I paid over $200 for the cover + coat check + 2 drinks for myself and a friend. I insist on tipping staff everywhere but the bartender was such an absolute c*nt that I couldn't give her anything and I guess that's a trend here. While walking, I got pushed into one of the staff and she insisted on having me thrown out without knowing what happened. The bouncers stole my $1500 coat after taking my coat check ticket. The whole exhibit was absolutely pathetic. I came from a local dive bar and was having a much better time there. They will make it very hard on artists and promoters with such shitty behaviors. Worst experiences here, the staff is rude and the promoters they are awful one of them wouldn't let me and some friends in he told me my friend can't get in because she is overweight his exact words after that were " how do you seriously expect someone that looks like that to get into any club in nyc" which is absolutely disgusting and not even true will never go back again. read more

Would NOT recommend. My phone and wallet were stolen from my bag (which was on me all night). I asked many of the employees whether there was a lost and found (on the unlikely chance that I dropped these items or they were turned in) and they were actively unhelpful, telling me that I could only inquire about lost items at the end of the night. At the end of the night, I was told there were no phones or wallets whatsoever in the lost and found (I find that very hard to believe at a club of this size), and they did not seem concerned that a pickpocket had found their way into this supposedly upscale club. Later, I saw that Find My iPhone had been disabled shortly after my phone went missing - aka it was stolen. And on top of all that the music was boring AF, there's barely any room to dance because it's all tables, and the place is full of old ass creepy dudes. Don't go if you care about your personal belongings. UPDATE: The email that the automated message on their phone gives you to contact about lost items literally doesnt exist LMAO. Right before the club was set to open we asked the security guard how much it cost to get in and he replied "just get in line" there was literally nobody in line. No thanks we walked away. No customer service skills whatsoever. We walked across the street and witnessed two others girls approach them and also walk away complaining about the ghetto security. read more

WORST NIGHTCLUB IN NYC! We paid $90+ to see MK at Nebula and ended up waiting at the door for 1+ hour in the freezing cold. I don't understand, it really didn't make sense to me (unless they were making the line look long to hype up the event) but still, we've never had to wait so long with the uncertainty of whether or not if we will get into the club to see the DJ play his set, AFTER paying a ticket (ahead of time). I mean this club wasn't even worth it honestly, I would've preferred to go to Brooklyn Mirage to see my favorite DJs. The staff is extremely rude, they will step over you, shove/push you any chance they get (regardless if you are sober or drunk, female or male, they will push you in a small crowded space). I've been to several house music events where it is extremely crowded and staff always manages to get through in a professional manner without pushing you or putting their hands on you. There were several staff that did this, staff that clean/mop up the floors after a spill, security guards, everyone. Mind you, they could've just tapped on one's shoulders and ask nicely to move a bit but these interactions were rough and really should not be allowed. the worst club night I have ever experienced and I have been around the NY club scene since Pacha and webster precovid. And this was on a TUESDAY. The staff has no idea what's going on. Basically if you're not VIP you're a peasant even if you paid $70-$150 to get in at the door. Someone in VIP lit a cigarette and then SPIT on the floor right in front of my feet. Coat check is a mess, naturally everyone is gonna rush to coat check the second the main act gets off, there's one way down and up to the bathrooms and the coat check EVERYONE started fighting cuz there's no clear line, two ladies working the coat check and no one is seeming to leave the area after getting their coat. Security is a joke doing nothing when this happens in such a small area with everyone drunk yelling at eachother who just want to leave a fist fight broke out and all these woman are screaming it was actually traumatizing and I will never go here again nor will I ever recommend this place for how much you pay to just get pushed around and the staff don't give a flying f**k about you. Went to the Nebula Karaoke on a Monday night. The night club didn't open that day, and there were no specific KTV service guy showed up as promised. We were waiting outside of the door for more than half an hour. And after we finally got in touch with them and went in, the first thing that the service guy said was not "sorry", but" it's not my problem and I am not responsible for your situation." We argued for 20 minutes, and he was so rude, refusing to provide any compensation and saying that we have to accept everything he said. He was so mean and even telling us to leave the place. His attitude was the worst I'm ever met in the service industry, I wonder if he's someone other company hired to destroy Nebula's business. read more

I had the greatest time there, people were friendly and invited me in section and I drank all night! There's a 150$ dollar bar cover u can pay at front instead of cover! This was the worst customer service I had ever experienced before, from start to finish. When I got to the spot it was pouring rain and there were 4 security guards that were nothing but rushing me to show them my ticket. As they were nice and dry under their individual umbrellas, I had asked to one of them to share their umbrella with me or let me get under a hood while I looked for my ticket properly. This person got annoyed at this and said "no", while I witnessed another security guard helping this caucasian girl covering her from the rain as she was coming out. Once I get inside, I explained everything to the manager making her aware of how rude I was being treated, and for no reason. The manager (or so she said she was) didn't seem to care at all, telling me "they were simply doing their job". As soon as the clock hit 3:45am they turned the music off, so I went upstairs and sat in the waiting area as my girl friend was getting her coat. One of the guards from earlier yelled to me "you have to go" and didn't even let me speak as I tried to tell him I was waiting for my friend. He kept telling me to leave and proceeded to put his hands on me as he literally pushed me outside. There were other people sitting in that same waiting area, and for whatever reason me and my friends were the only ones that got rushed and pushed outside in this same manner. All of this as it was still raining and my uber wasn't there yet. I've never felt this disrespected, discriminated and attacked before at an establishment. I will never be coming back again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone that's a minority to do so either. read more

Can easily say this is one of the worst clubs I've ever been to. I've been in the club scene in New York and all over for years and have never seen a shit show like this place. The bouncers are beyond rude, even to people with tables and don't seem to know how to run a door. When you walk up you can tell by how they're yelling at eachother they don't know what's going on. They had not only bouncers out front, but others who ran the club, all making a scene in the street, clearly poor management. Very bad first impression, then upon entering the club is extremely underwhelming. The set up is odd, with tables in the middle of the dance floor, not allowing for much dancing space and a small upper tier. Because of this set up everyone is standing around or sitting on the tables, not much dancing and a very dry vibe. Even with one of the best djs in the world, the club was still noticeabley dead and boring. Overall, this place is a mess and would never come back here. There are so many other great clubs in this city where you can have a fun night and be treated with respect! Go anywhere else. read more
