So I got some of everything from each restaurant and they were amazing one of the best foods I have ever had. My family got some things from the other places and also enjoyed it as well. The pasta was delicious but had a huge pool of butter at the bottom. The service was amazing first they showed us how to order food and where to go when we order are food. Next they were always checking in on us throughout are meal. Last at the end of are night they talked to us for a bit which was nice. The way it felt there was so roomy and some of the seating areas were extremely nice like a couch or really comfortable chairs. This is a place I would definitely go back to. read more

When you walk in there are four menus and then you order from the kiosk. I tried the Lemon Ricotta pizza from The Cheese Store. It was very good and I highly recommend. The computer I ordered from was at a weird angle to type in your info and it asked for a tip for my takeout order. Mind you, no one helped me take the order. Are we tipping computers now? read more

Some of the worst food I have ever paid for in my adult life. Do not waste your money. I had a kids portion of pasta because I didn't want to pay $22 for pasta without protein. The picture looked nothing like what I got. My husband also got the kids pepperoni pizza because he wanted a smaller portion than the adults and once again did not want to pay an exorbitant amount for a pizza when he just wanted one slice. The pasta was bland and flavorless. Not much cheese and it all sunk to the bottom. The pizza was soggy and thin for a Sicilian style pizza. Everything feels like cafeteria food, like they're just trying to rush everyone in and out. Not much seating inside and the day we came it was raining luckily we found a seat inside. Unfortunately the seat that we sat in was next to their rack of boxes and extra things. Ambiance was cold and chairs were uncomfortable. Me and my husband both got a chocolate chip cookie. Both cookies also looked nothing like the picture similar to my pasta. They were burnt and cold. Not what I expect from a $5 cookie. We also overheard the manager? questioning why someone gave a table water cups if they were taking the food to go. I was so excited to try this place when they built it as we frequently come to this shopping center. Needless to say I will absolutely never be back again. I don't know what I expected from a glorified doordash ghost kitchen but for the prices they're charging it was definitely more than this. PLEASE do not waste your money at this overpriced, bland, soulless restaurant. And if you do not say I didn't warn you. Disappointed is an understatement. Also side note I asked for a side of red peppers and that is the amount I was given. I am surprised they didn't make me pay for them. read more

While all the food looks good, the staff very friendly and the surroundings pleasant we left due to the fact they do not accept the legal tender, CASH. Retired senior citizens who avoid credit cards we walked over to Farfalle's and paid for food and service with cash. We have now used Neighborly for both dine in and delivery. All of our experiences have been great. Food is exceptional as is the team that serves. You can taste the quality of ingredients and careful crafting of flavors. I crave my next Mini Kabob chicken plate and deluxe hamburger wrap. The kids cheese pizza is huge and enough for at least two and the cheesy pasta is a hit with our pre school crowd. I also purchased from the marketplace to fill a gift basket which was so convenient. There are lots of interesting items including caviar. If only they sold the basket! Neighborly is the kind of place that once you start you won't stop. read more

Much needed addition to the neighborhood. Great when you and your spouse don't want the same thing. Got mini kebab and Gabby's, both were great and will be back. We needed this around here! Came on the first night open. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love the specialty food items for gifting. We got a chocolate chip cookie from Flour Shop while waiting for our order and it was exceptional - dark chocolate, and perfectly baked. Brought home the cheeseburger wrap from Mini Kabob - delicious, and a fun twist on a regular burger. Also got the LA chop salad from Gaby's - good portion size and everything you could ever want in a salad, plus excellent house dressing. We will definitely be back. Love that there is something for everyone here and the quality and portion size for the price was reasonable. read more

Been here a handful of times now and the service is always *chefs kiss*. I am in the restaurant industry, and I know the investment it takes to hire and train really good people, and that's what they've done - I really hope they keep it up. In addition, the food and products are great. I've come back twice now for the same chipotle chicken bowl (from the Gaby's kitchen), a few grab and go items (caviar and potato chips for a recent party), and I literally dream about the corn cookie (trust me). Tonight my order took a few extra minutes and the manager - without me even complaining - noticed, and tossed in an extra cookie with my order, and an apology for taking a bit too long. I really hope they keep it up, we need a place that checks a lot of boxes like this! read more

Loaded review coming Ok so this place is a great concept and is something this area needed. Was actually hoping something like this would have gone into where Amazon fresh was on a large scale. First off service is great, ambiance is warm, hyp and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for any occasion. Now to the food: I've had the social monk kung pao chicken, Gabys cowboy caviar salad and the mama Alva's steak plate. The kung pao was phenomenal and wouldn't change a thing. All of the flavor notes hit and is very filling. The steak plate on the other hand is almost perfect. I thought the steak was very dry but had great flavor. The rice, hummus and pickled veggies were fantastic!!! The charred green pepper is just one of one, OMG so good, probably the star of the dish!!! My critiques for this would be to increase the amount of protein by 2-3 oz and not charge so much extra for the steak. I will definitely give the dish another go but probably with the chicken or the kebab and maybe then it will be a 10/10 but for what I had today I would give it an 8/10 with price, value and flavor being the considerations. The cowboy caviar salad is unreal!! Words won't do it justice, just try it and you will not be disappointed trust me! Again, I hope this place succeeds as westlake area needs a spot like this.
