Aiden greeted me and got me started on my selected pedicure choice (Lavender!) and made my coffee. And do you know what Aiden asked me before he got my water in the basin going?! It was a question no other nail salon has ever asked me. It was "How do you like your water?" I had to pause and I thought what? Omg, what a refreshing start. They are super welcoming, friendly, and the salon space is beautiful. Jessica is working on my pedicure as I currently write this review. She gives a steady firm massage that my legs sorely needed. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon with my friend and we were seated right away. They got us the color books and service menu right away to decide while they finished on their other customers. They took our complimentary cocktail orders and got us comfortable in our massage chair and foot soak. I enjoyed the $55 pedicure that included the, hot mask, scrub, lotion and massage. I am just so tired of the up charges in OC- since when did two basic pedicures become $150?? (With tip). We literally had the most basic package + gel add on is $20/per person. Came in for a gel mani and a regular pedi, but only left with a pedi because the nail tech was not able to properly coat my nails with clear gel polish (no design) for some reason, so I had the gel polish removed from my fingers. I chose regular bright pink polish for my toes and not even an hour later there is some blue discoloration on them :( I wanted so badly to like this place but the prices do not justify the skill level and experience it takes for what was supposed to be a smooth and easy nail day. read more

The employees could not have been nicer. However, I spent a long time explaining I did not want gel polish, as I didn't have time to sit for it and especially don't have time to get it removed later. My nails were chipped within hours from seemingly nothing. I now realize that it was gel, as I cannot get it off. This is how my nails looked for a wedding only 48 hours after coming in. It looked terrible, and because it was gel, I could not remove it and fix it myself. Again, could not have been nicer, but this was a total waste of money and time. read more

Went for gel manicure but the technician over trimmed my cuticles and used an electronic file on the cuticles (not sure why) that hurt and actually made several bleed- one so severely it's now red & swollen, marring the overall result.
