They sanitize and clean there nail tools everyday, provide a variety of different nail paint colors, they do not reuse the same tool on different customers because contamination and germs can spread, and they have comforting massage chairs for you to use while you wait your turn. I feel good after my dead skin from my feet was pulled. I'd come back if I were you. Locals & Newcomers, know that walk-ins are not accepted. Attached are 2 pictures of my nails and the inspiration picture. Now before I even committed I ran the inspiration photo past the only tech in the salon and she confirmed she could do the same chrome and blue faded design. Yes, I knew it would never be identical but I expected something similar. I had 3 redos done on my nails with them stripping the gel off each time. What upsets me more is that they did not have the chrome powder at all and when they realized that they tried painting silver glitter polish over the clear gel used to make the lines. It was cured and left the nail bed messy when they removed everything with acetone again and again. I would have appreciated the honesty at the beginning because I would have looked up different inspirations pictures to meet their skill set. Instead what I'm left with are messy glitter nails with blue stripes. If you are looking for contemporary designs this is not the place. I'm very disappointed and sorry I wasted my time with something that should have been a pleasant experience.

I'm not entirely sure what took so long, except that I've always had my own nail shop to go to until pretty recently and have only recently become a nail shop orphan. It's been tough. Being without a nail shop family is one of the loneliest, scariest, and most isolating places a person can be. Who to trust? How to begin anew? Each mani/pedi with a new shop is a shot in the dark, a dangerous gamble, a risky endeavor. So, my sister has been telling me for a while now to stop complaining if I'm not going to just follow her advice (which hasn't led me too far astray in the last 35 years... mostly) and go to her shop. The staff at Glory are all sweet and the shop is clean and tidy. I also couldn't help but notice that their prices were better than what I had been paying at my previous (more pricey) place, and I ain't mad at it. I called before, so I can't speak for their walk-in wait times but they weren't too busy for a Saturday afternoon. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time but still felt like the pedicurist spent a while on my massage and didn't try to rush through and part of the pampering process. Glory be.

I always get my nails done with Jenny. She is the best and amazing. She paid attention to details and made sure my nails are perfect and beautiful. I receive complements all the time! She acknowledges clients needs and preferences. She takes great care of her customers. I love their location as well. It's in a safe clean neighborhood. Parking is super easy.
