Do not come here! I got a basic acrylic white French tip manicure & they charged me $100 for it... If I go anywhere else, they charge me $60-70 for it. I asked why it was so much & she said because she put a gel color on top of the French nails. If that was extra, she should have let me know it costs more... super snaky & dishonest. I tried to explain I never pay that much & the lady was super rude & would not charge me less. I also normally get an arm / hand massage with lotion after & she did not do that either. While on vacation I desperately needed a gel manicure. I called in and they were able to make me an appointment right away. The salon had numerous colors, the employees were all very nice and they even have a salon pup. Overall my manicure was awesome. She did a great job and got me out in a timely manner. Very rushed, first I asked for French tips with a straight shape. The French tips took up over half of my mail and you could see my damaged nails underneath. I asked her politely to just put a solid cover over it because the service I got wasn't why I was expecting. I should've provided a reference but I have never gotten French tips that thick. She did not dry my nails properly and left the nail polish really think, even 25 minutes later my nails are not dry and are smudged. read more

There aren't people talking on their phones, etc. The price is a little pricey, but the atmosphere makes up for it - I think. (Lol) The staff are not taking across to each other. They focus on their clients. Refreshing. ‍When I got back to my weekend spot, I noticed that the "natural" gel nail color I asked for had glitter. I DO NOT LIKE GLITTER ON MY NAILS. I specifically asked for a natural nail color. For a $50 manicure, I would've liked to have gotten the color I requested. "Natural" does not include glitter. They never disappoint and are always taking the extra steps when it comes to cleanliness and the well-being of their clients. About a year ago I found the amazing ladies at Natural Nails and wouldn't go anywhere else!! They are not only amazing at what they do and I leave with beautiful long lasting nails every time but they are friendly and great to talk with as well! I came in for an eyebrow wax. I was treated very rudly. Told to sit down in a pedicure chair. She waxed a few spots. Plucked a couple of times and then told me she was done. I asked for a mirror to see the finished product(as every single person has done that has done my eyebrows for 26 years) and was again rudly told I can go look at the mirror in the back by their storage room. I can't stop thinking about this so I wanted to let you all know before you come here! I first just wanted to say the staff was really nice but the pricing is the issue. I called ahead and asked how much a gel acrylic fill is and the lady said it was $35. After my nails were done (which came out really nice) she said it was $70. I have never paid that much money for a fill and I am from Hawaii! Genuinely shocked and a little dissapointed. I asked them why it was $70 when they quoted $35 on the phone and she said they thought I was talking about a normal fill. My aunt got a full gel acrylic (new set) and it was basically the same price which is another reason why we were all so confused. If I would have known I would have gone elsewhere. Natural Nails for customer service alone is worth the visit! But really the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional that it was worth paying an extra 4-5 dollars compared to the nail salon across the street. The first major advantage was the amount of workers Natural Nails had on duty. My boyfriend and I first happened upon the nail salon across from Natural Nails and noticed there was only one technician on duty. Also the place was waaaay smaller and the lady had so a huge attitude when we asked if we could return our bikes around the corner and come back. It was such a turn off that on that on our brief walk back we called Natural Nails and asked for their earliest time. They were super nice and we were able to be seen within 15-20 mins or so. NN had so many workers they were able to finish up their responsibility with other clients in a reasonable amount of time. I really enjoyed how my nails came out but since we came closer to closing time I didn't have a lot of time for my nails to dry before they closed up. And on my walk out, I accidentally smudge my polish. When I went back the ladies where on their way out but was super nice about helping me out by redoing the messed up nails. Highly recommend! Also the spa chairs are a super plus. Comfortable and relaxing. read more

The nail techs lied to us about being vaccinated (they were not), and we found out from a local that they weren't. We had been going there for over ten years before the pandemic and just went back for the first time. If you are afraid of covid and those unvaccinated, do not go here as they do not wear masks either. They also charged me $150 for a basic shellac manicure and pedicure, which is absurd and more than I've been charged at salons in both San Francisco and Beverly Hills. Wanted to get my nails done but didn't want to drive off the peninsula so I went here instead. Overpriced just like everything on the peninsula. $45 for a gel manicure which is just crazy. I decided not to get that because there was no way I was going to pay that much. They shaped the nails good but did not wipe off the oil or lotion after the massage so my hands, arms, legs and feet were left very greasy. Accidentally smudged my polish while my nails were still drying and I don't think they really cared or took the time to try to fix it nicely and make it look good. And now that I'm actually really looking at my nails, I'm noticing little bumps everywhere. If you want to overpay for an okay job then go here but I'm going to be sticking to my usual spot from here on out. read more

One of the best nail salons I've had the pleasure of doing business with. The sisters own the salon and are top notch professionals. Not only do they have full knowledge of their skills, but are very personable and my hour flies by. You'd think that after all the years of going here that they would slack off with time, but the opposite is true. Every time I walk out with unbelievable nails. I've also had them wax my brows in the past and they were super attentive with their tools and wax and NEVER saw them double dip. I'm so sure. I will not be back! One of Daisy's sisters gave me a pedicure last week. I have been there quite a few times as my parents are "regulars". No one greeted me... they, in fact, seemed very set on not being friendly. By the time she started applying the polish, she had still never cleaned the build up of sand and sock lint from under my nails. When I asked her to do that, she grunted and did so. as the woman began doing my hands she was telling me the color i chose was ugly and i should pick something else. i've never had anyone in a nail salon even question the color i chose??? then i wanted just the regular pedicure that comes with the scrub and massage with gel polish. never got a scrub or massage literally just put the color on my toes. when it was time to pay the woman wouldn't let me reach into my purse so she took my card and my cash saying i needed to tip them cash. she comes back with my card and the receipt, i was expecting it to be around $75, right? NO! $103!!!! Never in my life have i spent that much money on my nails and they didn't even do any better than somewhere that would be so much cheaper. the nail polish on my hands chipped by the second day. such a disappointment! never coming back!! read more
