All vegan and good priced. Loving Hut has been in Orlando for forever. They have good service and interesting atmosphere. Maybe not the most romantic, intimate, or modern restaurant. It does have really good food, which is kind of the point. There is basically no parking and hard to get into the teeny lot. We tried the spring rolls. This was a 8/10. It's good and I really liked the way they used tofu to imitate what would have been the meat in a spring roll. We also tried the shrimp cha cha and added the tempura mushroom. This was a 8.5/10. Super flavorful and crispy and it is a lot of food for what you pay. That being said, they added a $3 uncharge since I added the mushroom. We also tried the taro milk tea, which was very sweet and flavorful but not overly sugary. This was a 9/10 and honestly surprised me. Love ya, Loving Hut. Our group stopped in to Loving Hut for a tasty vegan meal. Parking was difficult and we had to move our cars, so warning: the drive to the small parking lot is a one way through an alley between the buildings. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the Tofu Spicy Cha Cha. The breading was super thick, but the bites were plentiful and tasty. I didn't eat the rice since there was so much breading on the tofu. The veggies were primarily red and green peppers, with some broccoli thrown in. I would have liked a lot of broccoli. The biggest disappointment was the lack of spicy heat, considering it was called Spicy. It came with a tiny bit of what seemed to be a Sweet Thai Chili sauce, but it was not spicy. A friend ordered the Drumsticks. It also came with rice, which was also plentiful and looked delish. The veggies were squash, carrots, broccoli, etc, and were plentiful and tasty. Friend did not care for the drumsticks however, as they weren't what she was expecting, rather just cuts of some type of protein in a thick brown sauce that was not what she thought it would be. Delicious, affordable vegan food! I dined by myself and I wasn't sure if I should sit down and order or order at the counter. But it all worked out okay. Spring Rolls + Shrimp: yummy and fresh. Peanut dipping sauce is good but could use some more salt or seasoning. Wonton Soup: perfect. I could eat this all the time. Curled Fried Yam Shrimp: excellent! The dip was phenomenal as well. i love this quaint vegan restaurant! i've dined in once and the other times were takeout, but when i'm craving comforting and tasty food loving hut is the place to go. the actual restaurant isn't huge but there's space for tables. it's pretty quiet inside, but not to the point that it is awkward. my go-to takeout order is steamed dumplings and chow mein; however, i've tried other menu items as well and they're all pretty consistent in terms of quality. they also make a surprisingly delicious philly cheesesteak and amazing taro buns. sometimes the food is a little on the oily side for me, but it's never anything severe. i haven't been to any other loving huts so i can't claim to know how it compares, but if they're all like this then i can be sure to recommend! read more

I always check for a Loving Hut location wherever I visit! Panama, Costa Rica, Indonesia... These independently owned franchises serve a vegan menu, often featuring a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, and they're almost always my best bet for finding vegan food. I was thrilled to find one in Orlando and tried the Singapore Fried Noodles, and it was fantastic! I used to enjoy eating here, but I cannot recommend it anymore. I had lunch at Loving Hut last Friday. As we pulled up we wondered if it was open because it seemed ark and there was trash on the ground all around the building. When my friend and I entered, the first thing we noticed was the heat! Either the A/C was broken or they choose not to use it to save money. We were the only customers in the place between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. When we heard the cook in the back hacking up a lung, we really should have left. Ordered Spring Rolls and Tofu Spicy Cha Cha. The spring rolls were overdone and (one was actually burnt) hard to chew. The Tofu was so thickly covered with breading and also overdone and hard. Vegetables were raw and just warmed up and there was no spice noticeable. Both were served with a stingy thimble of sause with no spice or heat. I ate a small amount and took the rest home for later. It's been quite a long time since I have visited this place, but I am glad I came today. My daughter and I had been wanting to eat some really good Vegan food and this place does not disappoint. We love rolls... the un-fried versions, so the Loving Hut Rolls and the Summer Rolls are delicious as all ingredients are fresh. These are great appetizers and you can share them. If you're in a group of 3 to 4 people, then ask them to cut the rolls in half because you get two of them and if you cut them in half and you'll have four pieces. I love the Sainly stirfry because it has noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, TVP, mushrooms, onion, celery, carrot, vegetables, and garlic. It's a flavor explosion. My daughter likes the bowls. So she got the lemon grass noodle option, which is rice noodle, TVP cooked with lemongrass, onion, Beansprout, lettuce, roasted peanut on top and a side of aulac sauce. The TVP is delicious and they put A LOT on top. We are very satisfied and supper filled with our choices today and hope to come back sooner than later. Oh, and don't expect a fancy place. I've never had Chinese food until now. This food I had was the Vegan Shrimp Soup with mushrooms, leaks, bean sprouts, vegan ham, tomatoes, and pineapple. There's no nuts what do ever. So the parking is difficult and the place is small, that said, the food is good and vegan but here's the thing. They play a loop video from a steaming Asian channel in their dining room-Supreme Master TV.com. It's very creepy propaganda which calls Joe Biden a demon and praises Donald Trump for being His Excellency. If loving you is wrong I don't want to be right. Fresh, hot and tasty food that tastes like it is made with love. Honest to goodness some of the items will fool you that it's not really meat or seafood. We like to go vegetarian every now and then and the restaurants seem to be getting better and better. Healthy and tasty options that leave you feeling better and comfortably full when you walk out the door. I ordered pickup through GrubHub early in the afternoon, and food was ready in about 30 minutes. You get a text when your food is ready which is convenient. I ordered the spring rolls, bun hue, avocado sushi and lemongrass noodle. Parking lot is fairly small and was a little difficult to navigate. Lemongrass noodles were really good, especially combined with the spring rolls, although the lemongrass flavor was a bit lacking. It reminded me a lot of my favorite childhood dishes that I frequently ate growing up, but plant-based versions. Avocado sushi rolls were fresh. Bun hue had a great flavor. Very great Asian and vegan dishes to have in this cute/small restaurant in Orlando. I have been here a handful of times and always have a good meal here. I enjoy all their favorites like their orange yogi rice(similar to garlic orange chicken), the golden rice(yellow fried rice with veggies and tofu), the saintly stir fry (exactly same flavors and ingredients as the golden rice but instead with rice noodles). The spring rolls are my favorite appetizer to get every time. They rolls are filled with veggies and soy protein inside, and come with a sauce (that is similar to soy sauce but not heavenly salty) to dip them in. My boyfriend always gets the the combo 7 dish and I can say it is a great choice for those who don't like veggies that much or don't feel satisfied with just eating veggies, because this dish comes with soy protein. The soy protein is a substitute for meat and is super delicious just like pieces of thin steak would be. The combo is a great way to also have a little of everything because it comes also with rice, cabbage salad and summer rolls. The summer rolls are made of rice paper instead and have tofu instead. The taste is refreshing and delicious when dipped into the peanut sauce. The service can be slow when it gets busy, as it is a small family business. I went here with my friend because I saw the 5-star reviews. They are misleading! When we walked in only 2 people were waiting for takeout and this was during lunch. We walked up got a menu because no one came over to greet us, and sat at a table. All I could smell was the burning grease. The table even had an oily feel. After about ten minutes we choose to leave. I expected to be able to breathe comfortably in any restaurant. They did not have a good ventilation system which is why it was smokey or greasey. I enjoy coming to the Loving hut! Since there isn't a large amount of vegan only restaurants. I'd say coming here is always a pleasure. You have to remember it's a mom and pops location. On todays meal I order the Wonton soup and Spicy Oyster Cha Cha. The soup was super clear and I thought it wasn't going to have enough flavor, but surprisingly it had a depth of flavors. The wonton stuffing seems to be mushroom and has notes of chocolate and earthiness. Overall would get again. The Oyster Cha Cha was delicious. The white rice was well cooked and the oyster mushrooms were crunch and delicious! The sautéed vegetables were good that also came with there sauce they send out with every dish. Loveeeee the vegan Asian cuisine served at this loving hut in Orlando. I don't live in Florida but every time I visit I always come here. Even though I live in NYC I've probably been here about 10 times or more. The cuisine here is mainly Vietnamese focused. My favorite dishes here are: Pho, Bun Hue, Heavenly noodle stir fry, summer roll deluxe. The Pho really is so much like "real" beefy pho at least in my opinion. It looks like it-- it isn't just veggie broth with noodles and vegetables. They actually make the faux beef broth, with faux beef etc. The Bun Hue is spicy and tangy and I love the noodles. The heavenly noodles are indeed, heavenly. Great flavor and a hit with non-vegans who I've brought here. The summer rolls are so tasty with the faux shrimp I even take extra to go no matter how full I am. The menu is huge. Tons of appetizers, entrees, noodle/rice dishes. There are about 4-5 different types of fresh summer rolls with various fillings. So good. The cuisine is heavy in faux meats- so if that's not your thing than you may not like it. They also have vegan dessert here. Love the cheesecake and chocolate cake!! Overall, amazing vegan Asian cuisine that I often crave even miles away. Always great coming here. I've been coming here for years and introducing people to vegan food. They have a a great variety here and I always love trying something new! Ordered over the phone for take-out during covid-19. They are not open for in-house dining. I've eaten at a number of other Loving Huts so I was pretty sure they would not disappoint. Sushi Delight: good sushi, sad they don't give you pickled ginger nor wasabi though. However, they added ginger to the soy sauce. - A Loving Basket: I enjoyed all the veggies, but not so much the protein that resembled chicken fingers. Their homemade thousand island dressing isn't that great either, but they also gave me ketchup and some kind of sweet and spicy vinaigrette that made up for it. The mushrooms were the largest I've ever seen! - A Side Salad: I appreciate that they were willing to make me a basic salad. Even if you're not Vegan, or have never dined here, chances are you know about this place from having driven past it on the way to Mills. It's distinguishable bright yellow sign inviting patrons with the promise of delivering good food that's completely Vegan. Personally I find that your dining experience here will be either a hit or a miss. The first time that I came here for a pick up order, there was some teenage kid at the counter who looked like he had previously never been there before in his life. When I told him I wanted the orange Yogi he just stared at me like he had no idea what I was talking about and it turns out he didn't because he pulled out a menu and started mumbling to himself. Come to think of it, maybe he thought I was talking about Yogi Bear, I mean, I'm pretty sure this kid was someone's relative whom they slapped 20 bucks at and said: "here, just stand there and take orders"... anyway.. The food was amazing. The orange yogi was so much better than most orange chickens I've ever had during my carnivorous days. Then on my second visit, I came with coworkers and we dined in. That was a solid 5 star experience. The service was wonderful, everything came out in a timely manner which.. surprised me. Our waters were refilled, and the food.. oh man... they make really good food here seriously. You need to try their version of fried shrimp which is actually some kind of yam, omg, SO good! I stopped by recently for lunch after being hangry all morning. We got the wonton soup and the smiling dumplings to start. I got the lemongrass noodles and my lunch date got the pho. I had to get the flan as well. The broth for the wonton soup was good but the wrapper to filling ratio was a bit off. The wrapper was also a bit thick. The dumplings were the same case, might have been better pan fried. I really enjoyed the lemongrass noodles. All the flavors were there and plenty of protein too! I understand there is a shortage of restaurant personnel. But how long will it be going on? So, I wanted a nice vegan meal. First of all, be prepared to wait. It took about 50 to 60 minutes to get our dinners, and they were not busy. Apparently, this is a common complaint. Luckily, we had an appetizer, the Happy Half Moon. It was fried goodness. Their menu is interesting. I ordered the Golden Rice - Fried rice, tofu, mushroom and mixed vegetables. It was fairly good, however, it was missing something, but I can't pinpoint what it was. I also had a strawberry smoothie. Now this was delicious. The girl behind the counter was quite nice and I saw the owner going around and chatting with other patrons. A vegan restaurant for also the vegan-curious! I've always enjoyed the lemongrass noodles. Last year, it was $7.95, but now it's $9.95. I'd still go there for that dish though! I tried this dish two different times. Consistently, the lemongrass flavor is definitely there but not overpowering, the textured protein was tender, the noodles were cooked just right (not too al dente or not too soft), the fresh lettuce is crunchy, and their specialty sweet chili sauce is addictive. The only difference between the two times I ordered this dish was the onions. The first time, the onions were caramelized well. The second time (today), the onions were more on the slightly raw end which made me sniffle. Or shall I admit that the dish was still so good it made me cry on a rainy Friday early evening? I had the "smiling" dumplings too, which were also good! Ingredients have always tasted fresh and fragrant. I ought to order more than the lemongrass noodle dish, but that is what I always crave every time I go to Loving Hut. The aromas are so soothing, so maybe that's why I've ordered this twice. The prices increased to about $1-$2 for some dishes. The combo dishes stay at the $8-9 range, if I recall correctly. Still, regardless of the price increase, I'm in love with Loving Hut. The times I've gone were on weeknights, around 5:30p-7:30pm. The crowd picks up around 7pm. There was only 1 server the times I've gone, so she wasn't able to attend to all tables to follow-up to ask how the meal is or ask if I needed the check when I was almost done. I can understand, so my tip is to simply go to cashier side and ask for what you need. Waiting around will take a long time, so don't be offended if you find one server not being more attentive than you might expect. Second tip-be careful driving into and out of the narrow alley that leads to the parking lot! Easy to miss the alley if you've never been, as also a bit dangerous to exit out because it is one-way. I can't recall another way to exit the lot. Only for the second time I went, I noticed Loving Hut's tables had only one sheet of napkin without any napkin dispenser in sight. One might think this is a sign of thriftiness but I think it's environmental mindfulness. I had no straw for my cup and the server asked if I was going to use the silverware when she handed me chopsticks for my noodle dish. With these things in mind, you may need to politely holler at the server or just go to the cashier counter and request additional things you may need, as mentioned above. Overall, Loving Hut is still consistently 5 stars! read more

Very impressed with the food. I had the orange tofu dish which would be similar to Orange chicken. The tofu came lightly bread in balls with an orange glaze, rice, and some vegetables. It tasted great! The service in my opinion needs small improvement. The girl was nice but needs to welcome people as soon as they walk in and let you know you can have a seat anywhere and that she'll be right with you. The owner came by to make sure I was happy with everything which was so nice. They have western style dishes like vegan burgers and such. I ordered a coffee that is slow drip and extremely concentrated. I took too long to get and then it was so dark that no amount of creamer lightened it. Cool idea on the slow drip but, not a fan yet.
