I asked to get my cuticles to get taken care of, when I called to book the appointment and again when I sat down with the nail tech. I asked for this because I know if the cuticles are not taken care of you'll need a fill much sooner and it doesn't look at good. Then with the nail art simple French tip. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. Completely disappointed lowered it to one star because there's nothing like getting a set of nails done that looks like you already need another fill

I should have known I was in for a bad experience when she was too lazy to use nail polish remover to get rid of my old nail polish. When she finished, I was picking polish off my skin and she comes over to ask me why I messed them up. Had I not asked her to clean up them up again, they would look even worse. My nails weren't straight. The nail polish was uneven, the top coat didn't even cover my nails. She did not care one bit which is unfortunate because I had a great previous experience. Maybe there's only specific people you can go to... Note, this is AFTER she tried to fix my toes twice.

I like how clean it is from the get go. Luxurious vibe and aesthetic. They have 2 screens: one has scenic views from around the world and the other regular news. Luckily I sat next to the one with the scenic views. Lisa attended me right away; I got a gel x manicure. She gave me a great hand massage which was so relaxing and pleasant. She took her time to style my nails with precision. The only thing I would suggest is to have more relaxing music instead of regular generic pop music . I think having calm/ relaxing music instead of commercial pop music would make the experience more pleasant. I highly recommend this place; Lisa was great! The gentleman doing my pedicure implied that my feet were dry and I should upgrade my pedicure before he even looked or touched my feet, plus the water was cold. During the pedicure he agreed that I didn't have calluses. Every color I picked from the OPI binder they didn't have. It took three attempts to get a color they actually had. The shape of my nails turned out nice but the gel was very lumpy and that was what upset me the most. Either the staff did a poor job or the polish was not good.

But she does such an incredible job that I can go anywhere from 3-5 weeks before a single chip. I don't know what kind of magic she is doing, but in my ten plus years of getting pedicures, I haven't experienced this kind of consistency and quality ever before. Everyone that works there is so kind, the employees are friendly and helpful. Pricing is competitive for the area and the VIP treatments are absolutely worth it every now and again, although I typically stick with the basic gel pedi. Chairs are comfortable, beverages are complimentary and offered on seating, and the herbs they use for teas and soaks smell incredible. Finding a good nail salon is always a stressful task. Happy to find a place I can count on.

Kim offered two other customers coffee, tea, snack. But not me. I didn't care for coffee or snack. Just felt being treated differently and a little uncomfortable. Hence, three start reviews mainly on the customer services. Kim didn't do my pedicure this time. Another girl did it. I didn't get her name. She doesn't speak much English. She did an ok job. She was a little rough. I felt little pinch when she did my pedicure. But overall her work was good. I do like Kim work somewhat. I haven't got nail art. So can't say anything about that. Kim and the other girl both done good job with pedicure. I would have come back for pedicure and nail art, if I didn't feel being treated differently. Too bad, my previous experiences were good.
