I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. The place was not busy. There were a lot of interesting flavors of ice cream. I went for a flight - honey matcha tea, custard apple, saffron pistachio, cardamom pistachio kulfi. Saffron pistachio was my favorite followed by cardamom pistachio kulfi. I had a chocolate ice cream in a cone. That was a good flavor as well. I had high hopes in custard apple, but that was ok.

Cute little ice cream shop with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. Loved the clean premises and beautiful wall art. The flight of 4 was perfect for us 3 to share!! Definitely coming back for more :) No cash

Taste amazing! Rose and kunfi icecream have rich and natural flavor. Could try some of tasting scoops before the purchase, service was good. Spacious shop with couple tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy the icecream.

Really, really loved this place. They have amazing, unique flavors, and the staff was very helpful in explaining them. I ended up getting the saffron pistachio, butterscotch toffee, and chocolate with orange. The chocolate and orange was the best by far! The chocolate was so decadent, and the orange flavor came through beautifully in every bite. There were even tiny bits of orange pieces. I would highly, highly recommend this flavor. My second favorite was the butterscotch toffee, it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. The saffron pistachio wasn't great, honestly. The saffron flavor was overpowering and tasted a bit artificial. Excited to visit again and try more flavors.

Nature and Organic Ice Cream is honestly the best place I've found for ice cream in Sunnyvale. You can really tell the ingredients are organic because the flavors taste so clear, fresh, and natural. I'm especially obsessed with the saffron ice cream--it was so good that I had to take home a large cup of it. The ice cream is definitely worth the money, and the service was super nice as well. Overall, this is such a great spot for high-quality ice cream, and I would definitely come back.

Since I frequent the area, I'll pick up Nature's every now and then. They also have tubs available for purchase. Sitting outside getting work done and Katie was kind enough to check up on me. Usually I like being able to try different flavors. This time I tried a classic flavor: cookie dough.

This was my first time at the ice cream shop. Indoor decor was really cute and very clean! There was no one behind me so I got to try some flavors before choosing flavor. The worker behind the counter was very friendly and explained which flavors were good, whether too sweet, and gave us time to choose. I really liked all of the flavors, even the exotic ones! I ultimately chose unicorn vanila and was very satisfied :) it had organic milk taste and I loved it!

I had passed by Nature's Organic Ice Cream many times before stepping inside to give them a try. The inside looks clean due to its minimalist decor. There are only 3 tables inside, and a couple outside. After walking in, it is unclear where the line starts. You start on the right and move toward the register on the far left side. Once you've paid, at the far left side, you have to go back to the far right side to pick up napkins or extra spoons. Seemed like an odd set up. I would have expected these to be closer to the register side. They have a wide variety of flavors posted on the menu. I liked how they categorized the flavors : Classic, Exotic, Vegan and Seasonal. It was difficult to decide which one to get since there were many interesting ones. We decided on Saffron Pistachio and Matcha Berry. The single scoop for $5.99 didn't seem expensive, at first, until we saw how small it was. Expect a small golf ball size scoop. You may think they had mistaken it for a "kid size" scoop, but they do not have any "kid size" scoops on the menu. The golf ball is their small. We sat down to enjoy our ice cream there. For the higher price and small size, we thought this must be something special! Boy were we wrong. The flavor was just ok. The worst part was the icy consistency in both ice creams. It wasn't the rich creamy ice cream experience we were looking forward to. Perhaps "icy" style of ice cream appeals to others ; the "icy" style ice cream must be popular among others, since they get a fair amount of business in the evening. It's definitely not to my liking. Parking is easy on this side of Washington Ave. There's parking in front, and there's also a garage nearby.

279 W Washington Ave Sunnyvale, CA 94086 "Nature's Organic Ice Cream" is definitely worth a visit on a warm day! This modern ice cream shop is located in Sunnyvale's "new" Downtown Area. I was here on a Tuesday evening around 8pm. The temps were near 80*F. The sight of the crowd inside turned some customers away. But I got in line, and was really impressed by how one server cleared the lobby in under 5-mins. There's lots of flavors to choose from, and different cones. They even have a "flight" of four mini cups if you want to try four flavors. I got Mango and Strawberry in a 2 scoop cup ($8.99). The ice cream had a very clean and natural flavor. Very cold and solid. Nice texture, and not very sweet. Payment is cash-less. Electronic payment only. When the young man skipped pass the tip screen, I offered him a cash tip. He did a heck of a great job serving all the customers! The shop has cute little tables, and some limited seating outside. The decor is bright, clean and modern. They have pre-packed ice cream, and also serve drinks like milkshakes, floats, and bottled beverages. TIP: spoons and napkins are at the start of the counter, so grab those before you get served. Come visit this place!

How does this place not have a line? The interior was so cute and the ice cream flavors are so unique. Service was great as well since they let us sample the flavors. We got a flight of 4 to share, and we did feel like all the flavors blended together at some point due to the creamy heavy milk base taste that was in common for all the flavors. Here are the flavors we got: Earl grey tea (9/10): very strong initially & by itself but as you eat other flavors, the flavor diminishes and you can only taste the milk base Honey lavender (8/10): sweet and floral Saffron pistachio (8/10): very light flavor Cardamom pistachio kulfi (7.5/10): very strong kulfi flavor, reminds me of pint of joy

Located in Downtown Sunnyvale, parking is plentiful. Seating is limited. Noise level is average and there's peaceful music playing. Honey Matcha Tea Ice Cream milkshake (5/5): The shake was so yummy. Super fragrant yet still flavorful. The consistency was great too. Tap to pay is accepted. Overall, Nature's Organic Ice Cream is a great ice cream shop. The ice cream is so creamy and so delicious. I would come back.

I saw someone recommend the earl grey so I got it. I personally didn't love the texture and felt it lacked the flavor I was expecting. It tasted like just cream to me, but idk my boyfriend stated he definitely tasted the tea. I didn't like it but I'd try a different flavor next time. I'm coming back for the decor and the service. The worker gave my pup whip cream and the decor and bright lights is such a date night vibe.

Surprisingly great ice cream!! They had a great selection of niche flavors like Honey Lavender, Earl grey, Honey matcha, etc. all were good!!!

This time I decided to stop by here after dinner, my first time sitting down here and ordering. The inside is very clean, modern, and Pinterest-like. They added more decorations and seating from 2 years ago, making the inside more aesthetic. whaT's More always has unique Asian flavors, like durian, earl grey, pandan, red bean, and oolong. The cakes are not too sweet, so definitely Asian parent approved haha! Unfortunately, when we came around 6:30pm, they were sold out of most flavors - so would definitely recommend coming earlier or just ordering online earlier in the morning for pickup. We got the sesame dark chocolate crepe cake. When you eat in the store, the owner provides you with free cups of tea, which are really great for washing down the cake. The chocolate was super rich, and they did not skimp out on the flavor - super chocolatey. The sesame added such a fun earthy and nutty flavor - I thoroughly enjoyed it! The cake is on the slightly denser side, so was super filling. While on the pricier side, the flavors are super unique and the craft that goes into crepe cakes is commendable. I will be ordering my next cake from here again!

The place was situated in a quiet plaza just outside of Lawrence Expressway. There's ample parking but it doesn't feel like the location is suitable for a cafe where you can picture sitting inside looking through some big windows facing a busy pedestrian walkway. However, once I stepped inside, I was surprised at how zen and peaceful the decorations were and how fitting it was for a cozy and quiet cafe hangout. The cake shelf was surprisingly busy. And this is where I took one star out because the lines were confusing and the staff skipped me to talk to the group behind me while I was clearly the next to be helped. Luckily another staff member came out from the back kitchen and jumped in to help. The staff spoke fluent mandarin. I was interested in their box cakes. A few of the yelpers raved about their soy milk cake and luckily they had one out for sampling. It was covered with lots of cream and the cake layer was soft and moist, but it was still slightly too sweet for me and I felt that it lacked the tofu kind of soy flavor. Then, I spotted on their menu that they have a black sesame matcha box cake, and black sesame is always my favorite, so I asked for it. They had the last one left! The staff said she had never tried it so she couldn't tell me if it is less sweet than the soy milk cake. Since it was the last one available and I already sampled the soy cake, I decided to give it a try. I am happy that I did. The cake was filled with matcha mousse and tasted light and aromatic with the jasmine kind of matcha flavor. It is definitely less sweet. Unfortunately, it doesn't have as much black sesame as I'd like. But overall, the cake flavor is the kind that I like, subtle, moist, and not too sweet. $38 for a box cake of 4x4 is a bit pricey, but I'm glad that I gave it a try. The cakes were freshly made and tasted best the same day of purchase. They also recommend refrigerating the cake and consuming it within a day or two.

We got the red bean and the strawberry flavors - the portions were very large for a bay-area reasonable price of less than $15 item. I wished it had more condensed milk to give it a more creamy flavor. The shaved ice was beautiful and fluffy - i'd say this is the main draw that may bring me back to try new flavors. There is plenty of seating inside for tables of two or even small groups. Parking can be difficult since many popular establishments are in the same strip mall so plan ahead for parking time.

The shop has a bright, clean interior with a casual atmosphere that makes it an easy place to stop for a refreshing dessert. Seeing stacks of fresh mangoes behind the counter immediately gave me confidence that the fruit would be one of the highlights of the experience. The mango desserts were easily the best part of my visit. I tried the Pomelo & Mango with Sago, which combined sweet mango, creamy coconut milk, chewy sago, and fresh pomelo for a refreshing balance of flavors and textures. I also enjoyed the Mango Chewy Ball, where the fresh mango and smooth mango juice paired perfectly with the soft, chewy rice balls. Both desserts felt light while still being satisfying, making them a great option on a warm day. I also had the chance to try a few of the other menu items. The mango mochi was fresh and soft, with ripe mango wrapped inside a delicate chewy layer. For something different, the spicy chili fish balls offered a savory contrast to the fruit desserts, adding a bit of heat and a springy texture that balanced out all of the sweetness. The ordering process was quick and straightforward, and my food arrived not long after I found a table. The dining area was clean and comfortable, and small touches like providing wet wipes made the experience feel a little more thoughtful. It is the kind of place where you can stop in for a quick dessert or stay a little longer while sharing a few different items with friends. Overall, Hui Lau Shan is a great spot for anyone looking for fresh, fruit-forward desserts with authentic Hong Kong flavors. The quality of the mangoes, the variety of textures, and the relaxed atmosphere made it a place I would happily return to whenever I was craving something refreshing.
