As my first time, I opted for more standard rolls, the California and Spicy Tempura. Both had all the traditional favorites. Crab, Avocado, shrimp, tempura, and honestly was way better than I imagined coming from a food truck. The California was my favorite as the spicy tempura lacked spice. Each roll came with 8 pieces and filled me up for lunch! My coworker order the "Fiesta" roll and the Salmon Hand Roll and was extremely satisfied as well. We both were overly impressed with the quickness of the process, as well as the appearance of the truck. You can tell the inside as immaculately clean and it made me feel better ordering sushi from a food truck.
