For the amount of time I spent there, I expected some great work. They have a points program but you have to earn over 400 points to get it, and each point is a dollar. Seems far fetched. Charming nail is one of the only salons in the area which offers dazzle dry, but the consistency of the service is all over the place. Some technicians follow the dazzle dry procedures perfectly which results in a long lasting manicure, but others don't and my nails chip less than 24 hours after being done. This is frustrating when I'm spending $30 plus tip for something that doesn't last. Especially when I'm getting nails done for a special event. Overall the vibe of the salon is good and the people are nice, but I do hope this lapse in recent service rectifies itself so that I can feel confident in going back.

I trust them to take good care of my nails and I can always relax while they get my nails into better shape. Metro Nails has a wide rainbow of colors and brands to choose from. I prefer OPI, but there are also colors from DND and Essie. Like some other businesses, there is an extra charge for paying with credit cards. I use Venmo to tip my nail technicians, but some others also have cash app. Parking around Wickenden Street can be a little tricky sometimes, but you'll definitely find a spot.
