I'm surprised the rating is low here as I had a positive experience. My husband and I were immediately greeted and said they would help soon. It was just enough time for us to look at the menu and decide on what we wanted. We ordered the protein peanut butter smoothie, the southwest wrap, and the chicken "quesadilla". Peanut butter Smoothie was really good and I enjoyed the breakfast options for the price. Picture looks burned but it didn't taste that way. There was only one person working and she was really nice and polite. That's probably why it doesn't have great reviews. Wifey and I made this a breakfast date after the gym and it was actually a nice time. It was relatively nice inside for what it was meant to be. Also tables were cleaned and taken care of when we were there. No complaints at all! read more

I was so excited when I learned Tropical Smoothie Café was opening nearby. I had looked online for several months waiting for an opening date. It is under 10 minutes from where I live, my New, happy neighbor! My son and I arrived in the afternoon on a Thursday. Parking is available in the lot. Additional, overflow parking in the Fry's parking lot. The place itself is rather small as most of them are. Seating is available inside. It is a brand new establishment and everything is super clean and brand new looking. There were many people working there when we arrived. Everyone was in training. We had put in our order-a kid's smoothie, a protein bowl, and two flatbread sandwiches. Everything to-go. The girl working there was so kind to tell us that all of the food options can be made into a kid's size! There were some issues with ordering, but that was to be expected because all of the employees were in training for the most part. She was super sweet and apologetic, and it was no big deal at all. We were so happy to be there, and it ended up as a happy accident because I think she rang everything in twice and we got two of everything we ordered for the price of one! Also, it didn't feel like we were waiting long at all, but a few of the employees came out from the back with our food and brought it right to us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Then the manager came out and gave us a VIP/free smoothie coupon and apologized for the wait. Then they invited us to a fun event that they are having over the weekend to promote their new opening. Shout out to the manager, Arianna who came over and introduced herself to my son and I. Shout out to all of the employees. Learning something new is no easy feat and you guys did great. Lots of attention to detail as they even drew a cute little smiley face on my son's smoothie. We enjoyed it there. We went to the bathroom to wash our hands and it is immaculate! I would say everything tasted good, the service was great and everyone was so kind and welcoming, the menu options have a wide variety. Don't forget to get a sandwich. For a place that has "smoothie" in the title, their sandwiches are really delicious.So grateful for this experience and we will definitely be headed back if not for the event this weekend then for a chance to check out all the other menu items we may have missed out on! read more

It was my first time visiting a tropical smoothie cafe in the area and I must say, I'm impressed. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. I ordered the island smoothie and I did not expect such a big cup size. I personally like this over Jamba Juice. Their smoothie was very smooth and tasted very refreshing. The inside of the store was very fun and vibrant. I will definitely return to try their other smoothies and food options! read more

Queen Creek Location - I really wanted to like this location, but the wait time is consistently frustrating. Food comes out way before the drinks--what's the point of ordering a smoothie if it shows up 15 minutes after your meal? It's clear the place is severely understaffed, and I genuinely feel bad for the employees who are doing their best under pressure. If I were in their shoes, I'd probably quit too. Management needs to step up--this isn't just a staffing issue, it's a leadership problem. If you want to survive as a business, hire more help and get organized. Got a couple sandwiches and an Açaí bowl, while the sandwiches look and taste good they are similar size/portion/quality to what you would get from a Starbucks or other coffee shop. The Açaí bowl is another story, for 13$ you would expect it to compete with that of Nektar or Playa bowls but not even close. While it tastes ok, there is maybe half an inch of Açaí in here....the rest is just granola and toppings, nothing like what their pictures show. Won't be going back but suggest sticking to smoothies if you try it out! read more

Headed to tropical smoothie and they're closed as my order says that it's ready tried calling no answer. Tried canceling my order to get a refund. Had no luck as it won't cancel when your order is supposed to have already been ready. Have a continuously tried to call for about 40 minutes with no answer and the voicemail is full. tried calling another location to ask them what I should do and they stated that there has been several complaints on that store already so I would say don't lose your money on the app. Call to see if they're open if you're trying to get an order in the morning. read more

Went here on national açaí bowl day (4/6/26) around 9pm and asked the two young ladies if they were doing the 6 dollar açaí bowl deal I saw online. They said yes and went to scan my app but my reward wasn't showing up. They asked to see my phone and looked at it for maybe 1 second before saying that since it's not an issue on their end they have to charge full price. I said ok and paid full price without arguing. I ordered an açaí bowl with Nutella and they got it out in a couple of minutes however when I got home and opened it, it had no Nutella or honey on it and the bowl is super tiny. 12 dollars for a tiny bowl that wasn't what I ordered that was supposed to be 6 dollars. Add rude employees on top of that, it's a no for me. I work in a Starbucks and deal with app issues all day long and I have never told someone "since it's not on our end". Employees should be trained on how to deal with app issues and should know to put the right ingredients on their bowls. read more

Pretty disappointing since most of us at the gym need to come over and get a high chunk of protein in our systems after a big workout and since you guys say business hours are till 10pm that should be honored. read more

Açaí bowl was very disappointing and over priced at $10.49 base. They charge $1.29 extra for almost no peanut butter on it. I won't be coming back. read more
