First I want to say the food is great. I ordered food to be delivered for 5 of us. It was delivered by Door Dash. When we unpacked the food, there was one salad missing. It was also 10 minutes before closing time. I called the restaurant & got the manager Daniel. I explained what happened and he was very apologetic. He had already left the restaurant, but called them, turned around and got the salad made and delivered it himself. He went above and beyond my expectations. When opening the food bag he had thrown in a yummy cookie & a "So sorry" card with a discount code for our next purchase. This is a stand up restaurant with fabulous service. Loving this new addition to Westlake. The diversity of food offerings, the convenient and seamless order ahead system, and the nice vibe if you choose to dine in. Every menu item I've had, has not disappointed. My favorite is the Chinese Chicken Crunch Salad, followed by the Mezze Bowl, and Green Rice Burrito Bowl. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their menu items. If you plan to dine in, especially during peak hours, I STRONGLY recommend, ordering ahead and grabbing a table when you get there. This is the best new place Westlake has seen in a long time. Not only is the phone incredible and suitable for everyone with all allergies and dietary restrictions, but the service is beyond incredible. I never write reviews, I believe this is my first ever. I have very mixed feelings at this point. First experience was great, great food and service. However, I brought my family back to share the place with them (specifically the vegan soft serve "Saturdays"which was delicious.) it was not as good the second time but it was because it was almost out apparently so the consistory was completely different. Anyway, we gave them another try again and went back for social monk which I hear is great, but was honestly underwhelming. The orange chicken tasted more like lemon chicken. Anyway, we ordered the Saturday's again hoping for them to taste like that first amazing experience, after waiting 20 min I went back in to check on our order because we had to go pick up our daughter. No one was working on the order and when I mentioned something they said oh yeah we are out, it will take another 20ish minutes to get it ready and we have tons of orders for it. It happens, though I wish they would have told us sooner and started fixing it far sooner. At that point we were the first order. We had to go so they said they would refund us. We ordered 4 of these btw. A guy came out and with 2 $15 gift cards and said he was going to "hook us up" for our troubles. Cool, very appreciated. Assumed he was going to give us the gift cards for waiting so long AND refund us. Nope. He just gave us the gift card and said they didn't know how to refund us. First of all, that kind of sucks. We aren't made of money and would rather not lend them our almost $40 dollars or whatever it was for 4 sundays, and also, obviously 2 $15 gift card is less than what we actually paid. He made a mistake again, no big deal, gave us 3 $15 gift cards for a total of $45. (While laughing about how he didn't actually hook us up when he thought he did and throwing out the f bomb left and right with my 10 year old son right there. Don't get me wrong, I don't think cussing is that big of a deal but he doesn't know that and it was an employee doing it in front of my son. So bizzare, just bad judgment on his part. No more hook up and still no actual refund to our card. Whatever, we had to go get our daughter. Fast forward to tonight, my husband went to use the gift cards for dinner and they would not let him use all the gift cards at once. He asked to talk to a manager to explain the situation and they said sorry, there's nothing they can do. I'm sorry but that's absolutely ridiculous. They refunded saturdays we never received with gift cards, then wouldn't let us use more than $15 dollars of our refund to buy our dinner when we were going there because we wanted to eat out as my daughter is very sick but didn't want to spend the cash and remembered we had the credit. Very bizarre and honestly shocked at the whole experience. Love the other food i ordered the first time (the burritoish wrap and Cesar wrap), so, very disappointed as i really wanted to love this place but customer service was most definitely lacking. read more

Went at 7:50 they close at 9pm. We wanted to sit on the patio which had lots of people and inside was full of people. We were turned away because they had to power wash the patio.
