I was surprised their website was updated with price information and a phone number, even though the online address was not updated with its new location on Hesparian. Turns out this place used to be at Bayfair where it closed 7 months ago and then reopened at this location 3 months ago. The owner (or staff member) said that there was much more foot traffic at the mall than now, but I do think they are newer and will gain back customers new and old. We got a 65-minute combination foot and body massage. The prices are very reasonable and it is very clear they know what they are doing. My foot massage was very nice with just the right pressure. The body massage is clothes on, but it is deep tissue and acupressure. I felt a little disappointed it was clothes on but they did use oil on my shoulders and it felt like I didn't need oil because the pressure points and deep tissue were still attained without the oil. Overall, I was very impressed by this no frills place. There's no music and you can hear traffic on hesparian, so the vibe could be better. But we enjoyed our massages and felt like they were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. To book your massage, it's better to call or text the number in advance especially between Monday-Friday, Davie said. That's because sometimes there is only one therapist and so it's important to call if there's more than one person in your party. Overall we are happy to have found another good massage place and will surely be visiting this place again. Definitely recommend this place to others and happy to support a small business. There is a big parking spot at this location so you will not want for parking.

One day in his office he told me that he could not prescribe my pain medicine(Morphine) anymore, without explaining his motive for taking my much needed pain medicine from me. I am an elder of 81 years old and in my opinion and expertise/knowledge of federal law, the US Government/FBI need to investigate Dr. Razi for elder abuse, racial discrimination, medical negligence, etc. Many patients have complaints against Dr. Toufan Razi and his staff("Pain Management Clinic"). cc: Media, General Public, Univision 14-KDTV, Indian Country TV, California Government, US Government, US Attorneys, Native American Nations.

HORRIBLE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE FOR CHRONIC PAIN. Dr Razi and the entire staff at this…read moresupposed "Pain Management Clinic" continually treated my mother (in her 70s) *like a criminal* for needing a pain pill a day (norco) for her several serious conditions. After filling her doctor-prescribed pain med for over a couple of years, they decided out of the blue that she should no longer receive norco or any similar pain opioid... even though they manage the dose. They kept denying her prescription, making her jump through hoops to even speak with a qualified medical professional. NOW on top of Dr. Razi and Boomerang staff treating her like a tweaked out druggie (and she's the sweetest and very pretty mom), no other physicians will then prescribe her anything when they see a Pain Clinic on her medical chart to manage meds. They all send her back to Dr. Razi. So I went into an appointment with her to ask them if they have even examined her physically. He won't even look at her. SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL BULLY CHILD. It's egregious malpractice (legally I don't know, but definitely unconscionable). So I asked Dr. Razi to explain why he won't prescribe even the lowest dose Norco, and he stood up, turned his back on us and left the room shutting the door telling us to leave if we want to talk about Norco. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SO CRUEL. THEIR SOLUTION? Instead of 1 norco pill per day, they tell her to take MULTIPLE medications with horrible side effects. They make her very dizzy (in danger of falling and breaking bones). They meds even give her canker sores and cracked skin around her mouth from extreme dry mouth making it painful to eat. And these meds do *very little* to alleviate any of her extreme chronic pain. She called to get an appointment to talk about these different medications and possible adjustments for her side effects. They told her they will no longer see her and she needs to find another clinic. UNBELIEVABLE. I'M SHOOK AND ANGRY. You might wonder... were we too upset or emotional when we went to speak to them. My mom is one of the softest-spoken people, and I am too -I'm very calm, I believe in listening, and he wouldn't even treat my mom like a human being dealing with serious life-altering pain. NIGHTMARE DOCTOR AND INDIFFERENT STAFF. DON'T WALK -- RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

She fails to follow up, takes no accountability, and when confronted, simply dismisses patients without regard for their care. Referral mishandling: A referral was sent to Dr. Punjabi's office, and it took nearly two months to hear back. When they finally did call, they promised to follow up with me--but never did. I had to physically go to the office to make them locate the referral. They eventually scheduled an appointment for my mother, then canceled it by leaving a voicemail on her phone--knowing she doesn't know how to access her messages. No call was made to me. When she arrived at the office, they only saw her as a "courtesy," and the appointment was conducted via Zoom because the doctor wasn't even in. Prescription failure: Dr. Punjabi prescribed patches for my mother, but the prescription could not be filled because the pharmacy required additional details from the office. Once again, no one from the office followed up. I had to drive back to the office to get answers. Luci apologized and claimed she would follow up and send a text. She never did. I had to go to the pharmacy myself to find out they were still waiting for a response from the doctor's office. I had to personally obtain and deliver the information they needed. June 18th appointment: We waited over 45 minutes to be seen. When the doctor finally came in, he said they had no CT scans, MRIs, or images on file--despite us signing release forms well in advance. When I asked why the records weren't obtained, Luci's answer was, "We have too many patients." This is completely unacceptable. Patient care should never be compromised due to poor office workflow or volume. Luci does not proactively manage issues--she waits until something goes wrong and scrambles to fix it. This is not leadership. She should not be managing a medical office. Her response to me was " we have to many patients to follow up" This is not an excuse!!! To make matters worse, when I confronted her about the ongoing lack of communication and follow-through, she dismissed my mother as a patient. There is no accountability at this privately owned facility, and patients--many of whom are in serious pain--are left vulnerable and afraid to speak up for fear of being dismissed. Avoid this facility if you value proper care, communication, and professionalism. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Zachary Landman at Sutter Health instead. He has full access to patient records and works within a system that ensures proper communication and follow-up--unlike the chaos we've experienced here.

To begin with, Dr. Min has a very questionable mastery of the English language, both in speaking and comprehension. Then he complained to me repeatedly about the hassles he had to endure dealing with my HMO insurance plan (like I need to hear this--and then why did he bother signing up with them in the first place?). He also expressed pessimism that my condition could be helped now that I had had back surgery (so why would I want to keep going back to someone who has little to no faith that he can do anything for me?). But the down-side of those three things pale in comparison to the fourth. Dr. Min had me strip down to my underwear for my acupuncture treatment (which is not unusual, nor is it inappropriate). But after he removed my needles, he failed to close the exam room door--and I'm lying there nearly naked! As if this weren't a big enough breach of privacy, Dr. Min shares his office with two women who work in a completely unrelated field, so the door was left wide open for them (and anyone else who might have entered the office, as the floor plan is wide open and the exam room was right off the lobby) to see my nearly naked body!! I have seen a number of L.Ac.s in my lifetime. Never have I experienced anything like this. Can you imagine an MD leaving an exam room door open and just walking away while you're nearly nude? Well it's no less inappropriate with an L.Ac.
