We paired it with our favorite Chinese chicken salad $16.50--requested half baby gem and arugula with crunchies and dressing on the side. Orange chicken came out hot. They had a nice crunch, made with chicken breast, and not too sweet. Nice alternative to Panda Express if you're craving orange chicken! If you haven't tried the Chinese chicken salad, get it! You won't be disappointed! It's the best one I've had. Service is always great. Dom was great; manager Mike recognized us and stopped to chat with us. Ambience is modern and clean. My friend gave me a few meals from this spot and they were delicious. They were Asian meals. I tried a salmon teriyaki dish with broccoli, which was perfection. It was definitely my favorite. I don't usually have to use a knife with a salad. The amount of dressing it was tossed in was exactly how I like. It's a big salad and I had a late lunch. So good. It was full of chicken and avocado. Today my mom and I went to the Neighborly in Westlake Village. The outside patio is lovely and we enjoyed sitting under an umbrella in the shade on this warm, sunny day. We were greeted warmly and moved on to the kiosk to order. I, of course had the chicken tenders with waffle fries, a biscuit, and coleslaw. Everything was perfect! My mom had the Orange Chicken-wok-crisped white meat chicken balls with sweet and tangy orange sauce. She loved it and had enough left to take home for dinner. We love this place! One of our go-to lunch places. We put the order in online and do counter pick up. The staff are so nice and the service is excellent. For how much food you get, the prices are also very reasonable. And the quality of the food is excellent. Our favorite plates are chicken pesto sandwich, waffle fries, drunken noodles, and any salad. Every dish is delicious. We have yet to have anything we don't enjoy! Today, we picked up our order and when we got home realized we didn't have the waffle fries. I wish I had discovered this spot sooner! After a gym session, I was trying to decide what to eat and stumbled across Neighborly and I'm so glad I did! Walking in, I honestly felt like a little kid in awe, just taking everything in. There's so much going on, yet it all feels so organized and intentional. The atmosphere alone makes you want to stay a while. The staff truly define great customer service. They were all super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I was so excited looking at the menu, I genuinely wanted to try everything. For this visit, I went with Gaby's caesar avocado wrap and a side of waffle fries to go. While I was waiting for my order, the girl at the counter went out of her way to offer us water and brought it over herself, which was such a thoughtful touch. My friend and I went to Neighborly and loved it! It's an elevated food hall or ghost kitchen, whatever you want to call this foodie wonderland in Woodland HIlls. Each restaurant that lives within Neighborly actually handles their own cooking but is one kitchen, so it doesn't neatly fit under either more common label, especially as the food is made to order. It's more Virtual Food Hall. It's a really nice space that not only has all those delicious made-to-order options, but a marketplace, as well. Found at the Promenade at Westlake Village, there is a nice big parking lot. Plus they have a bunch of beautiful patio seating that turns magical at night thanks to evening lights strewn about. There are a few tables inside with the aforementioned mini-market, as well. You'll not just find fancy food items pre-made & refrigerated, drinks & dry goods, but some cookbooks, seasonal gifts like ghost candles at halloween, even a Neighborly branded hat. You order at the kiosks then need to hang around for them to call your name. For some reason they thought they bring things to the tables, so don't miss your name being called & your food sitting like we did. Such a pretty space, inside and out! On November 10th, I took my mom, daughter, cousin and grandma to Neighborly in Westlake Village where my brother Henry Urías was a chef. We were waiting for him to come to work because he was going to cook for us. Sadly he had a motorcycle accident on the 23 fwy and never made it to work that day. I made this post to thank Neighborly - Curated Food Hall for the incredible kindness you showed us recently. Not only did this restaurant make a custom chef coat for his open viewing but they closed their restaurant early to hold a reception for my family, covered our bill, and shared beautiful stories and pictures with us. This restaurant went above and beyond what most employers would do for the passing of a loved one. They wrote my mother and I handmade letters and donated to us for funeral costs. The love this restaurant has poured over us since his passing is overwhelming and I've cried tears of joy because of all the beautiful people that work there and all they've done from owners to cooks. In a time of such profound sadness, your thoughtful gesture provided immense comfort and showed such beautiful humanity. It made a difficult day so much easier and created a cherished memory of the love and support that surrounds us. Thank you for going above and beyond; your compassion truly made a difference. On Wednesday, December 10th we will be having dinner there at 6pm for his one month anniversary of his passing and supporting this lovely business every 10th of the month from now on. Neighborly has been on my list of places to try and it did not disappoint! This little food hall is a great way to bring some of the tastes of LA to the Conejo Valley. It's got a fun vibe inside. You order from electronic kiosks. Limited indoor seating but there are a few tables. Outdoor seating does have heat lamps. Once you order and find a seat, you scan the code on your table and put in your receipt number so they know where to bring it. My husband and I tried Mini Kabob. We had always wanted to go to the original Glendale location and it's great we have this closeby. We tried few options... the original MK wrap with beef and pork ($15.50) the classic cheeseburger wrap ($15.50) and dip duo ($6.50). All of them delicious but the star was definitely the dip duo. Their hummus was amazing! I love all the chips and lavash it came with too. The MK wrap had good flavor. The cheeseburger wrap is more of a simple less spicy taste but I enjoyed it too. I am absolutely in love with the concept of this place. Right when you walk in, you know you're in for a treat. I love that they took the idea of a ghost kitchen but included market items that you can't get at a regular grocery store. It's so fun to just walk through the place and look at everything. I chose to eat here for lunch because they now have Mini Kabob, which is a well-known hole in the wall restaurant run by a small family in Glendale. I didn't get to try their chicken thigh plate so I was happy to be able to try it here in Thousand Oaks and let me tell you, it absolutely blew me away. Not only is Neighborly the best lunch spot in the neighborhood, it is also the most delicious and amazing spot for catering! First and foremost, Andrea Uyeda, the Director of Catering, is truly something special. She is kind, communicative, attentive, and cares so much about the happiness and full tummies of others! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and need from the menu. The catering menu is extensive, yet offers simple package options to feed a group. And when I say, EVERYTHING is to die, for I mean it! I regularly feed a group of 30-40 "foodie" adults and they raved about this catered lunch. Pricing is very reasonable, serving sizes are generous, and the spread created by Andrea and the catering team was simply beautiful. I will definitely be using Neighborly in the future and cannot recommend this enough! One thing to note, review notes the location is in Thousand Oaks but there is a beautiful new location in Brentwood off San Vicente that must be visited! The energy is vibrant, the menu options are various yet intentional, and the team is beyond friendly. Cannot say enough good things! read more

So in love with this place! I love that there are five different restaurant vendors to choose from. My favorites are Social Monk and the mini kebabs so, so good! Gaby's is great too; their salads are always fresh and the portion sizes are perfect. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly. I literally went there almost every day. The inside is nicely set up with cute artisan gifts and snacks. Although I do wish there were more seating options indoors. However, the couple of times I've been here, the food has been fantastic and the customer service is amazing! For those looking for a fast/casual dining experience but still want quality, great tasting meals, Neighborly is the place for you. The variety of menus (and items) should satisfy almost anyone in your group. I've enjoyed the Thai chicken with a side of chow mein which was fresh and flavorful. I've also had the opportunity to have the pizza from the Cheese Shop as well. That pizza is as good as any specialty pizza place like Prince Street. The pepperoni cups were generous to say the least and the pepperoni ranch is a savory delight to dunk into. Even with the praise for the food items, I am thoroughly impressed with the awesome customer service they provide. We are always greeted warmly and everyone is so helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Neighborly. I'm so glad they opened up down the street. My go tos are the Gaby's chopped salad and the mini kebab Alva's plate with chicken thigh. The service is INCREDIBLE. Even if you're just waiting for a to go order, the staff if happy to grab you a water or give a cookie sample to your crying toddler. This is my new favorite lunch spot in Thousand Oaks, and I'm so disappointed I haven't been here sooner. We ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and Caesar avocado wrap from the Gaby's menu. Both were incredible. I really struggled to pick which one I liked more. They both were so fresh and light, but still filling. The pesto chicken sandwich had fresh mozzarella, arugula, roasted tomato, pesto, chicken, and a lemon aioli that was just killer. The ciabatta is deceptively soft despite being toasted. The caesar wrap was essentially a Caesar salad wrapped in a soft tortilla, but it was executed perfectly. Everyone working at Neighborly was super friendly and helpful. This is a great casual spot and is perfect for an outdoor lunch. I will be back to make up for lost time, and I look forward to checking out some of the many other food items. read more

Gaby's is one of the food stalls in the Neighborly food hall located in Westlake Village. This stall caters to fresh made sandwiches, wraps and salad/bowls. My friend and I were perusing the menu and decided that Gaby's looked like the best choice for something healthier, but still really delicious. Essentially it is modern California cuisine and on their website they call themselves "everyday California fare" which is the perfect description. We decided to eat inside and ordered from their electronic menu screens located to the right side in the neighborly food hall center. One of the gals there was very lovely and helped us navigate their electronic menu system and once she showed us, it really was a breeze. We decided to put both of our orders together that way the food would likely come out together, which was smart so keep that in mind if you're coming with a group that if you pay separately, your orders might be staggered a little bit, especially if someone is ordering from a different group at a different screen alongside you. So pro tip, we ordered our food on one screen and got our food brought to our table together, which was ideal. Once you find your table, you put your receipt code in on the QR code on the table, and that helps the staff find where you decided to sit down in order to bring in your food. After we had sat down, the staff brought us waters and utensils which was appreciated. From Gaby's, I ordered the special which is Gabby's Chicken Cesar Salad wrap with avocado and I added bacon plus an extra side of their Caesar dressing. Trust me, this is the elite combo! This wrap was to die for, and I honestly can't stop thinking about it because it was perfect. The chicken inside it was crispy and the bacon was also well done which I loved. Like a salad wrap should be there was plenty of crunchy and fresh lettuce and the Caesar dressing is ultra creamy and tasty. I would definitely come back for this again because it was filling, but also felt healthy. My friend got the Thomas crispy chicken sandwich and she also said it was delicious. The chibata like bread looked fresh and like the chicken in my wrap, hers was also crispy and had a good crunch. Hers was topped with this thick slaw and came with some honey mustard dressing, which she liked, but felt like the sandwich didn't need because I had such great toppings already. She said this was a dish she would also get again and honestly, it looks so good, I would try it. If you walk into neighborly and are unsure what to try, I would definitely recommend Gaby's because the food was all very delicious and I also feel like reasonably priced for how big the portions were. It felt like a healthier lunch, but also filling that I couldn't have eaten another bite. It's funny how we often miss things in our own backyards. I have been aware of the mini food hall that occupies the space that was solely the Social Monk for a while but had not been there. What a mistake. It's a great option especially when people in your party might be in the mood for different things. it is part shop and part order at the counter and sit in or out and wait for your food, and so far, it is delicious. I've been a fan of Gabby's online for a while, so it was the obvious choice for a first visit, especially because my daughter wanted a salad. The food was fresh and delicious and the salad was huge. Nice to know you can still eat for under $40 for two... a rarity these days, sadly. I opted for the Pesto Chicken Sandwich with roasted chicken breats, fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, arugala, California pesto, lemon aioli on a toasted cibatta roll. I could easily drink the champagne vinaigrette that came on the side. It was great1 I did have slight order envy with the Chinese Chicken Crunch Salad. Roasted chicken breast, avocado, kale, romaine and a little gem blend, shredded cabbage, shaved cabbage, cilantro, candied almonds, crispy farro and won ton mix and a miso vinaigrette.
