The service wasn't bad but, the outcome of my nails and the price I paid are not acceptable. I asked for a thin square acrylic with French tip. I love how clean it is in the salon and you're always greeted with a smile. My first time there I got a woman named Amy. Amy not only goes out of her way to make your experience an amazing one she also loves her clients. She takes such good care and listens to what you want done and she can do it all. This place does AMAZING work. I had read great reviews and decided to go there for a pedicure. The technician did such an amazing job that I decided to have her do a manicure as well. It was the end of the day, and I am sure she was tired. She offered me many options (like tips because my nails are so short). I declined as I like the ease of short nails. She was so kind and cared about making me happy. The clients there are also really pleasant and good-natured. I enjoyed talking to them while getting my nails done. 3 words: this ain't it. walked in 4:51pm and was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. no worries i'll wait. seated at 5:40pm ish. one of the technicians came to see what i wanted. i showed her a picture and she expressed in vietnamese that i'm some korean girl wanting a bunch of stuff on her nails. photo of nails i wanted attached. huge turn off. i was willing to wait and pay... they obviously didn't realize that i'm vietnamese and that's where they messed up. treating clients with respect is a very important factor to consider.. especially at the nail salon. i didn't mind the wait but the way she treated me made me uncomfortable so i told the high schooler receptionist that i'd been waiting too long and left. 5:56pm i left. will not be back. read more

But I must say that their gel manicures only last me for 6 days maxwhich is not worth the I go to another nail salon for the gel manicure cause they last me 14 days. Joelle & Holli are great! They offer high end nail polish by Essie and OPI which is my favorite cause IMO lasts the longest.
