We entered one of the many doors of the Wisconsin Center and the door man told us we couldn't enter until 4 when our tickets said 2:45PM. After a few minutes back and forth, we were directed to the floor C on the third floor where the exhibit was. There were only about 15 families with us. After a wait, we were directed into the hall and to an area where there was a Master Builder that had a presentation for the kids and a "wrecking" activity for the kids at the end. We then went to a Create section to build something for the state map. We asked if we could leave and did a quick speed dating picture taking with all of the models before the general public got in. This event is geared toward smaller kids but my 11 year old still had a good time. There is a collection of larger than life LEGO sculptures from POP culture around the event such as the new Wonder Woman that is debuted in Milwaukee. The exhibits are heavy in Star Wars and action heroes. There were build activities throughout the exhibit as well as two LEGO stores. In the LEGO Friends exhibit geared towards girls, we took pictures in the selfie booth as well as got a free pack of girl LEGOS. There was a green screen to take action pictures in front of as well as video games and other interactive exhibits. I as an adult enjoyed taking pictures in front of the statues. Some of the time we were just standing there waiting for our kid to finish. My daughter loved making LEGO angels in the pile of LEGOS. When the rest of the public got in, it became a mosh pit. All in all it was a good family day. For us, most likely a one time thing because I think we aged out. We parked across the street before 3 and only had to pay $2.00/hr. When we were leaving, they had the event prices posted at $10.00. The Friday session wasn't sold out but the other sessions on Saturday were. They recommend purchasing tickets online.

She was very professional and helpful and while children were playing in one area, she would clean and organize in another area. We stayed there for a few hours. My second visit was very different. When I walked in, there were three women there (one who was the owner, I could tell from photos I've seen of her online). She was there chatting with 2 friends while their children played. She also had her dog with her in the play area on the couch. It didn't feel professional to me and it felt like I was intruding in someone's living room. I wanted a latte and felt quite awkward to ask for one, like I was interrupting her hang out time, which is not how I felt during my first experience. Also- I know kids are kids but the children are obviously very familiar with the facility and they thought it was funny to turn the lights on and off in the back room where the playhouse is. I didn't stay as long during my second visit. I still think this cafe is nice to have in Shorewood and I will visit again, I just hope my next visit is more like my first one.

The bus that plays a fun beat. Post office area. Mechanic shop. Baby dedicated area. Little sad to see the baseball "exhibit" go away but looking forward to how they fill the space next. We had our friends from another city meet us here for a 9:30 am Saturday play date. There was a bit of a line to get in, but nothing too crazy. Both kids (3 years old) had an absolute blast! The cost is reasonable, at only $14 per person (adults included) and you receive a $3 off voucher for the adjacent parking garage ($7 and some cents total after taxes). There is something to do for children of all ages, including. a quieter play area for tots and babies 4 and under, which was much needed after my daughter was trampled by a much older child in the Floor is Lava area. My daughter especially loved the outdoor play area on the balcony! I wish the cafe had more to offer or that there was a legitimate cafe attached with lunch options. We spent a solid 2 hours here, and could have spent even longer had we not had the hour drive back home before lunchtime. We will definitely be adding this place to our yearly "to do" list!

I do think $23 per child is a lot but I believe this includes 2 adults at no cost and there is no limit on how long the child can play. The space is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and I loved that I could play too! I had so much fun and felt like a kid again myself. I also liked that the staff made people follow the rules, they were strict about it, which I appreciated. Also easy parking in the parking lot across the street. I definitely plan to come back here!!

My little guy is only three, so as much as he'd like to act tough and go explore inside alone, he did need me to go with him. So many fun obstacles, slides, ramps, and blocks to enjoy. Endless entertainment and a great way for kiddos to burn some energy. This place seems great for birthday parties or large gatherings. It's also super clean which I was impressed by. I was extremely impressed with the adorable book store portion! They had a huge selection of books about many different people, cultures and historical figures! It was difficult for me to choose just a few for my babies but I know I'll be back! They had the books nicely organized with board books for younger kids, beautiful, colorful story books, chapter books, etc. I think this is a must stop bookstore for any family - I can't wait to introduce these topics to my kiddos in an age appropriate way using these books as tools!

I had not been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid and went ahead and got the summer pass for my…read morelittles. I have twin 2 1/2 year olds and the summer pass was the perfect way to go. It was a good idea to escape from the hot hot hot summer heat but still give them something to do to burn some energy. This facility even has the new-ish trampoline zone for bouncing which is really cool looking (additional charge,) my twins loved meeting Chuck E Cheese himself and the little dance opportunities they have with him is cute. The big giant screens playing kid friendly music videos is a nice touch. The pizza is honestly really good, way better than when I was a kid. Stuffed crust is ALWAYS a must for me because I need extra cheese. The staff has always been kind and friendly and quick to action, whenever we have been there. A few of the machines needed a little maintenance and were being worked on but it was a week day and right when they opened which was understandable they got to get maintained sometime/someway. My twins go around to all different games but I love the classics - skee ball, water shooter game, basketball, the Simpsons soccer kick and we really love and always use the Photo Booth when we visit. Definitely a fun spot that gives a little nostalgia with new flair if you go during optimal times when it's not super busy. This was my first time taking my kids there (5 and 20 months) and we went on a weekday from 5-6:30pm. You may be like me and wondering, is good ol Chuckie Cheese still as dark, loud and germ-filled as your ball pit memories of old? No - while the Chase location has an older exterior, I was amazed by how bright, clean and inviting the interior was. The staff were warm, welcoming and truly very helpful. We had pizza and I had the GF personal pizza and dare I say...it was AMAZING. Only wish they had Coke products instead of Pepsi but alas, this is a place that's about the kids. No more tokens and everything is electronic which you may be well familiar with, but again, me stuck in the last time I was in a Chuck E Cheese in 1994 had little idea what to expect. I found it helpful to set up an account ahead of time (and you get a bunch of free tickets). I did the unlimited games for one hour for my 5 year old but we could have done it by number of games instead. There was a staff member who was only walking around cleaning games and checking that they were operating properly. He was kind to my 20 month old who came running through when he was checking a machine and amid lots of kids running around. I just have to share how much I admired how diligently he worked to care for the cleanliness and safety and doing so with a positive attitude. That just seemed hard to find these days. This ideal professionalism from all the staff was seen in the way they cared about what they were doing and how things were operating. My son said it was "the best day" and cannot wait to go back. Thanks for the good time, clean and safe facility, fun games, and great pizza!
