea chorizo. It was however seasoned incredibly well, sweet potatoes included. If you want a more quiet patio experience, then I would opt for the dog-friendly patio in the front as opposed to the one through the restaurant toward the back. There wasn't anyone there when I came at open.

5 Stars - Truly Exceptional Customer Service at Sprouts Farmers Market on Sheldon Street!…read more I had the most outstanding shopping experience at the Sprouts Farmers Market located at 174 E. Sheldon St. in Prescott, Arizona. This store truly stands out for its commitment to customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed. Katie in the Bulk department was fantastic. When I asked her where I could find paper plates, she didn't just point or give directions -- she personally walked me right over to the aisle, showed me the exact section, and kindly asked if these were what I was looking for. Her helpful, proactive attitude made a simple request feel genuinely cared for. Diane at the checkout was equally wonderful. She was friendly, efficient, warm, and engaging the entire time. She made the checkout process smooth and pleasant, and she was very, very helpful with any questions I had. But what really blew me away was Jacob's service. I asked him where the bulk spring water was, and he immediately said "Follow me," took my cart with my permission, and wheeled it straight into the back warehouse area. He returned with exactly three cases of Sprouts spring water already loaded in my cart -- precisely what I needed. I've shopped at many supermarkets over the years and received good service, but never have I experienced someone going to that level of initiative and care. It left me completely blown away and overwhelmingly appreciative. I was so impressed with the entire team that I made a point to track down the manager, Jay, just to tell him how exceptional his staff is. It's obvious that Jay runs this store with a strong focus on excellence in customer service, and every employee reflects that commitment. Hats off to Katie, Diane, Jacob, and the whole team at Sprouts on Sheldon Street -- you've truly set a new standard for what grocery shopping can be. If you're in Prescott, this is the place to shop.
