Second... name one other pool company with this level of review. You can't because they mostly take advantage of owners - Juan is true, honest and fair. Delivers and is easy to work with. Quality is good and he has to be given a name like "Holy Waters"! He did a three sided infinity edge pool finish and I filled it with a garden hose, and it all started spilling over together. That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily. I called on a Saturday and actually reached Touissant directly, who was hosting his daughter's birthday party. He really didn't have to answer, but he still did, listened to the issue, talked through what he thought might be going on, and promised to follow up on Monday.
