The staff was quick to address my concerns and show me the best options -- very friendly! I ordered the Greek Protein Bowl, and holy cow, I had barely removed my payment form from my wallet before it was ready! It was fresh, and delicious, and just enough for a light lunch before a meeting and dinner. Their menu has a nice variety of items -- I look forward to having their food again. I haven't been to Nature's Table since before the Pandemic. There's a lot of good choices on their menu and their prices are pretty good. The place is clean and a little busy; granted it was lunch time. I ordered the Chipotle Protein Bowl and my coworker got the Sesame Thai Bowl. We both agreed that everything was good but the chicken needed some seasoning and more dressing would've been great, as our bowls were bland. Service was great!! I come to Nature's Table about twice a week for lunch since I work across the street. I usually get the same things soup, wraps, sandwiches or pasta salad. Everything is always consistent. Their smoothies are pretty great too! I love being able to add certain spreads to my sandwiches or getting extra sauce on the side. It's pretty affordable and I always feel good afterwards. Pretty solid lunch spot but at least today, employees were very frazzled during lunch service. I picked the you pick 4 combo. Turkey club w/out tomatoes, side Caesar with dressing on the side and a water bottle. I assumed it came with a cookie w/out me asking for it but when they handed me the to go bag and I got to the office, I didn't have the 4th item that the combo came with. The sandwich was tasty, but came with the topping I requested without. Salad tasted great, but was drenched in the dressing even though I asked for it on the side. This Nature's Table is conveniently located. The space itself is clean and seems to be well maintained. The staff are friendly and really keep the line moving (much appreciated for the lunchtime rush). The menu has wraps, salads, sandwiches and paninis. On our visit, I tried the Spicy Asian Salad and my fiancée had the Southwest Taco Salad. Both salads were pretty disproportionate. Mine was mostly lettuce and only had a few good bites as a result. While I haven't always been a big fan of restaurants with the "vegetarian" label, my awesome experience at Market on South caused me to give this place a chance. Located in the Suntrust Plaza near the Jackson Street light, Nature's Table is a Panera'esque restaurant I checked out last week. Based on my experience, I have to say that "vegetarian" restaurants just keep on surprising me. I went into this Nature's Table around noon and was immediately hit with a huge line. While my co-worker and I thought about leaving, the line seemed to move rather quickly, so we decided to stick it out. Once we got up to the front, we looked at the menu and realized that this place isn't a vegetarian restaurant, but rather just a normal sandwich place! Feeling a little relieved that this place seems more just to be a healthier Panera, I decided to order the cranberry turkey panini (it was only about $5 or $6). Apparently you can upgrade and get a soup for pretty cheap, so my friend ordered the soup with his sandwich. Everything was made fairly quickly and brought over to us before we had finished paying. Talk about fast service! We sat down at one of the tables, all of which were fairly clean, and dug in. My panini tasted absolutely fantastic (how did they make it so quickly?!) while my friend claimed his sandwich was solid and his soup the perfect temperature. We finished up our meals and headed out back to work. Overall, this Nature's Table location provides good sandwiches for a good price in a fairly short amount of time. While not as good as the amazing Latin Square Cuisine across the square, this spot is worth checking out. read more

Definitely would suggest ordering ahead and picking up especially during the lunch rush, otherwise you could easily be in line for 20 minutes. My usual is either the breakfast bowl or sensible starter for breakfast and the tuna melt and broccoli and cheese soup for lunch. My only complaint is I wish they had their broccoli and cheese soup every day - it's so good! The staff is absolutely fantastic at this location. Think of Panera, except 10x cheaper. Nature's Table is a café-type location. They offer salads, protein bowls, paninis, soups, etc. I had the Baja turkey panini and the French onion soup. I did the "mix it up" which was half a sandwich and a small cup of soup and it was plenty! I paid less than $10 for a drink, cookie and half a soup and half a sandwich. It was perfect. The restaurant was also clean and the service was wonderful. We went at lunch time on a Monday and the line was out the door. They move fairly quickly tho. Get there early! read more

This is my go to when I'm working downtown. For breakfast I get an egg white turkey sausage sandwich on a wheat bagel. All of the ingredients are top notch and it costs $3 and change. The kale smoothie is delish and the lunches are all really tasty, fresh and filling. Love this place. The only downside is how busy it can be at lunch. The workers move as fast as they can but it can take 10-20 to get a to go order sometimes if you get there during lunch rush. read more

My favorite salad is the Mediterranean, favorite wrap is the Fish Taco, and I enjoy the Chili-cado on cooler days. Only reason I didn't give fifth star is because they need to do something about the line at lunchtime. This is the worst Nature's Table there is. I only give it 2 stars instead of 1 because the food at Nature's Tables is generally good and I feel that this location's food isn't that much worse than others. It is worse however. I don't know the reason why, but my guess is because the employees don't care. The service is always horrendous and while clean most of the time, you get the impression that the place is a train wreck barely being held together by some strange magic and that any moment an employee will snap and the whole place will turn to chaos. This particular location is always crowded, sometimes with the line going out the door but it only draws such crowds because of its convenient location and relatively low prices for an otherwise abysmal selection of downtown Orlando lunch choices. Also, many people don't realize that there is another Nature's Table very close to this one with better service, higher quality food (maybe prepared with more care and diligence to maintain corporate standards?) and it is well worth the extra walk. Sometimes you only have a few minutes though and that extra walk is out of the question. Today I ordered a bowl of soup. I was charged an extra $.50 for "premium" soup although there was no sign indicating that the soup was "premium" or cost extra. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. The bigger issue is that when you order soup, they ladle it right from the top of the container. So if there is chicken, a vegetable, or any other item that tends to be dense in the soup you order, you better hope that item you're looking for is defying the laws of physics and floating at the top otherwise, like me, you'll end up with boiled broth. read more
