Because they were cut so short, the filing and shaping were VERY painful, and the technician was rough throughout the entire service - the most uncomfortable pedicure I've ever had. I was really looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately, it didn't go as planned. I initially selected a different shade of pink and did not want to ho with cat eye this time! However, after the technician removed my hard gel from my previous salon and had already applied the fake nails, I was told that the pink color I chose was unavailable and that the quality of the alternative was not good. At that point, I didn't have much choice but to go with the cat eye design, which I'm honestly not happy with at all. I wish the salon had been transparent from the beginning about the availability of colors instead of telling me halfway through the session. If you don't have a specific color, it would be much better to inform clients right away, not when they're left with no other options. read more

BE AWARE - these people are scammers!!! They will pretend they don't understand you and upcharge. My 10 yo daughter was getting a kids pedicure for $20.00, it was on the menu. After the check came they said they don't do those any more and charge me $35. My other daughter was doing a regular pedicure for $35 and then they did a gel without asking and charged $50.00. The lady began fighting with me. They also kept asking for cash so they don't claim taxes. A friend also said they did that to her. read more

When I called to report the reaction, they were aggressive and wouldn't let me speak. She even removed my nail polish halfway and walked off. I need to add an update. I'm leaving 4 stars because they are still the best around BUT their customer service has severely slipped since their founder Van has departed the business. When I first stumbled upon this gem of a place, Van told me to please give them a try and offered a new member discount of 15%. The service was fabulous for a gel pedicure and gelX manicure. I decided to switch and to support Revo by bringing them multiple clients which I DID bring them. They have over 20 of my friends and their daughters as clients now, almost two years later since they opened. Because I brought her so many clients of which I connected to Van via text message to setup appts, Van made an unbelievably professional gesture to extend 10% off services to me for life. Since I also have SIX daughters I assured her it would be appreciated and worth it as we would give Revo thousands of dollars in business. Which we have. Flash forward one year, Van leaves and the front desk mgmt staff is RUDE. They promptly took away my measly 10% discount which obviously doesn't make a huge difference financially but morally it's just bad business. On top of that, they are completely rude and condescending to me. The only really kind one is Michelle who is also the strongest/ most talented technician. So overall, they have very strong staff and nail service is good but customer service has gone downhill. So if you find any place with equal talent and kinder management, please let me know.
